- SUE (9/5): We would definitely stay again and have no hesitation in recommending our friends to stay. - The accommodation was very presentable, clean, comfortable and well equipped. Within walking distance of the railway line and the local hotel. Wineries just a short drive away. Considering our length of stay, we were not provided with additional towels and housekeeping. There were no tissues and the toilet paper was a bit rough! We also did not like the process involved in providing identification.

Hot showers. Very clean For first week internet was very unreliable, we reported to Guest Pro (agent) and think vodaphone fixed it remotely as good in second week. We had an issue with the key lock box but assume they will resolve that for future guests.

- Douglas (9/5): A great place to stay for Swan Valley and inland Perth - This property was one of 8 in a development and was located upstairs. The facilities were as described and the apartment was well equipped with nice touches such as coffee pods and basic essentials provided. It’s situated away from the main road on a cul-de-sac. The showers were excellent. All good
- Xing Yee (7/5): Overall the room is quite pleasant and near to CBD. - The location was in a quiet, residential part of Perth. The place was well-furnished.
The bed was also firm and clean, so it was nice coming back to the apartment at the end of the day. It's about 30min to the Botanic Gardens, which we visited quite often. Unfortunately I am very sensitive to smells due to my medications. The oven likely was used quite a bit by previous guests and smelt quite strongly of old food once it was turned on. The laundry room (which was also a washroom) was smelling a little too strongly for my liking. Luckily, as it is coming to summer, we could open all the windows and let in the breeze to ventilate the house.
We also mixed up this residence with another 63 Third Ave in Perth, but luckily they are not too far apart!

- Richard (7/5): - Two shower areas. Rooms no heater. Only one in the living room and is not strong enough to warm the bedrooms in a cold spring season in the night.
- Sayyid Haziq (10/5): I have a good stay here with my 2 years old toddler. They have washing machine and dryers too. All the basic necessities - Very clean and all the basic necessities is ready. Because it on the second level, need to use stair. Take some time to unload your belongings.

The property truly lived up to its name – it was peaceful, surrounded by beautiful greenery, and offered a serene environment perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.
The accommodation was spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully furnished. As a family with young children, we especially appreciated how spacious and comfortable it was. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the living area was cozy for evening downtime.
The location was great – quiet and private, yet conveniently close to many attractions like Kings Park, Caversham Wildlife Park, and the Mandurah Dolphin Cruise. It also felt very safe and family-friendly, which gave us great peace of mind.
Communication with the host was smooth, and they were very responsive and accommodating throughout our stay.
We would definitely recommend Tranquil Tree View to anyone looking for a relaxing, family-friendly place to stay in Perth. It was a home away from home – we hope to return again!

Two showers and toilets were perfect for myself, wife and daughter. Great to have ceiling fans in both bedrooms..our bed was very comfortable but our daughter said her bed was not so good. In a hot Perth summer it would be better to have AC units in the bedrooms.

Overall very comfortable, but additional aircon units in the bedrooms will help. Batteries in the remotes that control the fans and lights were down on charge, so will be good to replace to these periodically.

Shopping centres 🛍 🏬 🛒 Parking spaces are a little tight. Ok, if you have a medium to small vehicle. Would be better if the carport support poles at the front of the carport weren't there. So just be extra careful when parking your vehicles.
