Erika (9/5): Great space and enjoyed staying there. - Lots of space, pool was great for the kids, great outdoor areas Just the little things like the coffee machine not working, the dishwasher not having rinse aid. Instructions would help for the stove and correct instructions for the ducted aircon as the room numbers compared to the instructions were wrong.
Julia (4/5): Beautiful location, but be prepared to organise and clean a lot yourself - The location is wonderful, the check-in and out process is easy and the Ray White team is responsive from Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. The house overall is beautiful, however, there were a few things that left us quite disappointed. The place does not come with linen, towels or tea towels, so ensure that you hire them or bring your own. We had people coming from overseas, so this wasn't ideal. The hire process was easy enough but it still is an inconvenience. Upon check-in, we were told that the pool crawler was broken and that the pool was dirty and that the pool cleaner guys would come out first thing the next day on Saturday to fix it. On Saturday, no one showed up, no one picked up the phone at Ray White and we had to call them on Monday to follow up. There was no notes or further explanation why the cleaners didn't come but after explaining that this was not ideal, Ray White managed to organise for the pool cleaners to finally come out late Monday afternoon (we had to leave on Wednesday morning, so that was quite disappointing). The place overall wasn't very clean, dust was gathering in the bathrooms on the vanity shelves, the dishwasher was broken (and the repair guy that came out left a note saying it was working but it still wasn't) and the previous renters didn't bring the bins out the week prior which led to it being extremely smelly and it had maggots all over it. All these things are quite unusual for Airbnbs or even holiday rentals and definitely left us a little disappointed after paying so much for our stay.
