Christine (8/5): Bruges stay - Fantastic location. Loads of glassware, crockery. There was a "smell" which wouldn't disappear and was worse after a shower. Could do with more comfortable seating, chairs rather than stools. A little welcome pack would have been appreciated. And the transferring of security deposit was a hassle. We were leaving early in the morning and coming from the UK so didn't want to change funds.

Nick (7/5): Great location, comfortable stay - Fantastic location, right by the central square. Small supermarket, bars, coffee shop, restaurants etc all so close to the accommodation. Underground parking also available nearby. Door code was helpful, meaning we could all come and go as we pleased. Newly fitted kitchen very nice. Owners daughter met us at the property and was friendly and informative. Rooms were a little tired. Lack of soap in bathrooms. Neighbours talking outside windows at early hours. We were pre warned about a 750 euros deposit, but on arrival we were asked for this in cash! We didn’t have this much with us, so instead had to hastily arrange an international bank transfer. The deposit has since been returned, but we were left £33 short due to exchange rates, which is annoying.

Superb location, well equipped, keyless entry (everyone in our group could come and go as they pleased without having to share keys) This was our last booking (of 7 spread through France and Italy over 3 weeks) and was easily the best of all. We booked at 3pm on the afternoon of arrival and Sonja moved her appointments around to accommodate us. Nothing
