- Jacqueline (4/5): Frustrante. - A casa é bem completa, muito bem cuidada. Aconchegante e comporta muito bem. O atendimento da administradora da casa deixou MUITO a desejar. Infelizmente fomos acusados de ter levado pets mesmo não tendo levado. Foi um completo absurdo. A casa não é petfriendly o que já é horrível pra hóspedes que optam por casas. E ao entrar em contato pra saber se podia levar ela foi altamente grossa e sem empatia. Pet de pequeno porte adestrado… Como não foi permitido, seguimos as ordens e pagamos hotel de última hora pra pet e mesmo assim nos acusou de termos levado, demorou na entrega do calção. Que o proprietário veja esse feedback pois a casa merece ser melhor administrada 🙌🏻
