Necessário manutenção na base do vaso sanitário pra evitar o retorno de mau cheiro. Iluminação interna insuficiente. Sofá da sala com muita deformidade. Como 4 pessoas são maiores de 60 anos, foi impossível sentar sem prejudicar a coluna lombar.
