• Darius (8/5): Very good value for money with quirks - The property is very well positioned. We barely took the tube anywhere and could walk with distances very manageable in every direction. The beds in the bedrooms ar every comfortable and the noise is not a lot from the street. The apartment is also pretty spacious. The sofa bed was broken, and it took until the next day to be fixed that cause one of our friends to sleep on it like that and the shower in the common bathroom had virtually no pressure so it was very hard to shower in that bathroom, the other one was very good tho

• LAURA (8/5): - Appartamento molto grande con tutti i servizi, zona molto carina e comoda per spostarsi a visitare tutta la città, bus a 2 minuti a piedi e metro vicina. Chiesto check in anticipato in quanto atterravamo la mattina, e ci è stato gentilmente concesso Se devo trovare qualcosa di negativo, la pulizia non era il massimo e l'acqua della doccia scendeva molto piano

• Beatriz (9/5): Buen lugsr para alojarse - Amplio, limpio y comodidad para entrar y salir. Una ducha tenia un sistema de ahorro de agua y era poca presion y cantidad.

• Ken (8/5): Gute Wohnung in guter Lage - zu empfehlen - Schöne Wohnung in zentraler Lage (21 Bowling Green Lane). Die Kommunikation inkl. Schlüsselübergabe verlief vollständig digital und reibungslos. Der Blick vom 2. OG aus ging Richtung Wände/ andere Häuser, aber wir haben die Wochnung auch nicht wegen der Aussicht gebucht. An manchen Stellen war die Einrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen bzw. offensichtlich günstig in der Anschaffung: so klemmten zum Beispiel die Jalousien und an ein paar Stellen bröckelte der Putz. In Summe aber waren das Kleinigkeiten.

• David (9/5): Buena ubicación y calidad si tienes dinero pero no mucho para ir a un hotel - La ubicación cerca de las estaciones de Kings Cross (para desplazarse al centro aunque si se está con ganas, también se puede ir andando) y la de Farringdon (para venir e ir al aeropuerto). El apartamento está muy bien para 4 o 5 personas (6 si son niños y quieren dormir 2 en el sofá cama). Limpio, preparado (con nevera, congelador, vajilla, microondas, ...), El precio está bien para los precios que hay en Londres y apartamentos parecidos u hoteles (aunque no deja de ser mucho dinero). Si se quiere cenar cerca, tiene una zona cerca con variedad de restaurantes que no está mal, en la calle Exmouth Market. Por poner pegas, si hace calor en verano (empieza a ser algo frecuente las olas de calor en Londres) también lo hace durante casi todo el día en el apartamento. Es verdad que como no tienen aires acondicionados (cosa que seguro que se irán planteando muchos hogares y alojamientos en el futuro) había ventiladores en cada habitación y en el salón. Cosas del cambio climático, que es inevitable por mucho descerebrado que niega su gravedad.
• Fai (4/5): Disappointing - The property was spacious and had plenty of sunlight. The property did not provide enough beds and bed linens according to our prior agreement. The washing and drying machine did not work very well.
• Amanda (7/5): Comfortable apartment in great location but lacks attention to detail - Great location, spacious apartment, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds Bathroom bin bag hadn't been changed from previous occupants (there was a used sanitary item in it). Owners not contactable after 10pm at night. Shower and fixings not clean. Shower not great.

• Kristine (6/5): Pleasant - Nice and spacious apartment with a great location We would have rated it 9/10 unfortunately we have a bad experience on the last night. The fire alarm went off and we of course evacuated. We tried calling the host. No answer. We called the number they had given who said: You can call the fire department but will pay a fine if no fire. And then she hung up. That was extremely uncomfortable as we were staying with a small child and thus we can’t recommend the hosts

• Laurent (4/5): We enjoyed our trip to London but disappointed regarding the points listed particularly considering the price per night! - Location, size of the apartment and washing machine + dishwasher was handy - Lift can be heard very loudly squeaking in the apartment when it’s in use - Shower room was unusable.. didn’t work - Couldn’t use the bath in the bathroom as there is no plug (we have a baby) and cant use it as shower as there us no where to hang the shower hose. Premier Inn has better bathroom/shower facilities. - Very greasy in the kitchen - Plinth kept falling in the kitchen - Rust and humidity - Carpets dirty - Drying rack was broken (and tiny) - Noisy street from car traffic - Light from the building opposite means that the bedrooms never get dark.. no curtains just venetian blinds
• Chara (8/5): Great location! Value for money. - The check-in procedure was really easy with security digital codes for both doors (Main Building Door & Apartments Door). This gave us the flexibility to get in and out of the apartment. The location was great, 8 mins walk distance from the Farrington station. Also, the area was pretty safe, and we felt really comfortable. The apartment was spacious, warm and bright. The heating tower in the 2nd bathroom was not working effectively, and there was insufficient water in the shower.

• Panagioula (7/5): Great and very helpful host, but unfortunately some important facilities weren't working - Very cute flat and perfect for 5 people the wifi was almost never working, the elevator was also broken, and one of the showers was always too hot and we were unable to use it. Someone did come to check it 30 minutes after i sent a message about it but unfortunately it couldn't be fixed during our stay

• Stephen (9/5): Great spot in a good location - Great location. Great kitchen. Lift is a great bonus. Bedrooms too light, need something other than the timber shutters. Bit of water damage in the ensuite and no toilet roll holder. Both bathrooms need better shower heads and holders, in each there is only a hand shower.

• Evaggelia (9/5): We had a great time there. - It is a comfortable and cozy place in an ideal location since the distance to the mini market, coffee shops and restaurants is pretty walkable. There aren’t slippers in the apartment. The mattress isn’t comfortable since it is a bit hard and the personal care products weren’t enough.

• Keith (8/5): Great location. Shower needs adjusting. - Great location. nice and warm. The shower in the ensuite was waist height. if the wall fixing was just a foot higher than it would be a lot easier to work. As it was, it was extremely difficult. My wife had sit to shower. Not impressed.
