• Felix (10/5): - Ein Paradies fußläufig zur Neustadt. Das Gartenhaus bietet alles, was man braucht. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber.

• Sandra (10/5): - Ein wunderschönes kleines Häuschen, sehr nette Vermieter. Es war alles vorhanden ( Kaffee, Tee...) Bei schönem Wetter wäre es auch möglich draußen zu frühstücken. Die Matratzen waren super, selten so gut geschlafen. Alles war sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Tram war fußläufig gut zu erreichen und einen super Bäcker gab es ca. 300 m weiter.Bei unseren nächsten Besuch in Dresden werden wir wieder kommen. Vielen Dank an die Vermieter
• Simone (10/5): Traumwochenende in Dresden - Liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtetes Gartenhäuschen im Grünen und in ruhiger Lage und trotzdem ist man schnell in der quirligen Neustadt mit vielen Cafés, Restaurants und Ausgehmöglichkeiten. Ein privater Parkplatz ist direkt an der Wohnung. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und alles hat bestens funktioniert. Vielen lieben Dank für die schöne Zeit in Dresden und wir kommen gerne wieder.

• Monika (10/5): - Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeberin hat uns herzlich empfangen und alles erklärt. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und mit allem, was man braucht, liebevoll ausgestattet. Wir konnten das Auto im Garten parken. Die Straßenbahn ist in 10 bis 12 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Geschäfte und Bäcker sind auch in der Nähe.

• Torsten (10/5): Tolles Ferienhäuschen in der Dresdener Neustadt - Sehr schönes Ferienhäuschen in der Dresdener Neustadt, ruhig gelegen, aber nicht weit vom Zentrum. Freundliche Vermieter, unkomplizierte Absprachen. Stilvoll, bequem und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, alles in bestem Zustand. Bequeme Betten. Hier hätten wir gern mehr Zeit verbracht.

• Calin (9/5): Superb - I had the pleasure of staying in this lovely apartment in Dresden for a few days and can say it was a remarkable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality. The host was extremely helpful and promptly answered any questions we had. The apartment itself is spacious, bright very well maintained with a perfect combination of modern comfort and classic Dresden charm and is in a very beautiful and quiet area! The kitchen is fully equipped, the bathroom is spacious and very clean! Parking is free and safe! All in all, I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for an authentic Dresden experience. It is a great base for exploring the city and offers all the amenities needed for a memorable stay!

• Suzanne (10/5): Exceptional - The accommodation exceeded our expectations. This detached renovated historical staff building is situated in a lovely small garden of a 1860 victorian mansion. There is a possibility to park on the premises next to the entrance of the accommodation. And you have your own little seating area in front of the house, where you can enjoy a lovely time in the sun. The walls are very thick and therefore the interior has a very comfortable temperature and it's very well sound isolated. The queen sized? matress is very comfortable and has a medium hardness. The bathroom and kitchen are provided with all kinds of amenities and appliances. The towels are nice and soft and there is even a rain shower / regular shower combination. The hostess is very kind and helpful. She made us feel very welcome and we could really appreciate all the small details she put in her efforts to provide us with the home away from home feeling. She even left a bottle of beer and water in the fridge, some chocolates, magazines, herbs and spices, tea and coffee for us to use. Furthermore the location is amazing: it's a 10 minute drive to the old/new city centre and there are many lovely historical victorian mansions in the neighbourhood. There's a supermarket and bakery within a 5-10min walking distance. And it's nice and quiet during the evenings. Although all efforts where made to improve the situation, due to the thick walls the WiFi signal was not really stable. This wasn't a real issue for us as we spend a lot of time exploring outdoors.

The hosts are responsive and very kind and the neighbourhood is peaceful and in a walking distance from the historic center. You can only pay with cash.

• Anastasiia (10/5): Exceptional - Very comfortable apartments, very hospitable hosts. I really liked the house, cozy, clean and has everything you need, there is parking near the house, a quiet area. Nice backyard with table and chairs. Definitely worth your money. Highly recommend.
