• Tamara (8/5): - Gute Lage, ganzes Haus als Unterkunft war super. Man sollte den Check in mit einem Tablet machen, das allerdings nicht vorhanden war, außerdem wurde gefordert, dass man es vor der Anreise macht, was total unlogisch war. Habe dem Gastgeber mitgeteilt, dass ich kein Tablet finden kann, woraufhin mir geantwortet wurde, dass ich in diesem Fall nichts machen muss. Wurde also ganz unkompliziert gehandhabt!

• Chiemi (4/5): 過酷 - 駅近で便利でした。 近くにスーパーや商店街、コンビニもありとてもいい環境でした。 17:00チェックインなので遅くて大変だった。 ダイニングテーブルと4脚の椅子があったのですが、椅子は今にも壊れそうなギシギシ椅子で座り心地も悪く見直して欲しいと思った。 また、初日から玄関の電池切れサインがずっと出て、良かれと思ってホテル側に写真を送ったのですが、その後実際に確認に来るわけではなく、やりとりがとても良いとは思えませんでした。旅行できてるのに、業務のようなやり取りがストレスだった。 洗濯機はあるが洗濯物干し場も無く、部屋中のカーテンレールや掛けれそうな所にかけまくって何とか過ごした。 お風呂場の排水口から下水の匂いも気になった。 どの部屋も寒すぎて暖房が効くのにも時間がかかり冬は泊まりたくないなと思った。 場所はいいけど、もうここには泊まらないです。

• 奈美英 (4/5): - 料金が安い お風呂の床一面がピンクカビで、いやでした。 チェックイン時にタブレット入力してくださいとメールがきてましたが、まずタブレットはなかったです。 設備には電気ポットがあるとありましたが、それもなく、連絡しましたが、数日前に壊れたといってました。 その時点ですぐに準備してほしかったです。 お湯を沸かすのに大きな鍋しかなく不便でした。 リビングテーブルの上に消毒えきとウェットティッシュの入れ物が置いてありましたが、消毒液も補充されてなく、底スレスレにしかなく、ウェットティッシュは空箱でした。それなら最初から置いてない方がよかったです。 ハンガーも壊れたものがおいてありました。 3泊で予約しましたので、お風呂掃除道具は置いて欲しかったです。リビングテーブルしたの床も汚れがついたままでした。 トイレにもタオルはなく、もう少しタオルを置いて欲しかったです。 エアコンはつけましたが、さむかったので、少し上にかける布団が予備であると助かります。 駅からは近く、駐車場も近いので便利です。 メールが届くのですが毎回文字化けしていてよみとれませんでした。

• Francois (7/5): - Clean and modern place and equipments. Nice bathroom and kitchen (the fridge was not fully cleaned, though). Neighborhood was quiet, and Awaji station has a good amount of shop and restaurants. Shin Osaka is easy to reach. There has been a misunderstanding with checkin instructions, having to deal with codes that were not working. Also, wifi password was not given beforehand, had to ask.

• KEIKO (6/5): - 駅から近い キッチン、冷蔵庫など使えて、暑い日の外出に備えられた 家と同じようにゆっくりとお風呂に入れて、リラックスできた わからないことを問い合わせると、すぐに返信が来た 事前連絡で、建物に入った後にタブレットにチェックイン番号入れる旨指示がありましたが、タブレット自体がありませんでした。 wifiの使い方の指示がなく、問い合わせしないと使えませんでした。 金庫が使えず、問い合わせをしたら、「今は使えない」と言われました 電気ポットが使えませんでした。 建物自体はきれいで、部屋で過ごすのに問題はないのですが、清掃費を別途請求される割には、清掃や、備品のチェックが行き届いていないのはちょっと残念でした。 具体的には、窓枠や、棚などにほこりがたまっている お風呂場の水垢、カビ、排水溝の流れが悪い…など
• Tsuyoshi (3/5): 衛生面は最悪な施設 - 大阪市内へのアクセスは良い。 宿泊地周辺にスーパーやコンビニもあり便利。 駐車場も近くにある。 とにかく汚い。 キッチンはあるがテーブルウェアが陳腐。 床や目につくところの埃が酷く、埃アレルギーのある人は最悪。

