• Beverley (9/5): Our comfortable accommodation enabled us to enjoy all the fun experiences that Bicheno has to offer - Great location, lots of space, lovely views Carrying luggage up the pathway of a steep elevated block, plus internal stairs winding around multiple levels was a challenge for 4 of us in our 70's. Fortunately, we're all fit and healthy so it wasn't a problem. But this property is not suitable for anyone challenged by steps and/or requires wheelchair access.

• Tracy (9/5): We enjoyed our stay in this gorgeous home. - Very spacious with beautiful views. Located within walking distance to cafes, shops & pubs. Having a bbq was great for us. Reclining lounges are amazing! Master bed is comfortable. Nice to see a selection of books and board games. A very clean property. The two downstairs mattresses are very very firm and our guests struggled to sleep well. One couple had to put the outdoor lounge cushions on their bed (front bedroom). No spare blankets in cupboards - sometimes Doona's are too hot.

The location was excellent with spectacular views from almost every room (Whales!!) even the backyard was lovely, I didn't want to leave the house! There was everything you needed, I could have moved in, loved it. nothing I didn't like about the house, but was very disappointed with the Lobster Shack - no fresh seafood, but nothing to do with the house!

Would have been nice to have access to garage for storage and parking, which was empty at the time. Master bedroom bed was a little soft, but that was just our own preferences. Some minor cleaning issues. Potentially would’ve been nice to have a few basic supplies, including fresh milk, etc.. option/consideration for slightly later check out would’ve been nice. WiFi poor downstairs in areas

Good blinds in the bedrooms. Big bath in bathroom which was great for the kids. Even with weather not so good, it was a great house to hang out and relax with the amazing view over Bicheno and the ocean. Beds were uncomfortable, my husband and I ended up with very sore backs. Ensuite sink wasn’t draining properly so had to clean teeth in other bathroom, no attempt to fix after notifying property manager. Hard to get washing to dry with no dryer

Some fresh milk perhaps in fridge on welcome would be useful given limited opening hours of IGA and general store.

• Dara (9/5): Superb - Property exeeded our expections, the property looked BETTER in person, the photos do not do it justice. Amazing views, and super close to the Bicheno center. We had an accidental mishap with the flyscreen door and host were amazing about this. Definitely recommend this property. Voices travel quite easily throughout the house. All bedrooms were woken up by the chatter of early risers from the kitchen. Pillows are quite firm. But that's just being picky.

The house was very comfortable with all modern conveniences. The location was great, close to shops and amenities. When we arrived we couldn't get in. The code for the lockbox would not work which was frustrating. In the end we contacted the owner to find that the code had been changed but not advised to us. However once we got into the house it was wonderful.
