• Daniel (10/5): We will definitely return to this place on our next visit to Osaka. Overall, everything was excellen - The location was great. The room was very comfortable and luggage was easily accessible. Everything needed for a pleasant stay was provided. We found the pillows with hairs that weren't ours; it could have been an oversight during cleaning.
• CHANG WAN TING (10/5): - 這間住宿真的非常舒適！房間寬敞明亮，有兩張大床，非常適合家庭或朋友一起入住。廚房設備齊全，可以自己煮飯，感覺像在家一樣方便。浴缸乾淨又大，泡澡超放鬆。最喜歡的是有洗衣機，長住也不用擔心衣服問題。自助入住的流程簡單方便，不需等櫃檯，整體體驗非常順利。地點也不錯，附近生活機能完善。 整體住宿不錯，但樓上地板隔音差，走路聲音很明顯，晚上會被吵到，建議對睡眠淺的人要注意。

• HSIAO CHUN (10/5): CP 值很高，值得再來 - 離捷運和鐵路車站都蠻近的（走路約6分鐘），後面有平面地鐵（走路兩分鐘），附近有大國藥妝.百元商店，重點是超市很多，吃的東西也蠻多的，生活機能不錯，住宿的部分有小浴缸可以泡澡，所有餐具和廚具看起來都蠻新的，有冰箱.洗衣機還有洗衣球和曬衣架，烤箱.微波爐...很大的空間~很不錯的住宿體驗 冷氣稍微大聲一點，其他都很棒

• YUMING (8/5): 睡眠体验差 - 地理位置优越，离天下茶屋站仅几分钟步行距离，周边有超市和便利商店。 员工回复快速热情。 1.这次定了1楼，卧室没有移门，紧急出口灯很亮，灯对着床，很影响睡眠深度，我们2天都被这个灯困扰，但没有任何解决办法，建议屋主可以考虑卧室装个移门或者帘子; 如果希望拥有黑暗的睡眠环境，那预定这家需要慎重。 2.晾衣架和厨房晾晒架有黑色霉菌; 3.隔音效果不好，二楼走动和洗衣机工作声音都很吵; 4.洗衣机虽然有风干燥功能，但即使使用风干燥功能1小时以上仍然没有办法完全烘干

Les toilettes sont séparées de la SDB. La wifi ne fonctionnait pas correctement mais nous ne l’utilisions que très peu le soir car nous étions dehors toute la journée ! Sinon tout était parfait :)

• Zhe Hao (9/5): - 離車站相當近，附近有大眾浴池、便利商店、吃的喝的也都有，室內環境，兩個人入住空間相當夠，還有洗衣機跟廚房用品，設備相當完善，下次會再考慮入住 偶爾會聽到樓上的房客聲音
• Dora (10/5): ㄧ進到房間，就感覺很好，跟官網圖片沒什麼差異，價位也很剛好，是會願意再次選擇入住的地方 - 清潔度很棒 乾淨、舒適 空間適當 該有的設備都俱全 地點也很好 1、浴室只有一間，在雙人房房間內 如果不是一家人，容易影響住在雙人房的人休息 但如果同行是一家人，應該沒有什麼問題。 2、床跟枕頭真的太柔軟了，不習慣睡太軟的，可能會睡不著。 3.客廳沙發床有污漬，但有提供乾淨的被單可以蓋上，但如果可以使用沙發床適合的椅套直接蓋上，讓房客看不到，應該會更好。

• Karina (7/5): Good - Booked this property again for my 2nd trip to Osaka because I had a really good experience during the first time (we stayed at the second floor) and the price was reasonable. Chose to book the first floor this time because I was traveling with senior citizens and it would be difficult to carry luggage up the stairs if we had booked the 2nd floor. Sad to say I was a bit disappointed because the first floor seemed too small for our group of 6. If we were a group of 4 it would have been more comfortable. 2 of us slept on the floor and the futon was thin so we felt the hardness of the floor, but that was the least of our worries. We could hear the other guests above, specifically the heavy footsteps of a child running, so we had to doorbell and kindly ask them to minimize the noise. We also weren’t able to use the Wifi throughout our whole stay. I contacted the staff for troubleshooting and they had to ask the guests staying on the 2nd floor to restart the router because it was located there. We were out traveling during daytime so nighttime was the only time to check if it was working already, but 3 nights have passed and the issue wasn’t fixed. We relied on the pocket wifi that we bought instead.

