• aiello (9/5): Perfect for an extended family get-together! Met all our needs for Christmas! - Rugs in bedrooms were a bit worn, and places to put clothing (I.e. wardrobe/dresser/closet) would have been nice; if not luggage racks for the bedrooms would be an awesome addition. Overall the property is exceptional and has everything you could hope for-perfect for a group gathering-main room (kitchen/dining/living is amazing) and I loved the office and snug for watching tv or working separate from the group. The bedrooms were far enough removed from main living space so that when privacy is sought/needed it is easily accessible. Bedding/beds comfortable and cozy! Overall fabulous property!
• Melina Anju (10/5): - Die lage war super ruhig das wetter hat nicht immer mit gemacht aber das war kein problem weill es ein grossen gemeinsam raum hat wo die Kinder sich aus toben konnten. Wir waren 10 erwachsene und 5 kinder und wir hatten so viel spass das wir nächstet jahr wieder gehen möchten

• DentPeet (10/5): Ideal - Perfect die sehr nette Reinigungskräfte waren auch vor Ort, machten einen sehr korrekten Eindruck. Perfecte Lage, ideales Haus, auch mit kleinen Hund.
• Gerhard (7/5): Tolles Anwesen... wenn da nicht dieser Gestank im Bad des Apartements wäre - Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll - wir hatten das kleine Apartement und im Grunde hat dieses Apartment auch beste Bewertung verdient... siehe hierzu auch die vielen positiven Bewertungen auf booking. Betonen möchte ich das engagierte Hausmeister-Ehepaar - total nett und hilfsbereit, immer bereit uns zu helfen oder nach unseren Wünschen zu fragen. Wenn da nicht der eine Haken gewesen wäre ... Wie auch einige andere Gäste geschrieben haben: Die Lärmbelästigung durch die nahe Kreisstraße ist enorm. Das Bad hat vom ersten Tag an gestunken - nach Kanal! Das war wirklich eckelhaft und man hat entlang des Radweges vor dem Haus diesen Gestank auch an mehreren Stellen wahrnehmen können. Das ist ein Kanal-technisches Problem und m. E. ist hier dringend Abhilfe geboten. Der Gestank war unzumutbar (Würge-Reflex inklusive). Wir hatten zwar tags das Fenster gekippt, aber nachts war das wegen der vielen Stechmücken undenkbar... wenn das Bad wenigstens ein Fliegengitter gehabt hätte. Ich habe mir einen Diffusor im Bad angemacht, aber der hat den üblen Geruch nur zeitweilig übertünscht. Der nette Hausmeister hat mir gesagt, dass die Hausbesiterin am nächsten Tag anreisen werde... ist leider nicht passiert. Gerade bei diesem Mangel, den auch der Hausmeister und seine Frau wahrgenommen haben, hätte einen Besuch der Eigentümerin erfordert. Für mich ist der Gestank ein gravierender Mangel. Das Apartment kann man ohne Beseitung der Quelle für den Geruch nicht mehr vermieten. Da ich wegen einer vorausgegangenen Zahn-OP nicht sonderlich mobil war, musste ich auch überwiegend im Haus bleiben - so konnte ich dem Gestank nch nicht einmal entfliehen.

The management company was particularly good with any queries - Great outdoor space, lots in area, great kitchen & pool Can hear main road - but knew this when I booked as shows on Google Earth etc. was expecting it so didn’t bother me. Should be clearer when booking the house that you don’t get entire property. Annex flat was offered to us at a later date. Glad we took it as would have been really awkward if strangers staying there. House & annex joined together. BBQ belongs to annex. We were in group of 13. if strangers had taken annex would have been 2 of them then our group in close proximity. With 7 children in our group it would have been noisy for them! There’s no separation between the house and flat apart from a couple of plants!
• Willem (9/5): Superb - Beautiful closed garden and pool. The house was very well equiped. Excellent place to stay if the westher is beautiful. No heating possible during summer, although it was cold when we stayed here. A distinct sewer air in the bathroom, which can largely be solved by opening the bathroom window. There can be some noise from the adjacent house, as the neighbour terrace is adjacent to the bedroom.
• Pamela (9/5): Relaxing, quiet, lovely - Location near golf course, quiet, beautiful spacious garden. Our apartment was the smaller one, still very nice with access to the whole garden but parking was outside the gate in a field next door. Kitchen was fully supplied, even spices and oil etc. When both apartments are booked by different families, then sharing the garden space becomes less private, especially when people walk right by your apartment area when they should go around past the windows. But with respectful people it shouldn’t be a problem. Rent the whole villa for a reunion is a great idea.
