Alexander (7/5): Great cottage, bad appliances and cookware. BYO pots and pans! - The cottage was in a wonderful location, clean and ready for guests on arrival. The rooms were all spacious, linen lovely and perfect to accomodate several people. The cookware and appliances were terrible to the point of where they were unsafe. Scratched k-mart Teflon pans, k-mart Teflon cookware (some had actual plastic melted off), plastic kettle (leeching microplastics into boiled water). Im not sure why such a beautiful home would have such unsafe cookware that leeches PFAS and microplastics into the food and water. I brought my own frypan on a hunch and im so glad I did or I wouldnt have been unable to cook or boil water in this holiday home for my child. Everything else crockery wise was good quality...

Thierry (10/5): Easter hunt in the garden - Nicely renovated in a great location. The kids loved the garden. I like the attention to light fixtures: warm yellow, dimmable, not harsh neon in your face. Good set of kitchen knives too, so you are not struggling to cook simple meals. Nothing, really.

M (8/5): Lovely character cottage well furnished in a very convenient location - Bedrooms could do with proper curtains. They don’t cover windows as are too small. And the blind in other bedroom does not block light. Lots of teas etc were provided but no complimentary small milk which would have been nice.

Sophie (9/5): Luxurious, family friendly house in a beautiful village. - Beautifully furnished, comfortable, close to shops and food. Lovely extras like a fire pit and a piano! Easy check in and check out. The Wifi didn’t work on the first day, and the agent was unable to get in touch with the owner. We fixed it ourselves but the TV didn’t work at all.

Nathan (8/5): nice place . with a few adjustments would of been perfect - cute little southern highlands cottage. very clean and comfortable except for the rear bedroom bed bed in back room was rock solid and we couldn’t sleep on it. more firewood and firefighters would of been nice. fence palings supplied that were very wet and hard to light.
