• Miriam (9/5): Una estancia fantástica en familia con niños - El alojamiento era super acogedor. Estaba muy limpio y tenía de todo. Fueron 5 días de vacaciones en familia con niños y todo estuvo genial. Nos mandaron mucha información de la casa y la zona. Lo recomendaría sin duda.

We will definitely go back and stay again - It was close enough to beach, airport, and downtown Miami to enjoy all of those things without the ridiculous prices. They had so many little things in the house to make your stay better. They even gave my daughter a Halloween costume! Super amazing hosts Honestly everything was great - no complaints here

• Jennifer (4/5): Honesty - The place is beautiful and has lots of potential but it needs a bit of a makeover. The location is good,easy to find with convenient parking. It was very dirty and I had to wash all the plates, cups and utensils prior to use. We had to wash our feet at night before getting in bed as the floor would turn our feet black. Needs some good mold filters or cleaning. The Bed in one bedroom could use an update and sheets were not the best quality.

Because the money is in our wallet and we choose to pay.  In my opinion, it is about the choices based by respect, education, common sense.  We as guests, choose according to the feedbacks/ratings on Booking.com.  But not all can be honest. Period!  Besides, some really honest ones are ignored in favor of carefully edited pictures.  IF these pictures were real and the opinions of those who were there would have been honest, this location would have already been closed, as unfit for accommodation under minimum decent conditions. If Booking.com have a minimum decency, send full refund right now, but as we know: money's talk. Only one comment referred to sticky floors. The truth is that EVERYTHING there is sticky, extremely dirty and low maintenance. As very small and 'insignificant' detail, the bathroom door is broken in half and won't close for years by the looks of it! The shelves were not dusted until the house was built. EVERYTHING sticks, everything is extremely dirty and smells bad, old, musty. Someone ask about lines? See the pics. In fact, this location seems to have belonged to the grandmother who died immediately after WW2 and since then the grandchildren have only been exploiting it. ◇ I could write until tomorrow at dawn about the terrible experience, but if Booking.com allows, you will convince yourself. It is true that only those whose home is cleaner than this and where decency and self-respect exceed $92/night will consider my option/feedback. For the rest of the guests, this location is a good deal. - That's why I started by writing that everything in life is a choice: Owner □ or Victim □
