• NICOLETTA1968 (8/5): Buona soluzione per visitare Napoli - Appartamento situato in posizione super centrale, a un passo dalla stazione metro di Chiaia. Pulito e confortevole, il proprietario Luca molto disponibile. Nonostante un problema con la caldaia, alle 21.30 si è presentato da noi con un idraulico, che ha ripristinato l erogazione dell'acqua calda. Avremmo gradito la presenza di una macchina del caffè con cialde o capsule, invece presente soltanto una Moka, piuttosto piccola. In generale dotazioni della cucina un po' scarse. Nel bagno miscelatori un po' traballanti, soprattutto quello del bidet

• Cristina (7/5): - Posizione centrale, in pochi minuti a piedi si arriva in piazza del Plebiscito. Appartamento silenzioso. Host disponibile. Molti negozi e locali nelle vicinanze. All'arrivo appartamento molto freddo, termosifoni non funzionano si può scaldare solo con climatizzatore a pompa di calore. Poche pentole molto rovinate, moka con muffa. Bagno molto piccolo, freddo, con inizio di muffa sul soffitto. Letto scomodo.

• robert (10/5): A real home away from home and place to recover from the exciting chaos that is Naples - The apartment was in a nice quiet area in a private block with a gated entryway and fully equipped with everything we needed. We are were a 10 minute walk from the Piazza del Plebiscito and all the attractions associated with the area. We shopped at the the Superò Via Santa Lucia, 59 and used the Ascensore Monte Echia to get down to the road it was which saved alot of steep steps. The Ascensore Monte Echia was included in our weekly transport pass otherise it is EU1.50 each way and was the perfect way to get to the sea front. There is also a fantastic greengrocer about 200 yards away Costabile Giuseppe Via Monte di Dio, 50, We also used the new metro line at Chiaia however be aware it is only open 07:30 to 15:00 at which point the lifts up to road where Casa Fortuna is located close. There is a municpal lift system next to Chiaia station but like much of Naples is subject to sudden unforseen closure. However Municpo metro was only a 12 minute walk but we always used the Via Gennaro Serra as one time we went up Chiaia and both lifts were closed so we had to retrace our steps We did not feel anything could be improved

• Dora Milanesi (9/5): - Pur avendo prenotato all'ultimo, Luca ci ha fatto trovare la casa pulita e in ordine. È stato veloce nelle risposte ed è stato gentile e disponibile. La casa è in centro, carina, giusta per 4 persone, pulita e con tutto quello che serve, compresa aria condizionata e due TV.

• Jacqui (9/5): Ideal quiet location for a week in Naples - Luca was very helpful and the apartment was clean and ready for us early. We stayed for a week and there were plenty of towels and a good washing machine The location is good for access to the bay and to other areas via the metro Quiet at night. Good bed. No kettle - only an issue for tea drinkers like us. The shower was a bit tight for my 6’2” husband. Some small issues outside Luca’s control- such as the lift from Chiaia metro being out of service so we dragged our luggage up 100 stairs - check the operating hours with Luca if you are using the metro.
• Karolina (10/5): Exceptional - The location is outstanding. Quiet apartment even though it is 15 minutes walk from Toledo metro station. Very centre. Grocery shop downstairs. We were with 2 children, aged 2 and 4. There is playground 10 minutes walk towards the seaside. The host was incredibly kind and communicative.

• Sinead (9/5): Excellent large quiet family apartment in a great location - It’s is a really big appartment with two very comfy double beds. The apartment is on the second floor with a small lift and it has a lovely balcony overlooking the tropical garden. The apartment is very quiet and calm and it’s 2 mins to the downtown shopping district and lots of really nice restaurants as well. It is also a 5/10 minute walk to the seafront which has a great walking/running path with breathtaking scenery. They kitchen was very small and had just the bar basics to cook. But we only had breakfast there so it was enough for us. The wifi wasn’t very strong in the main bedroom. But it worked good in the sitting room.
• Piotr (10/5): Very good for a long-term stay - It was another month-long stay at Casa Fortuna. This place is more than adequate if you want to see Naples and Campania because of the great location. This place is comfortable, clean and very well lit. The only thing I missed was a tea kettle. :)

• Piotr (10/5): Great place located in the true heart of historical Parthenope - This was a month-long stay. Casa Fortuna is definitely a good place for such stay. The location near Piazza del Plebiscito is very good. When they finish Chiaia metro station it will have great connection to the rest of Napoli. The place itself is great: it is large, clean, light, and has a balcony with a beautiful view of the garden. The host is really nice. There are many stores and restaurants nearby. Being here was a pleasure. Nothing significant really (and I am rather picky).
