• Hong Ky (8/5): - Beautiful, clean and spacious accommodation. It easily accommodated all 7 of us and the BBQ allowed for a delicious home cooked meal Some things were missing that we expected such as soap and shampoo, tea and coffee

Chỉ có máy lạnh phòng khách. Nhín mình đi vào lúc hè nóng, ngũ rất nóng ở các phòng ngũ còn lại . Máy lạnh không đủ công suất cho toàn nhà mát.
• Vidhur (2/5): - We stayed here for a few nights in December with a large family group. We’re not usually ones to complain, however unfortunately our stay was impacted by an ongoing issue with an extremely pungent unpleasant fishy smell in the whole property. We could not believe how bad and pervasive it was. Staff were reasonably responsive and arranged for a cleaner to attend promptly. He did what he could, however the issue wasn’t able to be resolved during our stay. Interestingly the cleaner also mentioned that this was not the first time the problem had occurred. Unfortunately, no alternative accommodation could be arranged at the last moment and no compensation was offered. This greatly impacted our stay as the source of the smell, the fridge and freezer, were completely unusable. Another more minor thing to be aware of is that tea/coffee facilities are not provided. Unfortunately our experience fell very short of expectations. We would not recommend this property to anyone.
• Nhan (2/5): Not an enjoyable experience - The location is close to other attractions. We didn't have WiFi during the entire period of our stay despite multiple requests. The property is managed by an agent, and they were not responsive. Each time I called them, the agent kept saying they were busy and kept asking me to email them about the issue, but they didn't respond at all. The hot water didn't work at night time, so most of us had to shower in cold water or had to boil water using the kettle for our shower. There were only 2 rolls of toilet paper for the duration of our stay. The lock in the toilet door didn't work properly. No dishwahing liquid to clean the dishes so we had to buy our own. Overall, it was not an enjoyable experience at this place.
• Alan (8/5): Relaxing - Comfortable and clean 1 dining chair needs legs to be tightened. Would be good to have a shower caddy to hold soap.

• Jodie (8/5): Comfortable and enjoyable one night stay - Well for out and spacious house Was on the expensive side. Would have been good to be able to check out a bit later. Some minor repairs needed eg door handles, shower heads

• Loris (9/5): Great weekend retreat for our group of ladies, and the location gave us the opportunity to get in alot of walking . - Excellent house for a bigger group. Clean and well presented.
• C (7/5): nice place, with a few things to be improved. - overall the place was clean and tidy. beds were soft. spider webs on outdoor furniture. ie every single outdoor chair. No air con for any of the bedrooms, not even the master bedroom. Hot water supply was limited, don't be the last person to shower

• Ada (7/5): Good - 1. Nice spacious four bedroom house. 2. Clean house and well equipped kitchen. 3. Kids love the bunk beds 1. Weak wifi 2. Not enough hot water - hot water ran out after 3 kids having around 4 mins of shower. I ended up having a lukewarm shower one day and a cold shower on the 2nd day. We appreciate the security guy coming over on new year’s eve to have a look at the hot water system, but didn’t help much. 3. No air-condition in the bedrooms (only heater and a ceiling fan)

• Sam (9/5): A good place to stay - The property is located in a quiet area within a short distance from the town. It is in a good size with 4 bedrooms, well equipped kitchen. The downlight over the kitchen sink and the shared bathroom are not working. No shampoo nor body wash is supplied.

• Tony (5/5): Passable - There was no breakfast provided :( Location was good as it was an easy stroll to the main center. Backyard was very neat and tidy with a good BBQ provided to cook on and table to enjoy your meal on a nice sunny day. There was nothing that stood out to say the house was amazing. Only thing going for it was the fact that it had four bedrooms and a open kitchen / living room. To have only one split system for heating / cooling to the entire house was very disappointing, this needs to be improved. A start up pack should of being included (tea, coffee, sugar, small milk, shampoo & conditioner) Salt and pepper grinders were empty No internet connection to TV No mop pad to clean any spills No additional blankets in Master Bedroom, had to use the ones from the first bedroom. No "how to" use the TV instructions, TV was very difficult to turn on.
