• Nataly (10/5): Excellent value for money! - Excellent property, the pictures do not reflect all amenities of the place! Very modern, well equipped, very clean with two terraces and outdoor dining and sitting space.
• Bo kyoung (8/5): - The apartment building itself is very modern and brand new and the location is near Metro station. Space two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Big minus point of the apartment is parking. I read the review by Ukraine family witten in Dec that the previous guest took the remote key for the parking and sent a message asking to ensure the parking should be secured. But when I arrived in Jan, the remote key was still not available and when complained, the management company advised me to park private parking nearby and they would refund the parking charge. Without the parking, I would have booked much cheaper choices in the city center.
• Mihovil (7/5): Outstanding location and stylish space marred by a few missing amenities and maintenance oversights. - We were there for 5 nights. The apartment is in a good place to visit rest of the city via underground train with entrances to 2 different lines nearby. Parking in city centre is very expensive so it's almost always cheaper to go with metro. The apartment is ultra modern and very spacious. All rooms are comfortable and stylishly furbished. We missed a coffee table in front of the sofa. The Internet was working on-and-off one evening. We missed a bigger knife in the kitchen, like a chef's knife. The apartment was clean but not spotless (it could have been better). The garage door remote was missing so we couldn't use the garage. The property was kind enough to refund the parking tickets but still, we didn't have the comfort and couldn't be worry free about our car.

• Denys (8/5): Great apartment which could be even better with a little service improvements - Apartment itself is super. 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, cozy living room and kitchen with everything needed Clear instructions for chekin/checkout process. Very polite communication with service company. Location is super as well: about 7 mins walk to Lotto Metro station (M1 line, 15 mins and you are in the city center) About 10 mins walk to Shopping center and nice walking location About 5 mins walk to supermarket, where you could buy already cooked food (if you don't want to spend time for caffe or cooking) It seems service company makes a lot of effort to provide great service, but there is some place for improvement. In my case: cleaning (on the kitchen) could be much much better: Smell at fridge, mold on some kitchen accessories, sticky spots in the kitchen. Other locations were quite clear, but kitchen is something that could be better for sure And main disappointment: I was not provided by parking. There was no remote control from condominium parking and service company couldn't provide the copy. It happens, tourists could forget to leave keys, they could be lost, and it would be great to have backup for such cases. So I was forced to park on the street. There are a lot of paid parking blue lines in the neighborhood, but you will spend 15-30 mins at least to find free spot. And it costs 25 eur per day. And it is not about money actually, but about expectations. If I knew that there is no parking, I wouldn't rent this apartment.
• Tibor (9/5): Kiválò !!! - Nagyon szépen berendezett, ujépitesű gyönyörü lakás. Metrò a közelben. Belvaros 10- 15 perc. Nyugodt , csendes milanoi városrész.

• Abdulrahman (9/5): الحمدلله كانت جميلة - راح اكتب بالعربي طبعاً الموقع والشقه ما شاء الله تبارك الله فيها امان بعد الله عالي وجميل. قريبه من محطة قطار توصلك الى سنتر ميلان الشقه فيها غرفتين وكانت تاخذ عدد اكبر حتى. توفير جراج السيارة كان بالنسبه لي من اهم نقاط التقييم. فيما يخص السعر انا اشوفه مناسب جداً مقابل الخدمات اللي قدموها لي. اللي ما اعجبني كان في شوي ملاحظات على نظافة الشقه وكذلك بعض ادوات المطبخ واضح انها مستعمله ولكن مو كل شخص بيستخدمها. في البدايه واجهت صعوبه في الدخول والحصول على مفتاح الجراج ولان مافي مكان في الخارج اقدر اركن السياره واخذ المفتاح والحل هنا يكون الشخص اللي بيستقبلني في نفس المكان ويسلمني مفتاح الجراج و يوجهني على المصعد مباشره.
• Franck (10/5): Superbe résidence ! - Emplacement parfait sur la M1, proximité du parc Easy Life ! L’appartement est spacieux et confortable, il mériterait un peu plus de décoration au mur … Salle de bain pas hyper propre (des peluches de poussière au sol …).

• Nico (10/5): Séjour famille - Appartement moderne, fonctionnel, spacieux et tres calme. Tres bien pour un séjour famille, très bon emplacement avec la ligne de métro M1 proche appartement.
• Frédéric (10/5): - Appartement exceptionnel avec de très belles prestations. Il ne manque rien pour un séjour en famille. Climatisation efficace. Résidence moderne, très propre et calme. Parfait pour prendre et rendre l'appartement en autonomie. Très proche de la ligne 1 et de la ligne 5 pour rejoindre les points stratégiques des visites. Absolument rien 😉

• Sharon (10/5): The perfect property, in the perfect area for exploring the beautiful city of Milan. - Large spacious apartment in a secure and well maintained building, with underground parking. It is modern and comfy, and has everything needed for short and longer stays, including a large balcony overlooking the peaceful garden area. 2 metro stations within a few minutes walk, and a great coffee shop on the opposite corner. It was perfect for our 4 day city break. For us there was nothing not to like.

• Fairuz (9/5): Superb - Very modern unit with all basic needs including basement private parking. The unit is close to metro line M1 direct to Duomo just a few stations away and close to grocery store and mall with open park. Wife really loves the appt, and that my friend, sums it all. The location is away from tourist area, however we find that is a big plus for us, maybe not for others who enjoy night outings.

• Brentzar (10/5): Weekend in Milano - The apartment is very well provisioned with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. It includes parking, has two bathrooms and two enormous balconies, along with a great kitchen with a washing machine. The process for checking in before arrival was overly complicated, however I am aware that a lot of information is required in Italy.

• Borivoj (9/5): Superb - The apartament was fantastic , spacious had fenomaenal facilities , everything is of good quality ... location is great everything you need to see in Milan is at grasp of hand (5 metro stops at max) When we came into the apartament we had a minor inconvenience of it being not cleaned well , but with hospitality of host everything was sorted out , probably the cleaning staff had a bad day that day ...

• Serban-ion (10/5): Excelent stay in Milan central city - The apartament, in a quite new building, is spacious and clean with an exceptional layout to accommodate many adult people (we were a group of 5). We appreciated especially the 2 fully equipped bathrooms. Moreover, the 2 large terraces, one toward east and one towards west, were a good place to take a coffee in the morning and to have some drinks in the evening. Special notes are for the property location, very close to CityLife district, for being close to public transport station(s), and for providing an underground parking lot. The Internet connection was not functioning as expected, and this impacted both the wireless network (Wi-Fi) and the TV reception. The checker has done efforts to make it work, but finally the quality was not as expected. Another improvement may be to make available some dish detergent and sponge. As a plus, a bathroom scale would be nice to be there.

Fantastic facilities. Continuous hot water. Great iron and ironing board. Large-sized fridge-freezer. Good decor. Ability to wash and dry clothes. Easy to use induction hob. High-end appliances. There was a "human being" to let us into the property. He was very friendly. Informed us about nearby shops/supermarket access. Convenient check-out process. Was in constant communication via WhatsApp. All-in-all was worth the time and money spent. We left with great memories. Looking forward to staying here during the next trip to Milan in June 2023. Nothing specific. Could do with some garbage bags and clothes washing tablets,
