• Marialuisa (7/5): Piacevole la zina giorno con divani comodi per condividere momenti in compagnia! - La tranquillità La camera interrata è il bagno interrato si sentiva odore di umidità e i cuscini troppo scomodi Le sedie del soggiorno traballanti I servizi igienici( doccino wc. No funzionante ) Un phone da evitare di usare perché si surriscalda. Le lampade sui comodini dell’ interrato non funzionano! Consiglio : l’ ingresso con in vista i bidoni della spazzatura , non rendono l’ ingresso accogliente Sarebbe opportuno creare un bagno per le camere superiori!.
• Jacqueline (5/5): Schönes großes Haus in super Lage, mit vielen Mängeln - Die super Verkehrsanbindung, die Nähe zu Bäcker und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Größe und Ausstattung des Hauses waren gut. Dem Haus und Grundstück fehlt es an Sanierung. Schränke müssten ausgemistet werden, die Möbel (besonders Stühle) müssen dringend ausgetauscht werden und die Tür zum Wintergarten muss repariert werden. Es ist viel zu reparieren und auch das Grundstück braucht etwas mehr Liebe.

• Filianin (9/5): Зручне розташування. Уважний власник оселі.Будинок має дві душові кімнати та три туалети. Рекомендую - Зручне розташування. Різноманіття та велика кількість кухонного посуду. Презент від хазяїна оселі.Комфортна температура в приміщенні. Оселя потребує деяких косметичних втручань, але загалом все добре.

• Holger (7/5): - Die Lage ist top In der Nähe gibt's einen schönen See Paar Autominuten von Wien entfernt In der Unterkunft gibt es eigentlich alles was man braucht Supermärkte fußläufig erreichbar Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit Ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen Hier und da sind ein paar Reparaturen notwendig.
• Sahar (9/5): يصلح للعائلات الكبيره - المكان نظيف جداً وواسع كما ان الحمامات تحتوي ع شطاف يصلح للعوائل الكبيره يوجد اكثر من سوير ماركت يبعد فقط دقايق بالسياره كما يوجد حديقه وبحيره تبعد ربع ساعه مشي المكان جداً جميل توجد صاله زجاجيه وايضاً توجد حديقه عيبها الوحيد بان الجار يطل علينا ومافيه خصوصيه بين حدائق البيوت لاتوجد خصوصيه بخصوص الحديقه كما ان الجار كل فتره يمشي بحديقته ويكون كاشف علينا ماقدرنا نقعد بالحديقه بسيته

• Vaclav (8/5): Very good - Nice quiet calm place with parking, not too far from the city center. The house can easily be recommended for groups or families. It offers enoug space and several places for resting. The house definitely needs better maintenance. It would be also nicer to have all surfaces clean including the TV screen and windows.
• Daniela (8/5): Good option near Vienna for a short stay. - The location was good, 25 minutes driving distance from the center. It was warm in the house and well equipped kitchen. There is only one bathroom for the entire house and a separate toilet without a sink. The kitchen window and the terrace door need to be replaced. Also, the main door needs to be fixed.

• Mohammed (10/5): The neighborhood is very safe and quiet, and the house is pleasant and spacious. We spent a beautiful vacation in it. - The house is large and suitable for families. The garden is beautiful and it is possible to spend more than a week at home without getting bored. The behavior of the owner is very good. Blankets and pillows are not clean and need to be changed after each visitor.
• Gael (7/5): Disappointed - We had a family holiday so thought a whole house would suit us. The 7 year old loved the Lego box. The kitchen was very well equipped. We werr able to walk to a playground and a small grocery. The owners sent clear instructions about access and parking. The house was advertised as having two bathrooms, one en suite. The basement bathroom was not usable and smelt so much of mould that we could not use it anyway. The filter in the clothes dryer was filthy. The en suite bathroom was not en suite as we understand it. It had a room inbetween the bedroom and bathroom. I made a mistake booking so far out of the city as taxi drivers would not come so far.

• Martina (10/5): Excellent for families with kids - The house is very spacious and warm, very well equipped. Beautiful sun room and garden with lots of space for families with small children. The host was very friendly, kind and helpful. The shower was a bit moldy
• Alex (9/5): We were satisfied! - Location was fantastic! Playground, grocery store and public transport links all within a 5 minute walk of the house. House itself was equipped with everything we needed, it was clean and comfortable and the outside space was great. We were satisfied! The garden was overgrown, the lamps on the stairs did not work.
