Guest Reviews
A tetőterasz nagyszerű!

- John (7/5): - Authentic Italian city property on cobbled narrow streets. Clean and comfortable and contained everything you would need. The stairs! We travelled light - but for travellers with multiple bags or suitcases, this might be a bridge too far.
- Alina (8/5): - Świetna lokalizacja, rewelacyjny taras na dachu z pięknymi widokami. Duży, czysty apartament, dobrze wyposażony. Piękne, stare meble w jednej z sypialni, dostęp do kluczy, kontakt z gospodarzem.

- Davide (9/5): - Casa molto spaziosa, pulita e tenuta bene.

- Belinda (10/5): - Amazing views. You wouldn't think you were in the middle of Naples it's so quiet up on the terrace.
Roughly 96 steps up to the apartment. Nothing
- Holly (8/5): - Very clean good location The stairs was a lot

- Egle (10/5): Relaxation - Location, views, close to all amenities. Was difficult to understand shower. Water was running boiling, next minute freezing cold. But because it was so hot outside, we took cold shower either way.
And prepare yourself for 5 floors of uneven, steep stairs. If you have heavy luggages or health issues- I wouldn't recommend. But besides that- our stay was perfect. 10/10

- Linda (8/5): Near Cavour metro with terrace view of city - I have been to Naples many times for work and fun. I wanted to stay in an area that I did not know well. The apartment is near the Porta San Gennaro. Very convenient for exploring Stella and Sanità neighborhoods, which have lively "happy hour" (aperitivo) scene. Close to Cavour metro, so easy for getting around and day trips to places like Virgil's tomb (Margellina stop) and one stop from the main train station.
The apartment has a lovely terrace to have breakfast in the morning while the sun comes up or relax after a long day exploring the city. The kitchen has a proper gas stove, all the dishes one could need to cook, full fridge, a toaster, moka coffee makers in various sizes, etc. Bathroom was larger than expected and the water pressure was good. Nice thick towels.
The air conditioner worked excellent! Not a problem for me and my husband, but be warned: it is on the forth floor (no elevator) and the stairs are old.
I have some neck issues and the bed and pillows were not ideal for me. My husband was ok but also thought the main bedroom bed could have been more comfy.
It must be a new sanitation/health law in Italy (?): the kitchen did not have ANY food items (no coffee, salt, oil, sugar, etc.).
- Naiomi (10/5): Great location and value for money - Location was fantastic and air conditioning worked well 5flights of steep steps up to apartment
- Naiomi (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kristin (5/5): Overall ok for one night, but not a long term stay - The AC was helpful for the hot weather. - the location was sketchy
- the entrance was hard to find, the taxi driver couldn’t find the right entrance as well
- the staircase was steep and the steps were worn out
- the apartment is on the highest floor, no elevator
- due to the apartment being up high, it was very hot
- Aline (8/5): Very good - Very spacious place. Kitchen well stocked. Beautiful terrace with an amazing view. Quiet even though it is in center of the old part of Naples.
The stairs getting to Casa Luna are plentiful and not all in good condition. Ok if you have little luggage, which we did, but would not have wanted to carry large suitcases up these stairs:)) Very interesting staircase though.
- Scott (10/5): Exceptional -
- Voichita (10/5): I'd highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an authentic Neapolitan experience. - The apartment's location is fantastic, with the Dom and Spaccanapoli just a short stroll away. The terrace offers stunning views of Vesuvius and the city, making it a great place to relax. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Overall, it's a great place to stay if you're looking for a central location and don't mind a bit of a climb Be aware that it's on the 5th floor and there's no elevator, which could be challenging for those with heavy luggage.
- Claudia (8/5): Ideal for groups - Great terrace, good size apartment for group Uneven stair and lots of them, difficult if you bring big luggage
- David (8/5): Great location in the old district of Naples. Rooftop views of the city. -
- Olga (9/5): Great vacation in Naples - Big, comfortable flat in a very central authentic location, view from the roof terrace is fantastic! Flat is on the 5th floor and steps are really steep, the price you pay for the view :). Pillows were also too hard for my test
- Magda (8/5): Fine for a few days stay. - Great location, easy to find, I always appreciate a possibility of a self check-in. Appartment is quite spacious, kitchen is well equipped. Big terrace is a plus. Very steep and narrow stairs, it was a challenge to carry the luggage up to 5th floor.
Although the kitchen is well equipped, it is not very functional and with a very small worktop. Free toiletries are just stuff people left behind, a bit of everything.
- Aiga (10/5): Authentic napolitans atmosphere - Beautiful view over the old city roofs. You can watch sunrise and sunset. Veru old and charming house with special aura. very clean rooms and teracce. Nice spot for exploring Naples, real authentic atmosphere. I suddgest this apartment if you want feel the real napolitans life.
