• Anne (9/5): Très beau séjour en famille; bien demander par contre une date précise du retour de caution. - L’emplacement est parfait, le centre de Bruges accessible à pieds. Par ailleurs très belle situation pour différentes excursions, telles que la Côte, les Pays Bas.. Apres 13 jours et malgré une demande par sms + un message vocal d’une *date* ( juste la date!) de remboursement de la caution aucune réponse. Question légitime vu le montant important de la caution : 850€/4jours. Bref démarche via booking—->ok.

• han (9/5): helemaal geweldig - locatie en huis zijn geweldig. twee of drie parkeerplekken naast het huis was fijner geweest. had ons twee parkeerboetes gescheeld.
• Yarton (9/5): Verblijf was zeer prettig. De gastheren zijn zeer flexibel en kunnen genieten van een fijn weekend! - De kamers, indeling en ruimte om het huis heen Beperkte parkeerplekken rondom het huis en het aantal zitplekken voor het aantal gasten is wat beperkt.
• Lisa (9/5): Ideal accommodation for visiting Bruges. - Great location, everything you needed for stay was provided. House clean, warm and comfortable with excellent facilities. Lots of road noise could be heard early in the morning in the bedrooms at the front of the house.
• Mélissa (10/5): Parfait - La maison était très spacieuse parfait pour un wk de Noël en famille élargie. La maison est super équipée et offre des chambres et des espaces confortables. Bien située aussi Tout était top. Nous avons particulièrement aimé aussi la chambre au rez de chaussée et salle de bain qui aide pour les personnes âgées. Une petite suggestion serait d’avoir un matelas/lit plus haut pour les personnes âgées qui dormiraient au rez de chaussée sinon top :)

• Fran (7/5): Great for a large group - House was perfect for a group. The house was cold and a bit further of a walk from Bruges City centre then I was led to believe. It was also not the cleanest. Beds could do with a mattress protector.

• Lisa (9/5): Gezellige leefruimte en een top locatie dicht bij centrum Brugge. - Top locatie, mooi en praktisch huis om met veel personen te verblijven. Hele leuke leefruimte om gezellig samen in te vertoeven. Bij het weghalen van het bedlinnen, vuile donsdekens en matrassen. Geen kleine vuilzakjes in de pedaalemmertjes.
• Henk (10/5): Heerlijk! - Het mooi ingerichte, complete huis op een perfecte locatie. Op loopafstand van het gezellige Brugge. Genoeg slaapkamers, badkamers en wc's voor 12 personen. Mooie compleet ingerichte keuken met eiland en barstoelen en eettafel voor ons allemaal. Niks
• Sofie (8/5): Heerlijk genoten van een uitje met vrienden - De architectuur en de ligging van het huis. De bedden liggen goed. Het was nog niet gepoetst bij aankomst, maar dit werd wel snel opgelost. Verder was het servies, vooral de borden al vrij versleten.

• Jizhong (1/5): Terrible! - 地理位置！location is good! 这家酒店的卫生太差！常年没有被打扫！到处都很脏！洗衣机洗衣间脏到让人不堪入目，不敢使用！院子常年没有打扫和杀虫，导致太多有毒蚊虫，我们的宝宝被咬得非常严重，被咬地方以至于十天后都没有恢复！床头、窗台、沙发、餐桌、厨房、地面都很脏！到处都是死苍蝇死蜘蛛！房东态度很差，跟她反馈情况，完全不理不睬，还狡辩职责我们！ The hygiene of this hotel is terrible! It hasn't been cleaned all year round! Everywhere is filthy! The washing machine and laundry room are disgustingly dirty—unbearable to look at and too awful to use! The yard hasn't been cleaned or treated for pests in years, leading to an infestation of toxic mosquitoes and insects. Our baby was bitten so severely that the bite marks still hadn't healed even after ten days! The bed headboards, windowsills, sofa, dining table, kitchen, and floors are all extremely dirty! Dead flies and spiders are everywhere! The landlord has a terrible attitude—when we reported the issues, she completely ignored us, made excuses, and even blamed us!

• Sebastian (10/5): Wir würden mit unserer Verwandschaft immer wieder gerne kommen :) - Das Haus war wirklich wunderschön und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gab genügend Platz und genügend Bäder. Die Küche mit dem Esszimmer und auch der Garten waren einfach klasse bei der Anzahl an Leuten. Die Lage war perfekt und man konnte innerhalb von 15 Minuten zu Fuß in die Innenstadt. Auch eine Grillmöglichkeit gab es vor Ort. Ein Spielzimmer mit einem Fußballkicker war auch ein Highlight! Die Betten waren etwas weich aber wirklich kein großes Problem. Das ist sehr subjektiv.

Great host who provided a nice drink on arrival - - Great location where you get to walk around the outskirts of the city. The station is just over 5mins taxi away. Big beautiful spacious house. Lovely garden to sit in the sun. Improvement to each room - provide a mirror. There were no mirrors in any bedroom (on the wall or door). Bathroom mirrors not full length - only observation.

• Elizabeth (9/5): A great house to visit the beautiful city of Bruges in comfort for lots of people - The house is so warm, welcoming and comfortable. There's masses of space for everyone and the facilities are great - comfortable beds, lots of bathrooms, lots of hot water and everything you need in the kitchen. Booking was easy, the house is even better than the photos and communication was always helpful. Christmas decorations are a lovely touch. There are useful shops near by and the walk into the centre of Bruges is easy. Very minor points to note: there's only parking on the property for two cars, but there is a free car park less than five mins walk away, and the door code for the outside freezer/laundry room was a bit temperamental.
• Will (8/5): Great property, great location, would definitely return, but just be careful where you park - Property was better than expected, really spacious, plenty of bathrooms, clean and modern. We parked on a nearby road as we couldn’t fit all cars on the drive and ended up getting parking fines as you’re only allowed to park for 4 hours. Some friendly locals gave us spare parking discs and told us where we could park the cars without a time limit, however it would have been useful to have known this information before arriving and had some parking discs to use in the house.
• Davide (9/5): Excellent location, great space, fantastic to visit Brugges just walking. - The house is very big and well organized. Moreover, the hosts are very kind and responsive. Great location, 5 min walking from the city center, perfect wifi. Few items missed in the kitchen when you cook for many people, but generally well-equipped. The windows have not double insulation, but the temperature inside was good anyway, after having increased the thermostat.
• Jenny (9/5): Superb - The house itself was really big and very nicely decorated and lovely and clean. The beds were very comfy. A great place for a big group of friends or a few families. There were 10 of us and there could comfortably have been several more. The location was perfect, just a 15 minute walk into the centre of Bruges. There was nothing really that we didn't like, however there were no tea towels or dishcloths so it made washing and wiping up challenging.