• Adrian-victor (9/5): Great stay in Osaka - The property is new, clean, well maintained and fully functional. There are two air conditioning machines on both floors - we needed them as it was very hot outside during our stay. The location is also very good, 5 minutes walk to two main train stations, with a few shops near the train station. Exit time is 10:00 AM which feels a little bit too early. The connection details for wifi were not available inside, I had to contact the owner to get them. The check-in instructions are not accurate, they are mentioning about a tablet on which you should check-in once you enter the property, but there was no tablet inside.

• Yegor (8/5): Very good - A lot of space, very close to Awaji-eki of Hankyuu-sen , probably takes 3 minutes walk with 7kmh walking speed, the property has 2 toilets and most facilities are nice including microwave freezer and refrigerator. Also close to grocieries shops with large selection of food. Very quiet neighborhood The kettle was partially functioning and required some skill and precision to be turned on and boil some water. The staff forgot to leave check in table forcing me to do the check-in manually, the tablet most likely contianed all the information about the facilities including WiFi password and how to use the safe in kitchen. WiFi router was located in the neighboring house which made the loading speeds via WiFi5 very slow, but the WiFi2.4GHz for normal usage was sufficient and had enough speed. Could be a bit noisy in the afternoon because of the neighboring kindergarten, although its also makes it lively there.

Thank you! - Just right for our family size, good location, within walking distance to good restaurants/market and train station. The only problem is there is no restroom on the second floor. Only restroom is inconveniently located facing entrance door on the first floor. Need to replace the already peeling off floor covering/ tile carpeting under the dining table in the receiving room. It is a trip hazard.
• John (4/5): Would not recommend for anyone self catering - Convenient location and clean Would not recommend for anyone self-catering - no bowls, no glasses, no T-towel, no toaster or rice cooker, dilapidated frypan and (single) saucepan, no cooktop instructions. Opposite a primary school/ kindergarten so noisy during the day. No check in or out flexibility (earliest is 5pm). Unfortunately not that great.
• Tsai (4/5): Disappointing - When we arrived the first day it was a very dusty house, both downstairs and upstairs. There were traces of blood on the blankets, the drawers of the refrigerator were dirty and stained everywhere, the edges of the tables and chairs, doors were all dust stains. I reported and took photos and emailed them to the host, the next day a cleaner came to clean. It was cleaned what I sent the photos, it was not cleaned thoroughly. I raised it again and the third day the cleaner came again, the same problem that it is dusty again. Not for the next time. Action is being taken but it remains a dirty house.

There was plenty of space to open up our three big luggage, was able to cook and not far - The property was spacious, clean and near to the train station. There were many convenience stores nearby. Communication was fast and instructions were clear. I would prefer an earlier check in. 5pm is a bit late. An extra toilet/WC would have been great for our family of 5. Nevertheless we enjoyed our stay here.

• Chin (9/5): Worth it - The rooms was spacious and the bathroom was clean! Love that it has the space of the whole house so it doesn't feel cramp at all. There'a a family mart, lawson and 7-11 nearby as well as an Oasis (supermarket). Hankyu subway line and JR line easily accessible. It is close to other houses so we try our best to stay quiet and we didn't really turn on the TV because of that.

• Monica (8/5): Good house a bit far from downtown Osaka - The house was great. Very spacious and comfortable and the host was very communicative during our stay. It has a big bathtub and the kitchen was good too. They have two stations nearby and many convenience stores. It's a residential area but there are also some places to eat around there. It's also a good location to go to Kyoto by subway! The location is good if you're using JR pass or going to/from Kyoto, otherwise to go and come back to the main area of Osaka will cost you around 8 dollars per round trip which we found a little bit expensive. Some of my friends said the beds could be a little more comfortable too and they only have the very very basic things at the place (ex: no extra blankets or cushions) but it wasn't an issue during our stay.

