• Michele (4/5): Great host however the property could be cleaner - The host was extremely helpful. The property needs a deep clean. The bathrooms were very dirty. Corners of the bath, floors etc. There were small flies in the en-suite. It wouldn't take much to bring this property up to an acceptable standard. Also, there were only 3 charis in the living room for a 3 bedroomed property.

Good communication from owners prior to stay with access instructions. Overall they were very helpful. Minor things like no tea towels provided, but nothing major.

• Babajide (9/5): Family Friendly Home - Great host. Very quick to respond to any reported issues/problems. The host communicated very well with us and checked that we had everything that we needed throughout our stay. The host also got us free espresso and sponsored a free pizza night for us. Train station is close, and you can get anywhere easily . The host is excellent. The location is in a school area, which makes it difficult to get Ubers to the exact location during certain timeframes. You have to walk up front, and that becomes a bit difficult, especially when you have a lot of luggage or groceries. Had some knocks on the door at the beginning, but that later stopped.
• Varg4s (10/5): Exceptional - The house was spacious and everything was very clean. The host gave us some coffee capsules as a welcome, that detail is appreciated. The metro is 10 minutes from the house. There are also several food outlets and a small supermarket just a few minutes away. The interior staircase was a little narrow and if you go with older people they have to be a little careful when going up and down, otherwise everything was great.

• Anne (10/5): Quiet home within reach of everything - A comfortable house in a quiet residential neighborhood within easy reach of the city, this was a great place for three generations with varying interests and energy levels. The narrow hallway and staircase were a little hard for the oldest of us, and worth considering if you're traveling with folks with mobility issues, though Sanya did extra to accommodate our group, which we appreciated.

Kitchen is well equipped,thanks for the coffee capsules:) Everything was great! The place is 10 min walking from Plaistow underground station. Stratford Railway station and junction with shopping center is 15min by bus or by underground. Everything was perfect!

• Mr. (10/5): The great host, Sanya. - The host, Sanya deserves 11 out of 10 rating. She is nice, quick to respond and very helpful, indeed. She keeps her place well-organized, cozy and clean, and her hospitality makes the visitors feel cared. I wish every host were like Sanya. The location of the property is really good, and we loved the Nespresso machine & complimentary Netflix by fireplace at night. A tumble dryer and some more kitchen wares would make the place perfect! Well, it does not mean the place isn't great. It is already a near-perfection.

The host was so nice and helpful and accommodating for any questions i have. The lock for the outer door to enter the was challenging to open.
