Υπάρχει εξωτερική σκάλα για πρόσβαση στον πάνω χώρο του σπιτιού (υπνοδωμάτια) και αν ο καιρός δεν είναι καλός δεν βοηθάει η μετάβαση από μέσα έξω και το αντίθετο.....Ο χώρος του μπάνιου στον πάνω όροφο μυριζε συνεχώς η αποχέτευση ...Επίσης το σπίτι στον πάνω όροφο είναι όλο παρκέ το πάτωμα κ κάθε κίνηση ακούγεται έντονα !
• Marina (6/5): 2 winter nights of a mix of comfort and discomfort. - Plenty of space for a family or group of friends. Nice duvets on beds. Clean bedding. Well-located, near the centre of omodos. Interesting house with old artefacts. Warm enough, though if it had been colder it may have been a bigger struggle to keep warm. Upstairs sunroom is quite nice. The downstairs part of the property is not very pleasant. A large kitchen area, which was cold and completely windowless. However, this could be a matter of taste. There is no kettle for making tea. The upstairs section with the bedrooms (accessed via outdoor staircase) is more welcoming, in the sense that it is brighter. However, the smell upstairs, at times was unbearable. Like raw sewage. It actually woke me up on the first night. My husband texted the owner to ask about the smell and the very poor water pressure (practically unusable) in the upstairs shower. He did not respond about the smell, but said he could come and change the shower head. We told him not to bother as we were only there another night. Both toilet seats in the property are falling off. This is something so easily fixed, so I find it annoying that they hadn't been. Also, the property is not very well cleaned, with a lot of old dust and grime in places. Beds were clean, however. Note that for young children, the old, tall beds are quite dangerous. We had to fashion a barrier to keep our 4 year old safe. Good enough stay, but I wouldn't stay there again.

Очень хорошо оснащена кухня и зона барбекью. Чисто и хорошее постельное белье. Сюрприз от хозяев был очень приятным. Небольшое неудобство: зона гостиной и кухни связана со спальнями лестницей через улицу.

• Lotte (9/5): Leuke ervaring! - Super sfeervolle, authentieke woning. Heerlijke bedden. Flesje wijn en lekkere snacks bij binnenkomst. Super schoon! Je kunt niet tegelijkertijd douchen, dan heeft 1 iemand geen warm water/geen waterdruk. Maar dat is dan ook echt het enige minpuntje!
• Eftychia (10/5): A tranquil stay around the vineyards of Lemesos - Omodos is a picturesque village and the property is just at the center of it, very close to tavernas and cafes, so location is excellent! The communication with the owner was also great.

• Μαριάννα (10/5): Alternative and exceptional experience that everyone should try - Alternative and exceptional experience.Unfortunately we didn't have time to enjoy the house but the little we stayed was amazing. I liked a lot the village traditional style with many touches of the old period gathered in different spaces making an original and exceptional atmosphere. Located in the heart of Omodos with walking distance to restaurants, coffee-shops and sightseeings in the graphic streets was something relaxing. I hope next time to have more time to enjoy it in full.

• Trevor (10/5): Lovely traditional home in a very peaceful village of Omodos - Beautiful traditional home preserved in an authentic way. Plenty of space for a small family with a large kitchen and living area. Great affordable wine available at several locations immediately behind the property. So peaceful and easy to walk through the village. We found it incredibly relaxing and would stay again. It's hard to drive in the village but that also gives it it's charm. No complaints.

• Uriza (9/5): Very good place to stay for trips in Troodos mountains. - The property is large, we were six person. It has all the facilities and decorated very nice. A big dining room. It's important that the property has the private parking. Rather quiet place. Big refrigerator. Five minutes from the central square of village with restaurants and shops. The hot water pressure is low, so actually you can get shower only on the ground floor. No place for towels and clothes in the bathroom.
• Thelma (10/5): Warm, Welcoming, and Worth Every Penny - Kassandra's place exceeded all our expectations! The house was absolutely amazing, with all the facilities you could possibly need and more. It was perfectly equipped to keep the apartment warm and cozy, which made our stay even more comfortable. Having two bathrooms was a huge plus, and the sitting area was both charming and inviting. We were delighted to find a lovely welcome package in the kitchen with wine and snacks, which was such a thoughtful touch. The location was fantastic, making it convenient for exploring, and the host was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The two smart TVs were a great touch, and we loved the thoughtful folder with all the necessary information, as well as the lovely story of the place and its family history. It truly made the experience feel even more special. This place is excellent value for money and perfect for families, though I can also see it being a wonderful spot for a getaway with friends. Highly recommended—we'll definitely be coming back!

