• Marco (6/5): Nice stay but bad communication about extra cost - The two caretakers, Diego and his wife, are very kind, attentive, and helpful. We had a pleasant stay and felt well taken care of. What was frustrating, however, was the communication from the owner. On Booking it was not mentioned that we would need to pay an additional 170,000 COP for the boat pickup. The boat ride takes about 35 minutes. The owner informed us about this only on the day of the pickup, first saying it would cost 160,000 COP, and then the next day the price was suddenly 180,000 COP. This was quite annoying and should be communicated much more clearly in advance. For that reason, we have to significantly reduce our overall rating.
• CATHERINE (9/5): genial - la tranquildad del lugar Hubo un mal entendido en el momento que solicite informacion y entre las fotos que me enviaron habia las de una cocina, asi que lleve algunas cosas para compartir con mis amigos y resulto que las habitaciones que nosotros tomamos no tenian cocina... sin embargo las personas del lugar muy amablemente nos cedieron un espacio para poder resolver en la cocina... mil gracias

• Juan (7/5): Good - staff was super friendly, location is great and services provided within the property cover all your needs. hotel kitchen was just bellow the rooms, so heat, smoke and food smells could be noticed from the bedroom, specially at breakfast, insulation is non existant.
