• Changqian (10/5): - The Hotel are very friendly and kind, clean and well kept hotel, 2 blocks from Shanghai's central 2 line metro/subway, neighborhood is clean and quiet, the included in the price breakfast will more than fill you up for the day. I chose this hotel for the price and how close it was the SINEC.

• Alex (8/5): - Quiet location with a campus feeling. Large room with small balcony. A bit dated, but everything working, decent internet with the usual slowdown at peak times. Convenience store 5 minutes away, subway stop 12 minutes away, but not much else around. Not a hotel focused on international business, so English almost non-existent, except for the laundry lady who spoke quite good English.

• Verified traveler (2/5): スタッフの対応がひどい。サービスが悪い。 - とにかくスタッフの対応がひどすぎる。チェックイン時は笑顔なく、朝食の案内も部屋の位置案内も無く、不愛想で非常に不愉快だった。チェックアウト時は処理が終わっているにも関わらず、案内なく待たされた。 朝食後に部屋でゆっくりしていると突然スタッフがベランダから侵入してきた。隣の部屋のカギ修理をしていたらしいが、突然窓をドンドンたたいてきたので家族で驚いたし、着替えをしていたにも関わらず謝罪一つなく出て行った。受付で苦情を言ったが、関係ないみたいな顔をされた。 朝食は美味しくもないが食べれないこともない。部屋はシャワールームの作りを改善すべき。 今まで色々なホテルに泊まってきたが、スタッフの対応が一番悪かった。スタッフの対応が悪いことで朝食が不味く感じたり、部屋の作りにも不満も出てきて最悪の宿泊だった。
• Julio (6/5): Buen servicio, cuarto sucio - El gerente del hotel nos ayudó muy amablemente a solucionar cómo cambiar dólares a RMB en sábado. Excelente servicio de su parte. El personal aunque no hablan muy bien inglés fueron muy amables. La limpieza del cuarto, (alfombra, paredes y baño) deja mucho que desear. Tuvimos el lava manos tapado todos los días. La relación costó beneficio en general bien, pero tienen mucho que mejorar en limpieza de las habitaciones.

It is not a busy area, easy to call taxi in a few mins using app. - Quite a variety of choices in buffet breakfast. - There is only one restaurant which close at 8pm, best if it closes later, eg. 9pm - No convenience store nearby, best if there is convenient store at the hotel - There is a food street which is accessed by about 20mins walk. Most of the restaurants close at 8-9pm. - Wifi is not stable

• DongCheol (6/5): 카펫 먼지가 심함. 조식 괜찮음. - 호텔 위치가 google map 정보와 약 200m 가량 차이가 나서 호텔을 찾느라 고생함. 객실내 카펫 청소를 거의 하지 않는 지, 객실에 먼지가 매우 많았음. 조식은 괜찮았음.
• Verified traveler (4/5): Much more improvement needed - Bedding was not changed during my 5 nights stay. Bath towels are old and look not clean. Breakfast was not completely ready at 7:00am when it is open. No save in the room and staff in front desk will not take care of the valuables unless you sign a form. Elevators need to be deeply cleaned.

• rodney (10/5): Nice hotel with excellent included breakfast - This hotel is easy to reach with public transport. From PVG Airport taking the Maglev and a single stop at subway line 2, will bring you within 5 minute walking distance from this hotel. The price per night is reasonable and the included breakfast (which starts at 7am in the 'western restaurant'), consisting of a fusion of Chinese and western dishes is excellent. The English skills of the hotel staff are hit or miss, but I personally had no problems in my (limited) staff interactions.

• Brian (8/5): Overnight stay - Rooms and facilities are good. I had a suite with separate lounge, bedroom and large bathroom - was amazed as I only booked a standard room for an ovrrnight stay between flights. Right in the middle of a high tech hub so little in the way of nearby activities and restaurants. The hotel restaurant had very good food (extensive menu). There is some building close by happening at the moment which does generate some noise. No problems recommending for singles/couples, and if you are visiting the local tech companies and university.

