• Michelle (10/5): Cute cottage in working farm - Cute cottage in working sheep and cattle farm. Was so lovely to be able to see the animals nearly right outside the door every morning. Cottage was original but very well kept, neat and tidy. Beds were comfy. Short drive to the beautiful town of Mudgee with great restaurants, cafes and wineries.

• Terry (8/5): Well laid-out house on a pretty farm - great for a family - we have stayed before and will stay again : ) Claire is fantastic - so accommodating, and the house works great for us. We like walking on the farm, and have walked through the field to go fishing in the river, and even saw a platypus there once! Air conditioned, a big table (excellent for board or games), 2 living areas, and a cute little verandah a couple of us sat on to enjoy the birds singing. We also love feeding the chickens and collecting our own eggs. The house has character and is nicely decorated. A short drive from Mudgee and from the cute little town of Gulgong - we recommend a visit! nothing, we were very happy

• Kylie (9/5): Beaudesert Cottage is a great way to escape the city with family and friends. - Claire and her family were very welcoming. There’s lots of space to spread out and for kids to run and play. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing with friendly animals and tracks for walking.
• Jacqueline (9/5): Great, peaceful & enjoyed the nature - The cottage was cute, big enough for us all & had everything we needed. The fresh eggs, flowers & note on arrival was a lovely touch. Although we didn’t see the note until as it was folded until 2nd day, so not much internet without wifi on the 1st night. The kitchen tap has some issues, as water goes everywhere.

• Catherine (10/5): Relaxing stay in beautiful setting! - My family and I (partner, 2 adult sons, son’s partner) stayed at this property during the weekend of the Mudgee Bike Classic. The property was a great base for the weekend, easy distance to town and wineries and restaurants. Bedrooms (5) were roomy and beds very comfortable. 2 bathrooms with great showers and lots of hot water! Firewood was provided for the fireplace which we used both days we were there. Property setting is beautiful and we enjoyed great star spotting at night when the clouds cleared. Thank you for a great stay!

• Jackie (7/5): Good - Clair, the owner was very accomodating, friendly person and the farm that the cottage is on is pretty and peaceful. Bed linens were clean and my bed comfortable. Beaudesert cottage is very basic and in need of renovation. At over $700 a night it seemed overpriced.
• Ella (10/5): Beautiful property for the whole family to enjoy. - The setting was beautiful. The landscape and views were so relaxing and the gardens were well manicured. There were toys, high chairs and games for the kids, and the facilities were clean and tidy. Complimentary farm eggs were a great addition also. Nothing not to like! However, being where it is, there were a few mice scattering around outside, but that's was to be expected. No sign of them inside.

The beds were comfy, kitchen large and well appointed and there were no outrageous rules, it was so welcoming, quiet and delightful. Minor things ie more coat hangers, some proper kitchen tongs and perhaps a little more cutlery for 8 people.

The owners also let us play with their adorable new puppies. Location is great to the wineries and not too far from Mudgee town.

• Anna (10/5): Amazingly beautiful home with luxury furniture and bedding and views - Amazing home with everything you need to enjoy your time away in luxury from furniture to towels toiletries etc. Highly recommend this property and the host is very easy to deal with and very thoughtful. Our group was impressed with the eggs bread milk and nice welcoming note from Claire. Would love to stay again soon and will be recommending to friends. Everything was perfect stunning home with beautiful views sunrises and sunsets and super clean
