• Michael Seaton (10/5): A 2 night stay as part of a WWI battlefields tour. - The location is excellent - just around the corner from the Cloth Hall. Walking distance to bars and restaurants. Five minutes to the Menin Gate. Nothing - all was excellent.
• Andre (8/5): Onderhoud nodig - Vlakbij gratis lang parkeren en het centrum. Ruime woonkamer, slaapkamers en douche. Erg goed bed. Toilet op de begane grond en op de eerste verdieping. Goed en snel contact met de eigenaar over bijvoorbeeld de toegangscode voor de deur. Regen douche met weinig water druk die niet warm genoeg wil worden. Vlekken op de muren, vlekken op de bank. Handgreep van de keuken die loszit. Hout wurm in de trap. Nergens een schilderij of (kunst) bloem of plant. Hierdoor oogt het sfeerloos en saai, een mannen huis 😉

Very spacious with 3 large bedrooms and great downstairs living space Very minor but we visited in very hot weather and the bedrooms were extremely warm. Bring some fans with you if staying in summer.

Large rooms, great living room area with good, comfortable sofas, separate dining area, a proper kitchen that is very well stocked with all the basics and utensils.

• Stuart (10/5): Excellent apartment within Ypres. Has everything you need. Highly recommend this property. - This is an exceptional apartment within Ypres. The property is large with all facilities provided. All three of the bedrooms are extremely sizeable. The lounge / kitchen area is ideal. The host, Pascal, was so helpful: his pre-arrival messages were full of information, extremely clear and precise, and he responded to my messages very quickly. The kitchen was stocked with condiments (tea, coffee, sugar etc - all the stuff which you need but may have forgotten to bring for a short stay), plus very nice, thoughtful extras (chocolates, OJ, water etc....a very nice touch). The location is absolutely ideal....literally a few mins walk to the main square, Menin Gate etc but also in a quiet area. Parking (for free) is just around the corner. Absolutely recommend this property...it is superb. We stayed for one night in October 2023 during a WW1 battlefields trip. This is my second stay in Ypres within the last three months....I have to say, properties and hosts within Ypres are the best....they really know what they are doing and how to provide top-class accommodation at a good price. Thank you, Pascal, I will be returning to book with you. Absolutely nothing.

• Tracy (10/5): Amazing house in an amazing city, we will be visiting again and staying here! - The house was simply stunning! It has absolutely everything you could need, was very spacious and beautifully decorated. There were plenty of towels, and even shampoo and shower gel supplied. The beds were enormous and extremely comfortable and there was ample space in the bedrooms for all travelling paraphernalia. A lovely welcome pack was left by the host too. Contact from the host was fantastic, answering any questions promptly, in a friendly manner and when asked he even recommended some great restaurants in the area too. We had an amazing stay here and will definitely be booking further trips in future. There was nothing about this property, the host or the city that we didn't like.

Lots of room in the townhouse and it was very clean. Really liked having free dishwasher tablets and other basics. Lots of plugs to charge and use devices such as phones and hairdryer. Nice touch having wine and water in the fridge. Nothing to dislike.
