Guest Reviews
- Johanna (6/5): Pleasant - Very good location in quiet street close to pubs, restaurants, shops, public transport.
Ok value for price.
Friendly personal, good communication.
There was a light broken in one of the bedrooms, which was fixed quickly. The bunkbeds where very squeaky but bedsheets comfortable and clean.
Overall OK for big groups with small budget and low expectaions, especially if you want your own space rather than a hostel.
The property has not been cleaned professionally, dust on surfaces in bathrooms, dirty floors, dusty cleaning equipment in bathrooms ect.
There was a lot of old food in the fridge and the freezer was also full of stuff. Seemed more like a student house which is being rented out during holidays than a professional rental property.
Breakfast consisted of 2 packs of toast and a gallon of milk, also there was old stale cornflakes and open jars of jam in the kitchen, we did not eat that however. It would have been nice to have fresh unopened breakfast items.
- Paizos (7/5): Good -
- Emma (1/5): Bad - Not one thing Toe nail on bedroom floor, dirty socks under bed, bed held up by wood, wet laundry in washing machine, ants all over kitchen and a rat was in the kitchen
- Veronika (7/5): Good - The kitchen could be cleaner. The living room smelled of mold.
- Vincy (8/5): All over excellent stay - Bedrooms Snails
- Celia (5/5): Passable -
- Steph (8/5): A convenient and warm cosy stay in Peckham! - It was a convenient location to stay in! Only a few minutes walk to the train line and a Tesco express and coffee shop/ restaurants nearby. The house was warm and cosy and breakfast provisions were provided which made for an easy start to our days! Our host was accessible via text and kindly checked in on us via message upon our arrival from Australia. It was a nice stay & base for our trip to London! While the property has plenty of beds, the rooms are quiet overcrowded because of this. Made it difficult for us to have space to move and access our suitcases (we were a group of8). Similarly with meal times there wasn't really space for a large group to sit and eat together. The washing machine in the property was coin operated and this was a slight inconvenience for our group & we ended up using a laundry service.
- Lauren (8/5): Very good - great for our needs not much parking
- Hilde (6/5): Pleasant -
- Asta (9/5): Superb - It is a nice and comfortable place to stay. A bit further away from the center, but you can reach it without any problems by bus which stops really close. We were quite a large group of people coming to London for a few days and we enjoyed our stay there. The possibility to make hot food in the morning or in the evening is great. We would definitely stay there again in case we come back to London. Everything was fine
- Karen (9/5): A little gem - The location was perfect for public transport, shops and nightlife. There was nothing to dislike. It was clean, breakfast was provided, brilliant entry system.
- Christina (10/5): we had a wonderful time and staying here was perfect. - perfect to accommodate a scouting group. 2 bathrooms, all doors locked, clean and comfortable. the owner was so gracious and accommodating. plenty of breakfast options, which were topped up as needed. good Wi-Fi!! television in most rooms. close to shops and bus and rail. there is a lot of graffiti in the surrounding area, however there were lovely restaurants and very friendly people
- Khteeb (10/5): Exceptional -
