Christina (6/5): Nette Unterkunft, aber unzuverlässige und teils unfreundliche Vermieter! - Das Haus hat viel Charme. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermietung war sehr schwierig und teilweise sehr unfreundlich: angegeben in der Unterkunftsbeschreibung ist Check-in mit 14.00-16.30 Uhr, man soll eine konkrete Zeit in diesem Zeitraum anfragen und dann 1h vor Ankunft anrufen. Beides habe ich gemacht. Meine Anfrage zum Check-in um 14.00 Uhr (über eine Woche vor Anreise gestellt) wurde nicht beantwortet. Als ich am Anreisetag um 13.00 Uhr anrief, hieß es, dass wir erst im 16.30 Uhr einchecken können. Die Verantwortung dafür, dass meine vorherige Anfrage unbeantwortet blieb, wurde mir zugeschoben:"ich hätte ja schließlich auch anrufen können". Ein geringer Preisnachlass dafür, dass wir mit drei Kindern nun über zwei Stunden im Regen verbringen mussten, wurde als "frech" von der Vermietung betitelt und eine kurzfristig Stornierung wurde mir angeboten. Sehr unzuverlässig, wenn die Vermietung die Gäste nicht vorab informiert, dass die eigenen Check-in Angaben nicht stimmen. Der Ton der Vermietung war dann leider auch nicht mehr freundlich. Also falsche Angaben zum Check-in und unfreundliche Behandlung, wenn man die eigenen Angaben der Vermieter einfordert oder ein Entgegenkommen! Der Gast sollte anders behandelt werden, eben mit Gastfreundlichkeit!!
