- Libby (6/5): Not what was expected. - The property could be so much more & so much better. One can see effort & money spent with some charming and comfortable features eg spacious, warm once heating turned on BUT the bathroom was sub-standard with an old shower over bath. Four older travellers very disappointed with that. Kitchen very tired. We were in a semi-industrial area. Insecure bedrooms. As above.
- Bobby (8/5): -
- Shay (10/5): Perfect for our needs, will stay again. - Great size house and number of beds for extended family. Very comfortable and warm. Centrally located.
Easy booking and checkin process
- David (10/5): -
- Lauren (10/5): Amazing - So cute and spacious Nothing
- Mary (5/5): Not for us. Young skiers who are happy to bunk in and have a cheap stay this is your place. - Large tv. Electric blankets. Nothing up market about this place at all.

- Mohammad (8/5): Very good -
- Prashant (9/5): Superb -
- Jason (9/5): Superb -
- Wei (8/5): Very good - Old rustic feel, but very clean and comfortable Change the bedroom door lock would make it more privacy to the guests
- Mahendra (9/5): Superb -
- Cecilia (10/5): Repeat guests, highly recommended - Fantastic property, very clean. Spacious, well equipped and in a very good location.
- Sandra (5/5): Passable - Lots of room. Comfortable bed. The outside of the cottage and the grounds are neglected. There was no milk in the fridge. I expected more considering the price we paid. The photos showed the cottage in a better time - not current. Also, there was someone in the garden spraying weeds just outside the bathroom window whilst we were there. A breach of our privacy unfortunately.
- Jessica (10/5): Exceptional -
- Scott (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nishan (9/5): Superb -
- Satinder (9/5): Superb - it was very well organised
- Ellie (7/5): Good - The cottage is charming. It was cold when we arrived but the heaters warmed the place up quickly. It was very close to businesses, every morning around 4.30 trucks were unloading.
- Mani (8/5): Very good - During our recent snow trip, we had the pleasure of staying at Cooma Cottage in Cooma, and it was a wonderful experience. This charming retreat features three beautifully furnished bedrooms, comfortably accommodating up to nine guests. Each room is equipped with cosy beds and plenty of warm doonas, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day in the snow.
The cottage itself exudes a welcoming ambiance that made us feel right at home. The fully equipped kitchen was stocked with a wide variety of cooking items, plates, and cutlery, making it easy to prepare dinners and breakfasts.
The seamless communication further enhanced our stay, making Cooma Cottage the perfect base for our winter adventures. Whether we were unwinding on the sofa or planning our next day's activities, the cottage provided the ideal blend of comfort and convenience.

- Rhonda (5/5): Cooma accommodation - House has lots of history. Good to have early check-in. House and garden (many dead plants) require a lot of work - photos not a true reflection. Bathroom needs a thorough clean - black substance (looks like mould) on grout. Shower over bath could be dangerous. Internet was extremely slow. Poor value at $640 for 2 nights for 2 people.
- Nik (8/5): Very good -
- Thanh (7/5): It was nice little cottage -
- Thomas (10/5): Excellent holiday for the snowfields - We stayed there so we could go to Selwyn snowfields. Great location. Great heating. Overall it was a good place to stay with the family. We would highly recommend the house. The shower in the bath was a bit awkward but still usable.
- Vanessa (9/5): A comfortable stay at cosy Cooma Cottage, would absolutely stay again! - We had a great stay at Cooma Cottage. Howard was a very accomodating host, unlocking the property and turning the heaters on for us just prior to our arrival, which was much appreciated after a lengthy drive down. The cottage was cozy with ample heating options, the beds were comfy and checkout was a very easy process! I would stay here again and would recommend to others looking for accomodation in the Snowy region. Not all beds had electric blankets
- Catherine (8/5): Its a good place to stay and will go back there again. I highly recommend it. - Its was so close to every thing and the bed are so comfortable and kitchen was equipped with all the kitchen appliances. There was quite a lot of spider that we saw on the toilet and rooms
- Jan (9/5): Superb -
- Kaye (7/5): The property was ok but did not meet the standard for the price charged. - The beds were comfortable and warm. The property was conveniently located near the town centre. The bathroom products provided were very good. The garden was a mess and filled with dead pot plants which did not match the nice pictures on the website. The mats on the floor were a trip hazard especially at the corners. There was no bread, milk, butter or cereal provided. There was a bit of road noise early in the morning.
- Neil (8/5): Very good -
- Sue (10/5): Exceptional -

- Elaine (10/5): Exceptional - Absolutely beautiful, spacious and comfortable accommodation. Lovely furnishings and decor. Well equipped kitchen. Loved it.
- Hafiz (9/5): Nice stay the property was clean and the owner was good - Close to shops and close to snowy mountains Very old place may need some renovation soon and there was only one toilet. One more would have been better. Good place to stay for small family
- Bikash (10/5): Exceptional -
- Marn (9/5): Superb -
- Norma (5/5): Passable - It was disappointing that there was no gas fire as the cottage was very cold and although there were heaters supplied, they took a long time to heat the area and bathroom was freezing at all times. The cottage itself was comfortable, but needed updating and the gardens/front verandah area were filled with dead potted plants and overgrown gardens, front fence and gate falling apart and in need of a thorough revitalisation to present well, as the current surrounds are very badly kept and has a shabby facade, which is why we would not sty there again.
- Mahmood (10/5): Exceptional - loved the decore of the place , heaters were working awsome , place was clean and beautiful. Good toileterries proveded by the owner. Comfortable stay. Kitchen was very well equiped
- Stephen (7/5): cottage was cosy and nice and clean. - location great. were we parked our bikes was less than desirable. no firm ground with bark laid down as a foundation.
the alternative was to park our bikes on the street.

Warm beds comfy, electric blankets Only one toilet for a large number of guests
- Sarver (9/5): Superb -
- Peter (8/5): Very good -
- Daniel (8/5): Very good -
- Simon (9/5): Really 'fit for purpose' and great for 8 people with 3 bedrooms. Great location and near ski hire. - Heating - could be a bit better
- Badri (8/5): Comfortable and roomy with some minor inconveniences - Large property with clean rooms and good facilities. All amenities have been thoughtfully provided. We were a family of 4 adults and 2 kids and there were 3 large fully furnished bedrooms. One of the bedrooms had two twin beds plus a single so it was ample space for all of us. - NO WIFI! - we were not aware of this when we got there. We were flying in from another country so we were pretty much cut off for the two nights we spent there
- Only one bathroom for the entire cottage 😕 Despite the three bedrooms, we had to share one bathroom between us, which was quite inconvenient.
- The outside if the cottage looks very rundown. When we first pulled up, we were very disappointed by the look of it. The insides were a lot nicer but the first impression was depressing.
- Lan (10/5): Comfortable. - The house felt like home. Had everything we need for an overnight stay. No complaints.
- Wayne (8/5): Lovely comfortable cottage - No internet
- Peter (10/5): Exceptional - Great location. Everything was exactly as advertised. Terrific communication with the owner. Exactly the right numbers of beds required for our group travelling to the Snowy Mountains. Very clean and comfortable.
- Phafan (7/5): Good -
- Keyurkumar (10/5): Very nice and happy trip good hospitality -
- Natalie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Cindy (9/5): Great find in a town which is hard to find accommodation on way through to Thredbo - Brilliant location! Easy walk to city centre and ski hire options