- Angus (8/5): Great - No breakfast Shower small and temperature control not good. Toilet seat needs fixing
- Wendy (7/5): Good -
- Viktorija (9/5): Superb -
- Légrádi (10/5): The best apartment in Naples. - Everything. -
- Légrádi (10/5): The best apartment in Naples. - Everything. -
- Elisha_schuetz (8/5): Coys place in a great location - Nice and cosy place in the old town of Napoli. There are many amazing restaurants in walking distance. The owner was very helpful and nice.
- 2gtravellers (7/5): Amazing view from private rooftop terrace. - I think the best part of the property is the huge rooftop terrace that you have for yourself with views of the city and Vesuve. Its was clean and had everything you need for self catering. Location was great, really local so you could experience the true Naples. Located in a narrow street short walk from the bus and metro. The check in process is very easy, you get a code for the keys in the little safety box and leave them there after you check out. City tax you can pay in cash and leave it on the table before you go. We really enjoyed staying in the heart of the local living as the apartment is on the top floor of the apartment building. Below you could hear and observe the locals living their everyday life. Not as much as didn't like, but for someone who won't manage a lot of steps, bear in mind it is quite a climb before you get to the top floor. Also have your goole translate ready, as the owner does not speak English. But it's not really a minus, just something to be aware of. For our liking the beds and pillows were very hard. But that's a matter of preference.
- Birgitta (8/5): Very good - Optimal location and nice terrace. Very clean. Hard and uncomfortable cushions
- Kollia (7/5): Good - Many stairs with no elevator
- Maria (6/5): Pleasant -
- Barbara (9/5): Superb - Great view and location. Helpful host. Long way up with luggage.
- Elizabeth (6/5): Well located charming stay. - If you are traveling with a group and want an affordable place to stay in the historic district this is the place. There was plenty of place at Casa Luna and the terrace was an added bonus. The are about 5 flights of very difficult steps to climb so if you are traveling with a lot of luggage and not in the best physical shape I do not recommend booking here. Also the pillows need to be upgraded they were very uncomfortable. Other than that it is a great price and was very clean.
- Claire (8/5): Wonderful location being central and quiet. Very clean and great to have a roof terrace - Great roof terrace and location No living room
- Thais (10/5): Great location, hosts are helpful - Really convenient location, great for a large group to visit Naples
- Eshgin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Denise (10/5): Traditional Neapolitan apartment - The apartment is in the centre of the old town, where all the bars and restaurants are. Many historical sights nearby and it is in a safe neighborhood. It's on the top (4th) floor and has a stunning view of Naples and Vesuvio with a huge terrace where you can have meals. Very clean and renovated rooms, we were able to self check in at 12pm which was perfect as with other places we'd have to wait until 3pm. The a/c worked and cooled the rooms very fast and I appreciated the traditional decoration of the rooms. I definitely recommend the place
- Aries (9/5): great overnight option for us. - extremely spacious. could easily accommodate party of 6 or more if allowed. front door can’t be locked. although the door leading to the property can be locked so I suppose it was ok.
- Carlo (8/5): Very good -
- Krishna (7/5): Good - nice location and we liked the terrace one bathroom for 8 people creates a bottleneck
- Emapina97 (9/5): Superb -
- Maren (7/5): A good place for a short stay on a budget, centrally located and clean. - We met someone from the property before the official check in time. The flat is at the top of the building and someone pulled up our luggage through the inner court years. The location is good, about 25 minute walk from the Central Station (Piazza Garibaldi) and close to sites like the Duomo, Chiostro Santa Chiara, Museo Archeologico Nacionale, Via Tribunali. The building is in a quiet narrow street. There is a roof terrace which we didn't use as we stayed in November and it rained but that would be nice as at the top of the building it may get hot. There is an interesting view of the rooftops all around. The apartment was very clean, and the kitchen was well equipped. We were surprised how small it was. We were 7 and 5 adults had to stay in one room. That room can have 6 people altogether.
The communication with the host did not work 100%. It wasn't quite clear what we should do with the key when we check out and there was no answer to the question whether we could leave any luggage after check out. It seemed that the hosts had to use google translate to reply to questions. Luigi explained that he replied with delay because he was at work. We didn't get any replies in the evening and the WhatsApp connection was established a bit late.
The house is old and so when you go up the stairs, it all looks a bit run down, but the flat looks newly renovated. It is small and simple but is fine for either a few days or for a slightly smaller group than we were.
- Kathy (10/5): Great view, comfortable rooms. -
- Adria (9/5): Superb -
