• Samantha (10/5): Excellent location to the Excel and everything needed was in the house. - The amount of space in the house for all of us was great, perfect that everyone had a double bed and location for us to get to the Excel was a short walk away.
• Nadeem (3/5): Don’t want to go there again - No internet there and they get extra £20 for parking second vehicle there is already parking place available on the road outside house driveway one car park in driveway and other one behind it on road

• Conrad (3/5): - Rooms were spacious 15 minute walk to shops, trains, restaurants and pubs, entry was delayed by 30 minutes as cleaner locked herself out, no heating and place was cold, showers were often confusing to use, had to unblock upstairs bathroom sink myself, no hand towels in bathroom and toilet, no tea towel in kitchen, when asked they brought around was clothes and not tea towels, we were made to wait an extra hour as he was late turning up by an hour, which wasted a day out for us, was supposed to change a flickering light bulbs but had to go out and buy a different light bulbs (another 30 minutes), when ask to clean the toilet wall which we thought looked like shit he said no, not a happy stay all round

• Antonio (7/5): Logement pratique pour se rendre à l’Excel et à l’est de Londres. - Chambres à coucher spacieuses. Proche de l’Excel. Les parties communes devraient être mieux entretenues (vaisselle pas toujours propre, tout comme le rideau de douche). Le jardin était inutilisable car pas entretenu. Une seule salle de bain pour 5 personnes.

• Premium English PL (10/5): Great for groups of tourists from abroad - The description matched the expectation. Simple, safe and convenient. The whole neighbourhood seems relaxed and easy-going, in fact. Shops, park, train station and bus stops all within easy reach. They sell everything you need, even if you had forgotten something. Everything in the house worked and functioned as you would expect in a standard family home.

• Mark (6/5): Exhibitors at excel - Great location and fantastic communication from the owners great to have parking too. House was clean with fresh bedding and towels and plenty of hot water and heating. The property is very tired needs a re fresh paint and furniture
• Deepa (5/5): Average place to stay - The property was clean and the hosts acted upon the request but it should’ve been done before we even came to the property. There’s a cute little garden which would be great for bbq in the summer. The pillows were paper thin literally. They only had one bathroom which wasn’t ideal for 9 people as we all had to take turns to shower. The train station is about 15 mins walk so be prepared to walk quite a bit from the property. The upstairs beds screw was a bit loose so we had to sleep in the living room. Not enough towels were provided
• Mohd (8/5): Great accomadation with good connectivity to public transport - Nestled in the quiet neighbourhood of Newham. Its inly a stone throw away from Westfield Stratford, and very accesible via busses and tube (Stratford station). The accommodation itself is large, with plenty if bedrooms and very usefull kitchen. Heating was good too. There is only one shower and two toilets, which was a bottleneck at first, but was able to manage with time.

• Shera (4/5): Nice Home, but bad customer service - The neighbourhood is nice, friendly people, nice family home. Varity of places to eat or buy food and groceries. There was no one there, to show us around, We had to figure things out by ourselfs.There were only two table fans, while it is a 4 bedroom house. The pillows were too flat. It would have been nice to have met someone. For us the customer service was way below expectation. Also it would have been nice if there were adaptors so we could charge our Phones. Even if we had to pay extra to use them. The trashbin were full so we couldn't take our trash out. Overall our stay was not terrible, but customer care is everything.

• Samantha (1/5): Stressful unable to stay left after 1 hrs, had to find alternative accommodation for 11 people after travelling for 6 hr - Nothing unable to stay Arrived at property and very unclean, smell was awful. Room very very basic with minimal bedding for people staying. Curtains marked with what appears to be blood. Living room 1 very small sofa that sits 2 people no where else to sit other than someone’s bed in the front room. Kitchen table seated 4 when 11 people staying. Walls marked and damaged. Garden unsecure with fences damaged
• Annika (8/5): Spacious with parking - Spacious, comfortable and functional and the hosts were very helpful and obliging. The parking was very handy too. Location is great for Excel but I wouldn't have wanted to walk to the property alone at night.

• Uchenna (9/5): Multiple Rooms and Beds for Group Accommodation - The apartment has several rooms and beds such that it can comfortably accommodate up to eight persons. The living room has just one sofa, although it also has a bed. Replacing the bed with a sofa will make for more comfortable relaxation for the occupants.
• Noraiza (7/5): A pleasant stay in London. - What like about the house: Location. A bit of a walk (20 mins or so, depending on your speed) to the nearest train station which is Custom House station but still not too bad. We also took a bus from the Custom House station to the nearest stop to the house and then it’s just a 2-3 minute walk to the house. Layout of house. 4 + 1 bedrooms, one on the ground floor, one on the second floor and the tv area can also be a room as it as a bed, and two rooms on the third floor. Enough for all 7 of us. The rooms are surprisingly decently sized. Some are big. Bathroom. The two showers in the tub has great water pressure. Has shampoo, conditioner and bath gel. Shower curtain is clean - no mold. Kitchen. Well stocked. Has a washer dryer which is great when we were only able to do our laundry late at night. Has condiments, lots of cutleries and pots and pans. I like that all the kitchen items are consistent to the theme. The house is mostly white, so nice contrast. Extras - there’s a foldable table and chairs for extra seating in the kitchen which we appreciate very much. There’s even specific recycling bags. We appreciate this. Price. We didn’t expect too much coz it’s a London accommodation. Everything was markedly more expensive. But the place can be considered value for money especially for large groups. Cleanliness. Was not dirty. But can be further improved. The garden at the back can be better managed. One person in my group mentioned that her bedsheets didn’t smell very clean. But mine was ok. So maybe to have a check on this? Curtains. Maybe get heavier curtains? Or use blinds.

• Navjot (10/5): Well facilitated spacious property on a good price. - The property was very nice, clean and well facilitated. Location was good and convenient. There was only one bathroom which had a shower facility. With such a big property at least 2 shower facilities would have been better.
