Lovely family feel with lots of books and games.
Roof top deck to watch the sunrise or sunset. Some basics were missing from this house. One bedroom has no curtains, another has no fan or wardrobe. There was also no wifi.
The kitchen cooktop did not have all burners operational and the oven did not work.
For a house in this price range, access to the garage or an undercover park is expected. A bbq would be a welcome addition.

- Clare (8/5): really enjoyed the location and the roof top and the big kitchen and living areas - the roof top, the living areas, the beds we needed to bring in extra fans and no aircon,
the kitchen accessories were not good quality (all plastic and saucepans missing lids), and the gas stove top elements didn’t all light with the igniter.
The neighbour approached us even before we unloaded the car about not hesitating to make a complaint re noise as the neighbouring bedroom was right next to the property deck which was also the coolest part of the house. we were a family group who wanted to enjoy an annual get together without worrying about our family chat and laughter and playing board games being cause of concern. the neighbour approached different members of the family another 2 times during the course of the week.
it was probably more the manner of the approach rather than the request to respect the fact that the neighbour’s bedroom is next to the coolest part of the house.
we did our best to move inside to play a group game after dinner so our noise was kept to a minimum. the neighbour’s approach certainly dampened my spirits before I even unpacked.
