Guest Reviews
- Angela (1/5): Ripped off - N/A Dirty, broken kitchen cupboard, broken blinds, unable to close the bedroom window, dirty mattresses stored in the bedroom, broken iron.
- Helena (5/5): Okay for a short stay but not that comfortable for longer term visit. - The bed was okay with plenty of suitable bedlinen and towels. The Wi-Fi worked effectively. There was a good quality washing machine and the shower had good water pressure. The heating was also at a suitable level for the time of year, so the place was not cold. Location was good for me and I didn’t have too much trouble parking near to the property. No information provided about how to use the appliances, when bin days were etc. and no recycling bin. The sofa was extremely uncomfortable and the floors in the main room were lifting and there were gaps. There was no mechanism to open the blind in the bedroom - I’m assuming it was broken. Overall, I would describe the main room as a bit tatty in places but the bedroom was in much better condition.
- Muhammad (10/5): Exceptional -
- A (5/5): not a bungalow! - the host was very responsive and kind the property needs few things fixing especially the lock
- Anicet (9/5): Superb - The Bungalow was good and clean The living room air conditioner was not working.
- Mandy (7/5): Overnight stay - The location was safe and not far from the shops. The apartment was clean, supplying toiletries towels and bedding. There was a suply of tea, coffee and sugar we just had to get milk. The beds were. comfortable, and it suited us for the one night We had a problem getting back in using the key pad on the outside gate. We contacted the owners, but as it was late in the night, it was understable they did not reply. We managed it eventually, much to our relief!
- Blanched (6/5): Good location but won’t be back - Good facilities in kitchen Check in procedure with key lock box not working and no reply from phone number on booking confirmation, also the Broken floor looks very untidy and NO TV 🤷♂️
- Dinochen (9/5): For short time good - Private atmosphere No light on the head of the bed. No radio or anythings like that. Parking was a matter of luck on the street.
- Zemankova (7/5): Well priced, quiet, accessible - Property is a lovely distance to the center of London. Quiet. Beds were comfy. Lots of storage space to put our stuff into.
- Bolland (6/5): Stay in London - It was very clean except for a the sofa It was advertised as having parking but no on site parking. Often no parking spaces on the street.
No TV or radio
The tiny sofa was very worn and stained under the cover which had to be removed to convert the sofa into a bed.
Harsh strip lighting in the living area. No side lamp.
Very dim lighting in the bedroom.
- Chioma (3/5): 1 point - The kitchen appliances only The toilet wasn't working properly!
Whenever we wanted to have a bath 🛁 the water was always cold. Think the place has a maintenance issues... it's not a place I would like a person to stay in.. I and my family were totally disappointed with the place.
- Mirjana (7/5): Good - Only the price is v afordable.
No TV inside,
2 adults, and 3 kids, 2 of them slept on beds, one little one on sofa(not for bigger children) and me and other mother on mattresses on the floor.
Toilet was clogged, we could just wee i side, that was the biggest issue, from the floor in the kitchen(where one mattress was because the room is so tiny) water was leaked after shower, so we needed to put some kitchen towels on it.
Lock on main door was broken too.
To be honest, not so good, but not so bad as well for the money we oayed for 5 people.
We ware there only on the evening and in the morning, as we ware going out all day, so who ever planina to do the same,
It's worth it.
If you wanna spend some time i it, not so bad too, but than i would bok something fancy and more expencive.
If we ever go back again, i might bok the same place, deoending on the price.
We payed £300 for 3 nights 5 of us.
There is nothing cheap like that in London.
- Ellen (8/5): Very good -
- Ga (6/5): If you plan only to stay for 1 or 2 nights and sleep, then it is a nice apartment - Have air conditioner, the living room and bedroom is quite large, the neighbourhood is tranquil, the daily necessities and equipments are quite complete, the bed is comfortable. Many infrastructure in the house is in a bad condition: the outer wooden door is very fragile and very hard to open or close, every time we use the door it feels like the door will fall apart; the inner door's knob is already broken at the very beginning when we just arrive to the property; there is a serious water leakage problem which makes the parquet floor at the living room bulges and water leaking out after we use water at the kitchen or the bathroom.
The bathroom and the bath tube are small and cramped.
The host is not responsive: starting from the beginning of the third day of our stay there is no hot water coming out, we messaged the host about the problem but he didn't respond at all, the problem continued throughout the rest of the journey and so we cannot take a bath at all at our last night.
Many bugs throughout the apartment.
- Ann (8/5): Quiet neighbourhood, centrally located and very private. All the necessary comforts of home provided - Not applicable
- Inbar (5/5): If you plan only to eat simple meals and sleep it is a perfect appartment - Quit appartment, lots of hot water, good shower. Good buses around. Good food stors around Needs some repair: Its hard to open the wooden door, there is a leak that makes the parquet floor wet, there is no night light by the beds, not enough kitchenware .
- Heather (7/5): Good - clean, quiet, comfortable
- Jiahui (8/5): Very good - good location easy to reach the public transport (24hr bus). good size have everything needed. only 2 single beds, have another 2 mattresses but are not very comfy. beddings are quite old.
- Rose (9/5): Superb -
- Anonymous (8/5): Very good -
- Asghar (8/5): I had a very good experince and enjoyed being there. - It was clean. Host was polite and supportive. opening the main wooden door was not easy.
