Thank you - Loved the beautiful large veranda as it rained the whole stay we spent most of our day on it. Everything we needed was available and many little extras we didn’t expect. • Ian (8/5): Wonderful home away from home - Wonderful roomy home with lots of nice touches. Great outdoor entertainment area and big lawn for dogs. Huge comfy bed. Very clean and well maintained property. Handy to shops and ferry. The surveillance camera pointed at outdoor entertainment area and pool was rather creepy and made us feel uncomfortable. Understand need to monitor home when vacant but camera should be removed before paying guests arrive. Front Door camera is fine. Would have given score of 10 otherwise.

• Kathleen (9/5): Great House to stay in a beautiful town. - The house had everything we needed. Check in was very easy. We loved the outside deck. Jenine had provided supplies for us to use and had lots of dog toys and treats. We were very comfortable. It is a great location. We could walk the dog to the river. The sunsets were beautiful. Would stay here again. The second bathroom was a bit tricky to get in the shower with the sliding door. Saying that the shower itself was hot and good water flow.

• Sean (10/5): Near perfection. - Everything. Clean and tidy. Exactly what we needed for the week. Easy self check in and out. Friendly owner. Top spot for the little pooch. Great yard and pool. Great back deck where we did all our cooking. TVs everywhere. It rained and was too cold to swim in the pool but when we return in summer we will utilise lol.

• Brianna (10/5): 10000% recommend this place to stay. Amenities are great, outdoor area is a massive selling point! - This property exceeded our expectations! The outdoor entertaining area was absolutely phenomenal. Made our Christmas holiday even more better. Iluka is a really nice, quiet town but still has all the things you need. Location is close to everything in town too. Added bonus having the swimming pool, felt like we didn't need to leave the house at all.

The backyard was well fenced and had lots of room for our dog to enjoy. The property was within easy walking distance of the river and the shops. I am very short, so couldn’t reach items in upper cupboards!

MOST appreciated as we didny need to shop immediately after a long day of travelling. Lots of thoughtful touches e.g bath oils, pet toys, pet beds and so much more ... a really generous attitude was evident.

• Jessica (10/5): Extremely surperb petrfriendly comfortable & spectacular indoors & out - This house was absolutely exceptional on every single level, from the moment of booking and being provided information to when we arrived in the afternoon not knowing what to do for dinner and finding that the host had the pantry stocked with staples, left us a beautiful bottle of wine on arrival, bacon and eggs in the fridge along with everything else you could possibly need to cook with / on. The fact the house is pet friendly was such a relief being able to travel with your fury loved ones and not having to worry about how your fur babies are doing whilst you're away. The dogs were instantly comfortable, the neighbourhood was beautiful along with the neighbours who we had pleasure of meeting one who was such a lovely helpful human. The pool was an awesome set up, we pretty much lived in the back entertainment area cooking on the BBQ every night as there is pretty much a full outdoor kitchen set up, TV, just so relaxing, yet still private with the electronic blinds, that also gave us complete protection from the rain when it kicked in extremely heavy on one of our last nights stay. Being able to sit out in the outdoors / indoors in any weather, ceiling fans keeping us cool outdoors. The dogs loved the yard and the size, being able to run around and do zoomies and lots of sniffs 3 minute walk down the road to IGA 2-3 minute walk to beautiful boat ramp & other water areas 5 min walk from the bowling club and Golf range Partner loved being so close to the Golf course also 5/10 minute bike ride to the beaches We honestly had the best time and hope we can get back there again in the future 🤞🏻 (They also had everything you could think of for the dogs, puppy pads, bowls, treats, dog toys, dog beds, dog towels, separate washing machine for dog blankets etc, an outdoor dog bath, poopascoopas, it was incredible the lengths of little extras these amazing hosts have gone to) N/A

• Gudgeon (10/5): Great vibes - I have never felt so relaxed while on holiday. As soon as we walked in it felt like home. It has everything you could possibly need and a little bit more The fold out sofa bed needs a more comfortable mattress. We also nearly got knocked out by the roof when climbing the stairs to the pool, maybe a warning sign that it is very low. Could not get the out side fans to work
• Deborah (9/5): 5 O'clock somewhere !! Great house.. - Absolutely beautifully set up home with all the creature comforts. The electric blinds around the deck was a massive bonus and the outdoor kitchen a huge winner. Loved the location to the shops and boat ramp. The back neighbour was friendly and the bird life, peace and tranquillity was exceptional. Recommended 100% especially if your a dog owner. There was no back curtains on the kitchen window or sliding door therefore privacy was hard to come by unless you retreat to the bedrooms. We didn't have a dog, choosing the house for location and boat accommodation. There was pet hair everywhere. All over the deck, lounges, in the bath and in our drinks. Hard to see at first until it showed up on our clothes etc. Take a can-opener as the one at the house doesn't work and was a nightmare at dinner time. The pool was quite dirty therefore we couldn't use it. But certainly looked pretty. We read the pool is cleaned monthly. Perhaps this could be improved? 3 expensive hoses at the property, none fitting the boat muffs so had to purchase a hose from IGA at $30 to wash out the boat motor. ( could of brought one from home had we known ) otherwise everything else was great.

• Kimberley (1/5): wouldn’t return due to host watching our complete stay over surveillance cameras - great location, set up well after checking in noticed surveillance cameras pointed at common areas in the back yard and front door when we pointed them away from where we were spending time we received a message from the host threatening to evict if it wasn’t returned to the correct position when we pointed out it made us uncomfortable host ensure us that she did not watch the cameras, but when we checked out host screen shot and send photos of my underage guests! when family joined us unexpectedly we would have been more then happy to pay the extra charge for the guest we weren’t given a chance before the host send photos taken off the camera demanding more money as she had watched all the footage back. we were left feeling very un easy and like our privacy had been invaded by the host
• May (9/5): Comfortable accommodation, beautiful location, no complaints 👌 - Everything was fine. I really liked how everything was provided, right down to toys for the dog. Very thoughtful. Nothing, we liked everything.

The owner had put a lot of thought into going above and beyond, to make sure there was everything you needed to make your stay special, inside and out. We especially appreciated the fact that the property is pet friendly. The property is situated in a lovely fishing village, with pretty views and walks. it is close to Bunjalung Rainforest It was green bin night and everyone was mowing their lawns. But that’s life.
