• Lexi (10/5): Comfortable and cosy with all the essentials. - Very clean, lots of amenities and convenient location to town and in-laws, my daughter loved all the butterflies and purple towels. The host was very helpful and easy to contact. Loved our little treat 🦋 No problems

We appreciated the extras that were left out for us. The cookware and crockery were in good condition, lovely thick towels. Perfect for our needs.

Electric blankets on the beds. Brought my own coffee machine Broken wine glass in the cupboard. Bought a couple more from op shop
• Sophia (9/5): Superb - The unit was clean, comfortable with everything and more. The host left fresh milk, chocolates and everything one would need in the beautiful kitchen. The beautifully renovated bathroom was awesome and the hot shower was the best! Tumut is a wonderful place to visit and the property is walking distance to the town centre and yet so peaceful and quiet. Nothing! Everything and more. The internet needed rebooting and the host attended to that promptly.

• Colin (10/5): We could not have asked for more comfortable and well- equipped accommodation. - The cottage is very well- designed and appointed, and offers everything you could possibly need. There were also little extras like biscuits, chocolates and milk. This was the best holiday accommodation we have stayed in for many years. There was nothing much to dislike, though a better ironing board would be a good addition.

• Robyn (10/5): A beautiful couple of days stay at Butterfly Cottage. - The cottage was like home away from home. Very clean, comfortable in all aspects and quiet location. Thankyou for the lovely chocolates and biscuits. I can't think of anything negative about the cottage. Also very close to town and found a great pub to eat at, The Star Hotel. Beautiful meals. nothing to not like
• Susan (9/5): An enjoyable stay in a very clean and comfortable cottage. A few minor issues this stay. - Our 3rd stay at Butterfly Cottage. Very clean and comfortable. Cottage is in a quiet location. We had a few minor issues but this wouldn’t stop us from booking again. The TV set up is becoming very dated. Channel 7 had sound only, no picture. Would really, really appreciate wifi. BBQ gas bottle ran out of gas a few minutes into cooking. We had to transfer steaks and onions inside to complete cooking process. This was a little inconvenient. Perhaps regular checks of the gas bottle would be beneficial to ensure this doesn’t happen again.

Limited toiletries, no shampoo or conditioner, no wi fi, in a complex with other villas which are owner occupied and older residence. We went to see family and they came back to the villa after dinner which meant we had to be super careful of noise level.

Extra touches like treats left and fresh milk. Well stocked kitchen. Lots of towels and bedding. Nothing. It was all great.

Just the right amount of yard space, and an easy to move around layout to the cottage. It’s location was excellent, a quiet street about 10min walk to the Tumut shops and excellent parks!

• Susan (9/5): A very comfortable cottage with lots of thoughtful inclusions - The cottage is situated in a quiet street within walking distance of the main centre. Very comfortable and cosy with tasteful appointments. Off street parking was good. It was a pleasure to walk into, like coming home. Everything was fantastic! The only things I can think of are: No wifi access ( it does mention this on their policy), no dishwasher and no tissues! These were only minor issues and they definitely wouldn’t stop us from coming back!
