• Patricia (8/5): Très bon emplacement pour visiter Bruges, il a été possible de stationner nos 2 véhicules et de nous déplacer à pieds ju - L’emplacement près du centre ville est au top. Quant aux hôtes, ils sont disponibles très rapidement et réceptifs aux demandes.

• Henri (9/5): Tous les ingrédients sont réuni pour passer un séjour très agréable. - Logement clair ,lumineux,confortable,cosy et bien décoré, situé dans un quartier résidentiel .Le propriétaire est venu nous donner des explications et un plan de la ville avec les endroits à visiter. A 100 mètres de la maison se trouve un arrêt de bus pour le centre ville c’est le numéro 3 . Parking pour 2 voitures devant la maison . Le logement étant situé à un carrefour, tôt le matin le bruit de la circulation était assez dense .

• Konstantin (10/5): Чудесна къща на хубава локация - Къщата е в тих и хубав квартал на около километър и нещо пеша от центъра на Брюж. Обзаведена е с вкус и стил, с всички нужни удобства. Отговаря на описанието напълно. Пристигнахме по-рано, хазяинът Патрик дойде точно в 10 часа и ни разясни всичко важно за престоя, включително маршрут и препоръки какво да рзгледме в града. Паркирахме двата автомобила там още в 10, въпреки че настаняването е в ранния следобед. Препоръчвам!
• Khanh-Trong Nguyen (1/5): Unfreundlichen Gastgeber. - Nichts Spärliche Innformation, wie man Haus/Wohnungstür betreten kann (Knapp 2 Stunden vor der Tür, nur nach Drohung Anrufen von Polizei). Toilette ist sehr eng. Waschmaschine kaput, voll wasser. Letzte Nacht (zum Glück nur die letzte) Stromausfall. Wir warteten sehnsüchtigt auf den Morgen, um die Sachen anzupacken und abzuhauen.

• Andrea (10/5): Super Location, wir kommen gerne wieder - Sehr schöne geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus. Sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Mit den Fahrrädern ist man Ruck Zuck in der Innenstadt. In dem Bad im Untergeschoss könnte man vielleicht an der Glaswand eine Leiste mit Haken für die Handtücher anbringen.
• holly (10/5): Amazing stay - Amazing house. Wasn't expecting at how big it was. Clean, spacious, and had everything we needed and more. We came as a family to stay one night while we were travelling up to efteling in the Netherlands, we decided to break our travel and spend a night in bruges and this place popped out at us, as it would house all 6 of us, had great reviews and wasnt far from the centre. SOLD!!! Patrick kept us updated and was sending us information for the house on the day leading up and the day of our stay. We decided we we're going to go in the centre first for something to eat before we went to the house, but we got lost and after emailing Patrick he let us in early and came to the house to greet us within 15 minutes. He was very informative, told us the best route to walk to the centre, what sights were great to see and best places to eat. Amazing host. We literally only had to walk 15 minutes and we were in the centre, it was a great walk. Even though we were all tired from traveling we did it, even the kids. There was so much to see and do. But thank you once again Patrick for letting us stay in your childhood home. The kids loved it, especially the little one. It was clean, had everything we needed and the extra little touches were amazing. Thank you once again. N/A

Es Una casa de dos plantas muy linda, muy completa con todos los servicios incluso con terraza, se siente en ella el ambiente familiar, te prestan ciclas, lástima que solo pudimos estar dos días nos hubiera gustado estar en ella más días, el anfitrión muy amable atento, la casa ubicada a cerca parada del bus.

• Erin (9/5): A really easy, clean and well equipped house. - The property was plenty big for our family group. It had all the amenities we could need and the location was lovely and an easy 15min walk from the city centre. Mosquitos nets on all the windows were very useful. Bikes were fab - but we couldn’t make the most of them as there were no kids size bikes! Everything was spotless and tidy, but before we left we had to complete a list of tasks. Not necessarily a negative but worth noting for time planning.

• Erin (10/5): Large, clean and modern house and hospitable owner - perfect for a trip to Bruges - We had the best time staying at Maison de Marcel. The photos do not do it justice. The house was modern, clean, and cosy. The bus to the centre was easy and only a very short walk along the same road. Patrick was very helpful and welcoming when we arrived and gave us lots of tips for our stay during the Christmas season. We stayed as a family group from 26 to 81 and all loved the house. The downstairs bedroom was great as the stairs are a little narrow. Nothing!
• Belle-of-tricks (10/5): A home from home - We had the warmest of welcomes from Patrick and he shared his knowledge of the house and the surrounding areas. As soon as we entered the building, it felt like a home from home. It was great to have 4 separate rooms for our family of 5, so we could all have our own space but can come together in the big family room and kitchen downstairs.
• Claire (10/5): A very comfortable stay in a homely house! - The property was extremely spacious, very clean and well equipped. It was in a great location, 2 mins walk to the bus stop for a 10 min journey into the centre. Some lovely bars and restaurants within walking distance of the property. These were signposted in the helpful guide left by the hosts. Nothing.

• Irene (9/5): Lovely house in walking distance of the city - The house was lovely and very well equipped and my family very much enjoyed our holiday here. The location was very good as it was in walking distance of the railway station and city centre. The host Patrick was very friendly and helpful, responding promptly to communications and meeting us on arrival to introduce us to the property and answer our questions. Just one very minor suggestion - it would have been good to have the basics of milk bread and butter available on arrival so we didn't need to find a supermarket as soon as we arrived.

• Siew (9/5): Spacious house with free parking - It is a spacious house with all the amenities required like cooking facilities, dish washer etc... very comfortable place which offer free parking and not too far from city by car. It has a 2nd story so if you have heavy luggage, I would suggest leaving it on the ground floor.

• Paul (9/5): Superb - Maison de Marcel is a well sized house in a quiet street not too far at all from the historic centre. There is parking/a garage and a bus available on the street but we were happy to just travel on foot. You see more that way. The rooms are of a good size, comfortable and everything is catered for that might be required during a short stay.

It is out of town but we soon got used to the buses. Lighting was a bit low for aged eyes. But a small point.

• Donald (9/5): Superb - Overall the house is wonderful as noted by other reviews. Very modern, clean with a wonderfully equipped kitchen, including a Nespresso coffee maker (so bring those pods). Having a washer/dryer available was perfect as we had laundry to do. The upgraded wifi was incredibly fast as well. We went in the "offseason" so finding parking in the center of Brugge was very easy. Just a note that the beds are on the "softer" side, but still comfortable.

• Brian (10/5): Wow, wow, wow..... - Everything was completely perfect. I booked this beautiful house for a long awaited family trip to Bruges that had sadly been postponed multiple times by Eurostar, due to the Pandemic & subsequent lockdowns. On the day we were due to travel I became suddenly unwell, so me & my husband made the painful decision not to go. We eventually managed to persuade our two grown up children & their partners to go without us. They had the most incredible time, made even more special as also now included in our family is our very smiley 14 month old grandbaby, who, when we originally booked this trip, was not even on her way to us. Such an adventure for her who apparently waved & smiled at EVERYONE throughout the entire trip, and sampled lots of belgian chocolate & waffles at the stunning Christmas markets who had just opened for the festive season the weekend our family visited, which they said, really added some extra magic to their experience of Bruges. We were sent video's of the house by the kids, who just loved it. The space, the location, the quality & comfort, the amazing beds, how clean & cosy it was, they were gushing about absolutely everything 😍..... We will obviously have to go back again, as we missed out this time around, and when we do, we will definitely book this wonderful house again.. Nothing not to like. Everything was perfect 🥰