• Michael (10/5): Our First Shanghai Visit - This was my first visit to Shanghai, and found ZTE a surprise. Clean, friendly and the location was convenient. We had a comfortable stay, and would consider for future visits.
• Verified traveler (2/5): 予約してたのに - 今回出張利用で、6部屋予約しておりました。 夜便の上海着であったのですが、ホテルに到着するも3部屋しか確保されてないとの事。 英語もちゃんと通じないし、やり取りしている間に2部屋に確保数が減っているし・・・・・ 結局当日は近隣ホテルを4部屋取ってもらい、宿泊しました。 展示会開催時でしたので、ホテルが混んでいるのも理解しますが、海外でこのようなトラブルは避けたいです。 中国語が話せて、交渉できる人なら展示会場からの距離も近いし便利ですが、二度と行きません。

My visiting was 3 days in middle of Oct. , out side was little cold, but in the room , air conditioner keeped confotable temp. :-)

Also best thing is it's to blocks from the train station which can take you to and from tourist locations and the airports
• Tze Wai Wilson (6/5): Nice hotel but not worth it - Nice hotel with nice environment. However, not up to international standards. Mainly for local. No English TV channel. Service is not 24hr, and don't expect much. I have difficulties to ask for an iron or even a teaspoon. Bathroom with some stain but still ok.

• Sergiu (6/5): 3* Hotel - Hotel has 3 block's, my apartment was on the top of tunel between 2-nd and 3-rd block, under my window it was Ventilation systems and a lot of mess that was collected from the roof of that tunel. carpet in the room has a lot of brown stains. defected door from shower. Average Hotel.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Great business hotel for a good value price - We had a great stay, this hotel is owned & operated by a large corporation which built this to accommodate there overseas clients when visiting I was very happy & will be staying here from now on when I travel to Shanghai the price was very good for the services provided The subway was within a 5 min walk but if catching a taxi make sure you have the address written in Chinese
• sg (4/5): Food an issue - Got a room with wet carpet, which was changed. The so called western restaurant cannot serve one veg dish. So vegeterians can forget getting anything to eat at this hotel.
• CL (6/5): Good location for exhibition - Good location, esp. if you have event at the SH New Int. Expo Centre (about RMB20 for taxi), also only 10 mins walk to metro station. The hotel is rather like 3 star hotel, the room quality is so so, but the room is quite big and the cleanliness is OK.
• Dean Richtsmeier (6/5): ZTE April 2014 stay - Overall my experience is good. The one thing that would improve the stay is the carpet in the room is very dirty and stained. I noticed that there were also some small pieces of something on top of the carpet. Maybe they didn't use a vacuum to pick up the dirt/other stuff. If you have carpet it needs to be vacuumed as well as shampooed at regular intervals to keep it clean.
• Thomas DSa (8/5): overall very good hotel restaurants lack - foreigners have problems with restaurant in and around the hotel. if restaurants can cater to foreigners the hotel will become from very good hotel to great hotel. the staff is good overall ambiance of he hotel is great.hotel need to provide information to guests as to the shopping areas etc. I could not get any information as to site seeing or shopping from any one in the hotel.

• Nathaniel (8/5): Convenient for stay on a business visit - Convenient and easy to get cabs (which in my experience can be difficult in China). Rooms are clean and comfortable, but all in all the hotel does not offer much else. I wouldn't recommend it for families or anyone on holiday.

• Sam (8/5): Not bad - The staff in the lobby spoke OK english. Breakfast is decent. Subway station is about 10 minutes away. There is a small mall with a lot of restaurants about 5 minutes away. Needs improvement on cleanliness.

• Chris (10/5): Half way between Pudong Int. Airport and the city - The staff on reception were very welcoming and there wasn't really a major issue with the language barrier. The room itself was in immaculate condition, possibly the best room I have stayed in on my 6 week holiday. I would definitely recommend it to anyone staying in Shanghai. It's a 15 minute walk to the nearest metro station, the location on the map isn't quite correct, however I shall provide feedback of that and get it changed.
• Rachel (6/5): OK hotel but taxis can't find it - Nice hotel within reason albeit very Chinese, not very international. It took a long time to find it on the first night after 24 hours of travelling as the taxi driver didn't know where it was. It's on a site that also houses the ZTE factory. The reception staff are pretty helpful, only two or three spoke English and tried their best. The breakfast is very Chinese so I was on a diet of watermelon and coffee. The mini bar only has two alcoholic beers but it is very cheap and did include Oreos. Tried to order room service (at 8:30pm) but couldn't decipher if they don't do room service or not at that time. The surroundings seemed pretty industrialised. Should be about 20-30 minutes in a taxi to the centre of Shanghai, about 5-10mins to the exhibition centre.

Also, it was not far from the subway stop which is very helpful. The rooms are in good condition. However, the hotel itself is a little bit isolated, and actually inside the huge ZTE office complex. The breakfast is Chinese and is not very good.
