• Anita (10/5): Stor og flott leilighet midt i smørøyet. - Veldig sentralt , men rolig område. Gåavstand til West End og Covent Garden, SOHO, Oxford Street , Regent Street og Carnaby. Enkelt å ta bane fra Tottenham Court Road til hele byen. Har alt en trenger for et godt opphold. Var litt uheldige med at vi ikke sjekket temperatur i leilighet før kl 2200. Første natta var vi kalde og det var ikke varmt vann i leiligheten. Fikk raskt svar dagen etter om at vi måtte resette oppvarmingen. Ble fort varmt og varmt vann. Kanskje lurt informere om det i eget skriv før ankomst. Ser det er flere som har hatt samme problem. Ventilasjon på utsiden av soverom var også veldig bråkete. Hadde med ørepropper så det var egentlig ikke et problem. Men tenker at det kanskje er lurt å gjøre noen tiltak i forhold til det. Bygge inn sjakta. Atmosfæren i leiligheten er veldig upersonlig og noe steril. Det er ikke negativt i den forstand, da alle er forskjellige og noen liker det slik. Trenger å bytte lyspærer. Lampen i stua hadde ødelagte lyspærer, samt ene nattlampa på hovedsoverom. Personlig synes jeg det er best med enkeltdyner. Det var dobbeldyne på begge rom.

• Javier (10/5): Muy recomendado - Lo mejor es la ubicación. El apartamento (puerta 1, primera plsnta) limpio y moderno, con cocina equipada. Buena limpieza, aunque con moqueta en las habitaciones. Si piensas usar la tv, no funciona muy bien. Las camas muy blandas y si duermes con alguien cualquier movimiento se nota. Aún así, volveré aqui si vuelvo a Londres y el precio es similar.

• Ged (7/5): This would be a perfect London short stay flat if the aircon noise is fixed. - Lovely flat, clean and spacious. Great location. There is an aircon unit on the outside wall of the main bedroom that is very loud and operates throughout the night. The aircon is for another property, this flat didn't have any. A combination of the noise and warm rooms meant sleep quality was poor.

• Tina (10/5): Wonderful stay in a great location! - The location was amazing; close to all the tourist spots, an Underground station, and delicious food. It was right down the street from the British Museum as well. The property was clean and even better than depicted in the photos. The apartment was, for the most part, quiet. The property manager was also responsive to my questions. I would definitely stay here again. The property had most essentials but was missing some items such as hand soap in the kitchen and laundry detergent, and the amount of shampoo and conditioner provided was insufficient for three people who were staying for one week. All of this was easily remedied by going to the local grocery store or the shop just down the street.
• Holly (10/5): Clean and modern unit in a perfect London location! - Modern, clean and fitted out with everything you need. Super close to Holborn Station, a perfect location in London. There’s nothing to fault. Our stay was Perfect!

Access to the apartment via steps not well maintained. Carpet on staircase badly worn out. Staff not at all accommodating with respect to requests for missing supplies or check out (e.g. two cups in apartment listed for up to four people, not even 30 min extension of checkout time).

• Wei (9/5): I would definitely return, given the opportunity and recommend it to anyone who like to explore this part of London. - Excellent location within walking distance to a plethora of restaurants, pubs, theatres, museums and minutes walk to Covent Gardens, Seven Dials, the West End, Soho, Chinatown and Bloomsbury. The property was very clean and everything worked as intended. The staff were accommodating and friendly. A lift would be great but it’s uncommon in heritage buildings such as this.
