• Tatiana Ishihara (7/5): Boa localização - Localização, perto da rodoviária e centro. Acomodação limpa, organizada. Senti falta de forno de microondas e/ou convencional, é bom para preparos rápidos e aquecer pratos semi prontos. Faltaram alguns utensílios como faca de serra, potes herméticos para guardar sobras. Acredito que esta casa em específico não é recomendável para pessoas com mobilidade reduzida, pois possui uma escadaria íngreme para acesso ao quarto, no mezanino. Sugiro também disponibilizar um varal, pois se houver mais hóspedes, falta espaço para pendurar peças úmidas.

Mi sono trovato molto bene e mi sono sentito come se fossi veramente un residente Brasiliano. L’appartamento è dotato di praticamente tutti i comfort necessari per passare una settimana o anche di più a Paraty. Il proprietario si è rivelato molto attento a venire incontro a tutte le mie richeste, non avrei potuto ricevere assistenza migliore. Nulla da segnalare

• Alessandra (10/5): - É a segunda vez que me hospedo e recomendo, em 2024 fui bem recebida pelo anfitriao Xinho que ja estava no aguardo e dicas da regiao fiquei na casa 6 superior, em 2025 bem recebida pela anfitriã Daniela me deu dicas do comercio local fiquei na casa 2 terreo (otima localização, mercearia, restaurantes, lavanderia na mesma rua e bem proximo do comercio em geral, nas duas ocasioes ambiente limpo cheiroso, cama confortavel, otima ducha, bem equipado com eletrodomesticos como airfryer, liquidificador, sanduicheira que facilitam preparo das refeiçoes, além de acesso facil ao centro e tambem praia do pontal no mesmo quintal tem outras residencias cada em sua privacidade e o ambiente é familiar. uma sugestao na parte terrea outro varal de chão ou sanfona em baixo das janelas na parte coberta para dias chuvosos, ano passado fiquei na parte superior como é varanda nao tem problema, mesmo que chova as toalhas de banho nao molha

• kahl (9/5): Me hospedaria novamente! - A localização era ótima, nos surpreendemos com a facilidade de chegar ao centro histórico e era um dos poucos lugares próximos no qual o carro não pagava pelo rotativo. O quarto tem uma cozinha MUITOOO equipada, amamos! A Dani, anfitriã, foi muito solicita sempre que precisamos. Apenas um dos travesseiros, mas nada que atrapalhou nosso sono.

• Lucas (6/5): Pleasant - The location is great, walkable distance from the historical center and close proximity to shops & bus station. The hosts are trying their best to make your stay enjoyable. We had some issues with this accomodation, first upon arrival, the address given isn't the right one (at least using google maps) and all we had was a picture from the host to find the location. After a long journey it's not the easiest. Then the appartement in itself was not very clean, the bathroom was full of water like if it's been raining inside and some hairs from previous guests in the sink. The light in the living room/kitchen was not working and the appartement was full of ants running from the outside to the kitchen. After explaining all that the hosts recognised the issues and kindly offered us to change for a much better appartement upstairs for the same price. Turned out there was an issue with the shower (no pressure) that has been fixed the same day. The main bedroom has a window straight up to a football ground court and animated little bar + no insulation at all from the windows. Being there on the weekend, we couldn't sleep both nights until 6am because of the noise. Overall, the hosts tried to be very helpful to solve all of these problems and the price is very attractive but we had too much issues to call that a good value for money.

• Whizzo (7/5): Great location with some issues - + The location is good: in a walking distance to historic centre, bus terminal, shops, + The owner is friendly and easy-going, + Mattress is really comfortable, + There is a white, curious cat living upstairs, that visited us from time to time :) From the photos it seems there are multiple rental flats, so this review only corresponds to number 2: - The place has a lot of gaps between walls and ceiling, so it's not isolated enough. The street or party noise, humidity and a lot of mosquitos can enter... - It was a bit dirty, like top of the fridge, kitchen utensils, - Dining table and chairs are made out of plastic, - The address in Booking is not accurate.
