• Heiko (4/5): Wer Staub und Dreck liebt ist hier genau richtig. - Die Lage war gut und der Parkplatz war genial! Es war sehr ungepflegt und sehr, sehr dreckig überall!!! Der Abfluss der unteren Dusche läuft immer noch nicht ab; an den Wänden und an den Decken waren viele Staubfäden vorhanden; die Toiletten waren drinnen schwarz; der Esstisch hatte noch Flecken von den Vorgängern; der Boden überall war sehr dreckig; hinter den Schränken waren sehr viele Staubfäden vorhanden; auf allen Lampen war viel Staub ect. Einfach nicht gemütlich für diesen Preis!!!

• Arthur (9/5): Aangenaam en zonder tegenslag - Er was een leuke sfeer. Het huisje was proper en helemaal in orde. De gastheer en gastvrouw waren heel makkelijk bereikbaar en behulpzaam. Het huis was gelegen in een goede buurt dicht bij een tram recht naar het centrum.

• Arnoud (7/5): - Ruim opgezet Geen wasmachine, waterafvoer douches functioneren slecht, bank in woongedeelte zat slecht en was veel te klein voor de groep

• Caroline (9/5): Lovely family stay with a great kitchen, car parking included and lovely hosts. - Spacious, well equipped kitchen, access to terrace and grill, car park on premises, only a few minutes away from tram station, very friendly hosts. It was a lovely stay, the only nitpick would be the dim lights in the bathrooms.

• Lynda (8/5): Great property for a group . - Great property for a group . Well located near the Trams and not far to restaurants, supermarket and laundromat. Well stocked cutlery etc to make self catering easy .Hosts were very welcoming . It’s a small thing but soap in the showers would have been great but easily able to purchase at the supermarket

• Liz (9/5): Great house for a birthday celebration in Berlin - Great house. Easy check in and out, comfortable beds for everyone. We were a group of 7 adults and everyone was comfortable. One of the best kitchens I have seen in rental accommodation in terms of equipment and basic dry food provided. If you're without a car, the supermarket is not super close and if you're going out out, we mostly used Uber and taxis to go around. So the location is a little bit a minus, the house itself is great.

• Bonney (9/5): Superb - Very spacious, nice outside area, games and psp for the children, great pressure in the shower 😀 Nothing to clean up with. We had to buy a sponge and kitchen towels, these could/should be provided.

• Liisa (10/5): would definately go back. highly recommendable. - A whole house (two bathrooms) with a little patio garden. Very close to a direct tram into the centre. Very cosy.
• Jan (10/5): Exceptional - Quiet and cosy! Small terrace to eat outside if the weather is good. 25min to Alexanderplatz with Tram.
• Ingeschut18 (9/5): Superb - Very comfortable living room, a good kitchen (with good knives) where all basic supplies were already available: coffee, oil, thee, pepper, salt and quite a lot more. The location garded by the fence was peaceful and felt safe, which made it easier with the group to share the keys. Very friendly owner and very nice that all beds (even the sleeping sofa) was already made when we arrived! Thanks for everything! The location was not really central, however travelling takes a lot of time anyways in Berlin.