But the smart bath tub was the best - water filled up according to your preferred temperature and will alert you with the sweetest Japanese voice when it’s ready! Nothing!
• Lesley (9/5): Clean and comfortable, short stroll to local shops and station - Similar to what others have mentioned, the Wi-Fi was not exceptional. However, the property itself was well-maintained, clean, and equipped with everything we required. It offered ample space, especially the generously sized bedrooms, accommodating two separate families, comprising three adults and two teenagers. The property's proximity to local shops and a conveniently short walk to the station made our stay even more convenient. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and served as a comfortable base for our commute to Nara & Osaka. We discovered a broken arm on the lounge during our stay. While I understand that replacing such items can be costly, it would have been appreciated to have been informed about it beforehand.
• Elín (10/5): Clean and spacious, good for a group or a family - Clean and spacious on a deaccent price. the apartment is close to a supermarket and a train station you can take to Osaka central and to Kyoto. It needed a few more Kitchen utensil. It had no bowls, no chopsticks, no glasses (it had mugs tho) only one knive etc. So not a big deal but really easy to add that to the apartment.
• Terence (9/5): One of the best places stayed in two weeks, great area, very convenient, Excellent! - What a pleasant surprise! This new construction building was scrupulously clean, large and perfect for our family of five plus a friend. We stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed it thoroughly as a base for the Osaka, Kyoto, Kobe, Nara area. We had JR passes and the local JR Awaji station was only two stops from Shin-Osaka Station, so Shinkansen to various areas was easy to navigate and fast. The Awaji metro area (three minutes away) also had many places to eat, convenience stores and a laundromat. The washing machine was a blessing, and the nearby laundromat coped with the drying of the clothes. All instructions were easy to understand, the only thing I found confusing was what rubbish was burnable and what wasn't - I hope I got it right. Bath was lovely. There could have been a clothes rack in the separate bedroom. Only 5 dessert forks, but 6 of everything else. Maybe some soup bowls would be nice. Everything else great.

• Tammy (9/5): Osaka - Nice and big house for family of 5. About 5 mins walk from the subway line. Reasonable price. No dryer, but it was ok as it was hot weather. Winter and rainy days would be hard to do the laundry. A bit of a walk to restaurants and local stores like FamilyMart or 7/11.
• Suzanne (10/5): We enjoy our stay. The neighborhood is very peaceful. It is located in convenient location. - Location is good. The property is huge and we like that it has separate beds. I hope there would be option where we can store our luggage when we check out. Check out time is quite early. I think 10AM check out time is very early, and 5PM check in time is too late. Hope it will be improved.

• Barbara (8/5): Very good - It is actually set in the peaceful part of Osaka, but the train station is close and connections are good. The neighborhood restaurant was an excellent local experience! There is enough room for 6 persons, and you have everything you need available. It’s an excellent choice if there’s more of you traveling together. Wi-fi connection. I always have to do some work on my trips. Here that was not possible. It says free wi-fi, but it’s limited and I was not able to do what I needed.

• João (8/5): If you are a group of friends, stay here. Couple of downsides but overall great experience. - Location was great and overall a fantastic value for money. We were a group of 6 and we had plenty of space for ourselves (opposite to every other place we stayed in Korea or Japan). I think this is key for enjoying a trip as a group of friends. Internet is really slow. It says you get 1 GB of high speed but not even that. From the morning we had to use our data plans. Can get noisy, fast. There are 2 rooms only, with 4 people staying in 1 room and 2 in other. If someone on your group snores, best to watch out. Also, since this is right in front of a pre-school, it might be loud in the mornings. (We barely were able to test it, since we visited Osaka during the golden week - Japanese holidays).

• Maslinawati (9/5): overall, my family and I had a nice stay in this property. very near to few convenient store and walking distance about - it is very spacious for 5 of us. the property is sparkling clean and it provides almost everything needed by us. the Wi-Fi is very bad. though a lot of complaints about the Wi-Fi from the reviews I read, owner didn’t do anything to improve about it. if possible try to provide rice cooker so that Asian family like us no need to bring rice cooker from home