Also next to a railcar station making very easy to explore Osaka. Beds very comfortable. Lots of food nearby. Appliances and washer were appreciated .
• Claire (7/5): Doable stay, met basic needs, clean bathroom, clean comfy bed is all you need. - Great location, amenities, comfy beds, working AC, clean bathroom, everything met basic needs. The couch in the living room and the walls looked dirty. There were large brown stains on the couch and the walls looked like maybe someone had been smoking in here before. The kitchen could've been cleaner too. There was some residue on the plates and microwave handles. The manuals had harsh warnings about following the rules and cleanliness yet the living was dirty itself 😔

• Chananya (10/5): Great and helpful staffs, lovely location - The room was a great fit for our family of 5. The room facilities were complete with towels and a hairdryer. It was clean and comfortable. The location is in a nice neighborhood with various things to do in the area. We would like to give the wonderful staffs at the office building a very huge thanks and appreciation for our family due to the amount and load of our luggages, with everyone helping us carry them to the second floor of the office building. It was very kind of you. The staffs are very prompt in responding to our messages on both booking and Line. The pillows were a bit flat. We were lucky that no one was renting the 2nd floor during our stay apart from the first day, the sound from the 2nd floor is quite loud (e.g. footsteps).
• Katherine (1/5): Terrible Customer Service - Don’t stay here! Where do I start… This is the my first bad review ever! Just wanted to let everyone know how bad the customer service is, I’ve never dealt with anything like this before. Will include pictures for proof because you can’t make this stuff up. We are a group of 5 people, we rented 1 of the apartments here thats big enough for a larger group. It says in the description that it includes 2 double beds, 1 sofa bed & 3 Japanese style futons. First thing when you walk in you’re greeted with fee signs, extremely uninviting. As we checked in and got comfortable, we noticed we didn’t have enough blankets for everyone, and missing 2 flat futons. I thought no worries maybe they just forgot no problem I will request as we really just need 1 blanket. Oh man, they tried charging me more money about 3 different times anyway shape or form they could! I couldn’t believe it… i was literally begging them for a blanket, in disbelief! They thought everyone was sleeping on the 2 double beds and 1 futon bed, so they only gave us 3 blankets for 5 people. I told them 1 couple is sleeping on 1 double bed and the other 3 people are scattered on the other places available separately so we need 4 blankets total because we are using all 4 sleeping areas, so I really just needed 1 more blanket that’s it, that’s all I was asking for! FYI: We’re the nicest, friendliest easiest going people ever, never do we ask for anything. But i am not even joking, they were literally going back and forward telling us about how they think 3 blankets is good enough for 5 people if we all sleep together on the beds… They screenshot a map of the room and told us where we all should sleep with numbers 1-5 LOL! So they thought we were going to sleep like sardines and not use all the space available giving us less amenities. And that if we want to use the sofa bed that is an extra 2,000 yen per night, 8,000 total for stay. Remind you, the sofa bed is already in the room for us to use as we please.

Good wifi, toiletries, and other equipment are provided. Our group had a very comfortable stay. It was a bit hard to carry the luggage to the 2nd floor since the stairs are narrow.

• Anonymous (10/5): It’s a very good place to stay at. - It was comfy and clean. Got stuff we needed to make our stay very enjoyable. The location was great too. The staff is very easy to reach out to. For some reason we always end up waking up with very dry mouths and nose. Ended up buying small humidifier to keep it from happening. And having an iron for clothes would’ve been nice too.
• Kayes (9/5): A pleasant stay. - Apartment was clean and was situated quite close to marts (halal meat & frozen food available) and the train station. Facilities were well prepared such as the 2 convenient sofa beds and WIFI was stable. The bed mattresses were too soft - do not properly support the back. Unfortunately rice cooker is not provided and one of the rooms had no access to the wardrobe.

• Bouhassoune (9/5): Great house, highly recommend - Great, authentic and cute Japanese house. I found the bed very comfortable. We were all very happy to come back to this house after a full day of exploring. Great location for local shops, trains to the airport and to the city center. Love the quiet streets surrounding the areas. If you need a coffee, make sure to visit Café Marronnier, it's a few minute walk and incredible. Nothing surprised me negatively
