Nos apresentou o imóvel; a casa é pequena, mas confortável e bem funcional. Limpa e equipada. Boa localização e fácil acesso. Ótima para pets, toda cercada. Sugiro apenas a avaliação da possibilidade da colocação de duas redes ou um banco confortável, no quintal, para curtir o verde, e a área externa.
