• Fung Yee (4/5): Did the job but disappointed overall and was not what was expected - The house did the job of housing a party of 6 with plenty of bedrooms and beds and a large living room for socialising. The location was easy access to Shinsaibashi and Doton Plaza for going to and from the airport. The living space is split over 3 levels, divided by steep stairs with no bannisters so parties with elderly, injured or young children will not be suited for this property. Upon entering the first floor where the kitchen, living room, bathroom is you could smell an unpleasant damp old musky smell throughout the house. We notified management and even when we explained in detail several times they just kept repeating the question of "Where exactly is the smell?" and suggested to use the air freshening sprays provided. Unfortunately this wasn't an option as we had a young child. Furthermore, there were a few cockroaches that ran around on the kitchen surface and the cooking stove did not feel clean. Again the only solution management suggested was to just use the cockroach sprays provided. On the floor above are the bedrooms. One of the bedrooms had 2 doors which didn't make sense and the doors couldn't fully open anyway because the end of the beds stopped it from doing so. Again the old damp smell existed and you can see the wallpaper was old, peeling off or damaged in areas. The air conitioning units were quite old as well and blew out a weird smell when turned on for the heat. Disappointing because the photos made it look warm and nice but in reality it was far from that.

• Long (7/5): The house is old, little dusty when we checked in. The stairs are small steps and hard to walk up and down between floo - The location is great. Very close to the Dotonbori and near by restaurants The house is old, little dusty when we checked in. The stairs are small steps and hard to walk up and down between floors. The sofar has big hole in the middle, not comfortable to sit. All the cabinets are locked and not allow to use.

• Warren (10/5): Great value and Convenience for Group Travellers. - Location, Location, Location! This holiday home was in a great position and very central to everything in the Dotonbori tourist area. We were able to walk to most places and the train station was not far away either. There was Plenty of room for our group holiday which enabled us to relax together, instead of in separate hotel rooms. after a long day of exploring Osaka. There are many restaurants, bars and venues nearby and a Lawsons store just around the corner. Fridge, dishwasher, 2 toilets, 1 shower room, 3 bedrooms. Spacious lounge room. Everything we needed for a group of 5. This property had everything we needed, But the stairs were a little hard for my older mother, aunty and uncle. Although they coped anyway, it was a bit of a mission after a long day of walking. Something other travelers might need to keep in mind. The house is on the older side and does not have hotel quality furnishing and bedding, but that’s not something you expect from an Air BNB with such great value. It was our own little home in Osaka for ten days.

• Caren (10/5): Superb stay for families! - Home feels! Three rooms available for a family. Two toilets. Complete home equipment. Few minutes walk to Dotonburi. Near a convenience store, too. Quiet area. Easy self-check-in and check-out. With house manual. With pocket wifi which you can use anywhere. Wifi good enough for online work. Owner is very responsive! Answers our query even at late night. Such a good customer service. Super worth it! Highly recommended! The stairs is quite steep, with small steps. Difficult for elderly. Make sure to go up or down really carefully. Wifi has cap. Make sure to manage your data wisely. But if refreshes every midnight.