• Barbara (7/5): Charming house in Omodos - bring lots of layers and raingear if you come in Wintertime! - The house is gorgeous and charming with loads of character. Also very clean. Bed mattress was also comfortable! Host very responsive. location is very good in the village. Would be a great place to be in the Spring /Summer. Now -we were there end January so it was very cold weather and rainy. These old houses are not insulated so you feel the cold! Charming but chilly! Now there is aircon but to be honest we never felt that cosy (except the bedroom was the least cold) - However normally the weather would be totally different. Anyhow my advice is to bring lots of layers if coming in Winter. Also we could not really get the hot water working for the shower :( - (and as advised in advance - we had turned off the aircon before having a shower!). It worked for a few seconds (very hot!) then luke warm - then cool. The advantages of coming in Winter is that there are no tourists around and its quiet - What I think would be important to know for guests is that at that time of year the restaurants don't open for dinner, so many close during the week and some stay open only for lunch. So make sure you check this in advance. We had a sound problem with neighbours playing loud music (in an otherwise quiet village) - and needless to say we were a bit shocked, but the host sorted this out as soon as we let him know. Despite all my comments which I feel will be helpful for future guests, I would still recommend this house to stay in...Maybe not in Winter though ;)

• Ester (10/5): Great! - A very interesting and authentic property with a long history in the lovely and historic Cypriot village of Omodos. Various hiking trails are within driving distance. There are many wineries in the surrounding area. We recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for something special and authentic. Finding the best way to the property by car (where you can drive through) was a bit difficult at first, but the host gave good advice.

• Julie (9/5): Stunning traditional village house - We adored the house, the beautiful decor, the layout, and the history. It was spacious, very well stocked, felt very comfortable and had some very interesting little touches. Loved the shower. Great location, just a short stroll from the monastery and village square. The welcome pack was very useful and thoughtful as there isn't a grocery store in the village. In addition, the majority of restaurants do not open on weekday evenings. Communication with the owner was quick, helpful, and friendly. Thank you. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended. The double beds are very high and it would have been very helpful to have some steps. My 80 year old mother really struggled as she is under 5 foot. Also, the beds are hard, which I really like but others struggled to sleep comfortably. It would have been useful to have a wardrobe in the double bedroom. Some people may find the outside steps a struggle but it is certainly in keeping with the property and we managed just fine. All in all we wish we could have stayed longer.
• Chris (7/5): Good - It was set out like an old fashioned Cypriot home. The bedrooms were lovely with comfortable beds. Very clean. No sound proofing throughout the building, very difficult to be quiet and not wake other guests through the night, felt like there was no privacy. Rickety and run down appearance, inside and outside, doors sticking and noisy.
• Miriam (5/5): There are better options in the village. - The location of this house is perfect. The beds are comfortable. The living room and kitchen is on the ground floor. The bedrooms on the second floor. The connection between the ground floor and bed rooms is outside. The pressure in the shower is very low. Warm water is arriving trough a small boiler, electric one. Therefore very low pressure. The sofas in the living room are not comfortable.

• Wilfried (8/5): met our expectations, was the kind of house we were looking for in an historical village - The traditional style of the house, spacious rooms, quiet location on the edge of the centre, well equipped kitchen, complementary welcome package The shower could use a makeover. In Omodos no restaurants were open in the evening (too early in the season)
• Paraskevi (9/5): Superb - The house was really beautiful, located in the heart of the village but in a quiet place. The kitchen was fully equipped. The host even left coffee, tea, biscuits, rice, pasta and wine for us. It was really clean and neat, with a nice rustic decoration. The only issue was that we visited the place in February during a very cold weekend (around 2 degrees during the night) so the big room and the bathroom were freezing. There was hot water in the bathroom but the room was impossible to warm. The big bedroom was also hard to keep warm since the A/C was not strong enough. The other two rooms were warm enough.
• Mrk (10/5): Exceptional - This was the most wonderful vacation rental and were truly impressed by every aspect of our experience. The home was impeccably clean and well-maintained, with comfortable and stylish furnishings that made us feel right at home. The location was unbeatable - situated in a quiet part of the village just a short walk from the central square, attractions and amenities. We especially enjoyed the patio terrace area, which was spacious and private, with plenty of seating for relaxing and entertaining. But the true standout was the host, who was incredibly kind, responsive, and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and had a truly memorable vacation. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better vacation rental experience and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient home away from home. Nothing.

• Fyndia (10/5): Excellent choice - It is very spacious with 3 living rooms, 2 bathrooms and 3 rooms. It has a barbecue and a traditional foukou. The owners added a welcome box which is really appreciated showing that they care for the guests to have a good time. There is a parking and the location is excellent within minutes away from the square
• Yaniv (10/5): Don't miss this chance!! - this house is by far the most unique we ever stayed in while traveling. it was like being hosted by a family 150 years back. this place belongs to the same family at Omodos for over 200 years and kept most of the original furniture .It has be restored and renovated and have all necessary facilities (WiFi..). the kitchen that used to be a barn and a wine factory presents some antique wine vessels, fermentation tank and other object. it is so unique! Needless to say that the house is clean, the hosts are very informative (left an excellent printed guide for the house and surrounding) and welcoming complimentary basket for all the rest you would have to see and explore for yourself. if you plan a trip to Toroodos mountains in Cypress, you don't want to miss this house. thank you for being a meaningful part of our Cyprus vacation could be nice to have a kitchen towel...just kidding

• Vasilis (6/5): Pleasant, couzy and a grate owner. - We liked the location of the house. It was very couzy, the board games table was a very cool addition and fun to pass the time. Also, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The smart TV was really nice to use for moves and background music. Lastly the owner was very helpful and willing to assist in anything we needed. The main door to the house was very flimsy and did not properly lock. It was practically open the second morning when we woke up. This was after we lifted the door up so the lock could work. Side note, the soufas where very uncomfortable. We loved the old fashion look but it was a little too small to comfortably sit and relax. What really bothered us where the neighbors. Thy would start playing loud music from 17:00 and showed very little respect to the neighborhood and to the people who eventually came to quiet them down.
