I’m already planning to come back for a longer stay. What made it even more special was the restaurant above the villas—where the chef prepares anything you like, perfectly tailored to your taste. - Odeh (10/5): - مكان هادئ جداً ، للناس الي يدورون على هدوء هذا المكان المناسب لاكن هنالك موضوع مهم ، انت هون تقوم بتجربة العيش داخل الغابة تقريباً وداخل الريف ، يعني موضوع الحشرات مش لازم يكون مشكلة بل نسبة الك ، انا على صعيد الشخصي لك يكن لي مشكلة بل موضوع لاني عارف وين رايح ، وموضوع الانترنت والتغطية غير متوفر ، واي فاي جداً ضعيف برضو هاي من اسبابها الغزلة ، ولم تكن مشكلة بل نسبة لي مشكلة بسيطة بل منطقة ، وحلها بسيط جداً المنطقة معزولة جداً انت عليك ان تجبلك كل اغراضك من المكان الي جاي منو اكل ، شرب ، ادوية اشي يكون كافي لاقامتك ،

- Ferry (6/5): Mooier op de plaatjes dan in het echt : locatie zwembad is uniek - Het zwembad & jacuzzi Lastig te koelen voor alle gasten : slapen op de begane grond en boven is 1 ruimte. Buiten stoelen was niet compleet bij ons huisje. Ligbedden bij zwembad niet gezien, stoelen zijn er onvoldoende voor alle gasten / sommige zijn kapot. Keuken is incompleet, heel veel wespen bij het zwembad : maak vooral gebruik van het hotel op 5 minuten afstand richting Teth. De dichtstbijzijnde supermarkt is 45 minuten rijden op een slechte weg dus prima oplossing

- Lucile (10/5): Une vue à couper le souffle ! 😍 - Un séjour absolument parfait ! Le logement est magnifique, très bien équipé et décoré avec goût. La vue est tout simplement à couper le souffle, en plein cœur des Alpes albanaises. La piscine est superbe pour se détendre, et le jacuzzi est un vrai plus, extraordinaire après une journée d’excursion. Tout était au-delà de nos attentes, sans aucun point négatif. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation !
- kfir (9/5): קסם של מקום - מיקום ונוף מדהים!!! באמצע הטבע, הבריכה בקצה העולם. הבקתה מאוד יפה ומיוחדת, נקייה והייתה לנו מאוד נוחה, ניתן גם לבשל (רצוי להתארגן מראש - אין סופר בקירבה והמארח יידע אותנו על כך). יש סוג של hot tub כייפי ונעים ומצאנו את המקום כמעולה לטיולים באיזור teth. התקשורת עם המארחת מאוד טובה. עם קצת יותר תחזוקה, זה היה יותר ממושלם. שקעים רופפים, ברגים משוחררים בספות... היה חסר לנו מאוד ריהוט גינה, אין מקומות ישיבה מחוץ לבקתה ומסביב לבריכה, מספר קטן של כיסאות לא ראויים.

The pool and grounds were very nice and we were lucky to have herds of cows, horses and sheep pass through and around the property during our stay which added a magical charm. The local restaurant above the villas was a great time and nice owner. There were quite a few bees and other insects flying around the pool and in the pool but I honestly don't know what could be done about that.

Be aware, if you dont pay cash they increase the price even more when paying by card, owner said: im not an exchange office so I use different rates.... :/ To my opinion a bit overpriced compared to the rest of Albania. The coffee machine worked not well, they helped and got replaced immediately but also that one did mal function. A lot of insects but that cannot be changed..

Feels spacious, the sofa and bed are so comfy. The views are absolutely stunning. If there were sun lounges around the pool that would have been great. Another swinging chair potentially outside the hut?

Hot tub was lovely Not the property fault but we didn’t realise how long it would still take to get the Theth from here and how little was there or around. Luckily host informed us to get groceries etc in Shkoder and we definitely recommend this.

- Klea (4/5): Dissapointment - The bed was comfortable. Apart from the fact that it had an amazing view and was a modern building, everything else was a disappointment despite the views. Starting with the most important thing, cleanliness, heating & electricity. We booked 2 villas & had a 3 year old child for whom the stay was a bad experience even for one night. Ants all over the kitchen and above it. Also on the floor. Such a residence should at least be sprayed with some special product. Cooking something was impossible because the stove would not turn on because of the electricity that went out every two minutes. This brought another problem, the air conditioner did not work, the sockets to charge the cell phone or to use the hair dryer. The wifi also did not work often because of the electricity. That is, cold, in the dark and with my hair wet in such a cold place. In addition, the hot tub that was outside was filled with chlorine water and at the same time you could feel the dirt. When I wrote to the person we could contact, they told me that they work with a generator and they had no other choice and that if the air conditioner did not work we had gas heating available, which almost did not heat at all. In addition to all that, they said that they had a very high demand for reservations for that day and that they did not force us to come. And many other details that I believe that if we had been aware of in the beginning we would not have reserved & would have left room for customers who are apparently waiting in line for such a stay. If I hadn't been with a small child, I probably would have overlooked it, but not in this case.

The bed was very comfortable and the overal interior design of the whole place was very beautiful. The location was great, price was worth it and the staff was very welcoming and helpful.

I truly recommend for families, couples that need a quiet place with wonderful landscapes and a warm water pool just by side. You can easily go Theth and enjoying the nature. It has an outdoor Jacuzzi and another pool at the bottom of the villas. It has a preparatory kitchen, a large refrigerator and a sofa bed for a third person. Unfortunately, we stayed one night and it was not enough to discover the beauty of Theth village and the national park. I recommend staying two nights in this location with its natural beauty. God willing, I will visit this residence in the future. Nothing

The hosts were extremely accommodating and in the process of replacing a broken television in our unit. We didn’t even know it was broken until they came by. Our experience with the hosts was exceptional. We were having car issues when we were leaving. We notified our host who sent an employee to help us. They practically saved our lives and the rest of our trip, and they refused a tip. Thank you again!

The only thing I would recommend is to not book for four people ad the couchbeds are not nice to sleep on. The couchbeds were not comfortable.

- Madeleine (9/5): Absolutely stunning location and beautiful chalets! - Beautiful location and fantastic views. The chalets were very well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. I wish we could have stayed longer! It would be nice if milk was provided to go with the coffee capsules especially given the remote location but our host was amazing and delivered milk still warm from the cow at 11pm when we asked for some !
