Enjoyed the lovely peaceful backyard with lots of options to sit and enjoy. Well appointed kitchen with everything provided to self cater. Very clean and comfortable.

• Nigel (9/5): A gorgeous modernised retro beach pad. Great for switching off and kicking back. - House was very clean and tidy. Beds were really fresh and linens all smelt nice. Eight ball table and dart board were great and it was lovely to have no internet so we could detach for a couple of days. Nice quiet street. Quick walk to the beach, fishing and the park. Supermarket close by which is well stocked and reasonably priced. Cafes just down the road. Bottle shop 5 minutes drive away. Great barbeque, kitchen and a cute front porch to shade from the sun. A great place which we really enjoyed our stay at. Bedrooms could maybe have slider or barn doors for greater movement in the first two bedrooms. More darts for the dart board.

• Paul (7/5): Great location - Convenient location. Renovated kitchen and bathroom. Kitchen very well equipped. Separate laundry area with a washing machine but no dryer. Secure backyard which would give peace of mind for anyone travelling with pets. The windows are, for the most part, unscreened, which means closing everything up in the evening if you don't like bugs. There is no internet at the property.

• Anniei (10/5): Lovely little cottage with modern kitchen and lovely yard. My grandchildren loved the ping pong table! - It was so comfortable and clean. Outdoor area great and location near beach. Will look at staying again fir a little longer next time There are no negatives

• Christiana (6/5): Fine for a short term stay. - Bathroom, comfy bed Decor in some of the rooms made the kids uncomfortable. Outside cobwebby which made it uninviting to use. Towels provided were average.

• Helena (9/5): Superb - We liked the attention to detail, cleanliness and comfort of the home. It's proximity to beaches, cafes, bush walks and wedding venue was a bonus
• Suze (9/5): Great Base for Fishing 🎣 - Well renovated and comfortable. The shower was Excellent. The seperate games area was Great. We were happy to have our pups with us and they Loved the yard. The boat ramp was not too far away and easy to access. The kitchen was well appointed and everything worked. There was an IGA just down the road and Orford is a Lovely quiet town. We would have preferred our own linen but didn't see that option when we were booking. The bed had one sheet with a quilt which was too warm to use but too cool not to use without another sheet.
