• Ilona (6/5): 4/10 - nice and spacious house The house is 25 minutes by car to the city and civilization, there was something wrong every day, problems with the electricity, water, it was possible to write to the owner, but I spent too much time translating into Spanish and writing to him that something was not working. There are a lot of inconveniences in this house, so I do not recommend it for such a large number of people 🥲😅🥲

• Voloshyn (10/5): Overall, I liked everything — the yard is large, and everything you need is available both in the kitchen and outside. - I liked the large space — everything looks so aesthetically beautiful. And the area outside is nice too. I didn’t like that the bed linen was dirty. The toilet downstairs didn’t work, which was inconvenient, and there are also not enough air conditioners downstairs.

• Glenn (9/5): Great place to stay, very pleased we chose it. - This is a lovely big villa with 6 good sized bedrooms (3 in basement 3 on first floor, it was in a lovely quiet cul de sac with great views, nice bbq area and seating outside, communication with the owner was ok through WhatsApp with help from translate. Three bathrooms were useful. Unfortunately the pool water was green when we got there and took three days to get clean (pool man came each day). We really wanted a pool for the children so was a little disappointing for them. The electric gates were sometimes difficult to open so we left our car outside so we didn’t get stuck (plenty of space for parking)

• Ben (10/5): We have had a great family holiday and will definitely stay again at Niza Beach. - Just returned from a week stay at Niza beach with my family, fantastic property beautifully presented, meticulously clean, quiet area excellent views. Perfect for a family holiday. You will need transport for your stay. Good communication from The owner and was extremely helpful.

• Fe (7/5): We made the best of it... - The location was quiet and remote, take note of the distances given but not as the crow flies.The garden had the sun on it all day. But no shaded area round the pool area. Upstairs rooms with air con and balconies were roomy and sufficient closet space. This site has given a rating of 7.0 but I would say its closer to 5, but unfortunately I am unable to amend it. We arrived slightly earlier than planned, the villa was difficult to find, the cab driver ended up speaking to the owner to get directions. On arrival I expected some sort of welcome pack with the WiFi code instructions for the use of the appliances, but unfortunately there was not one, I messaged the owner who sent a photo of the router, no accompanying message. The photos on the booking .com site appear to be outdated and don't reflect the garden area where there were only 4 sun loungers bearing in mind, there were 7 adults and we all love to soak up the sun. The artificial grass was not pinned down in places, the pool was dirty, it was cleaned on the Saturday two days before we left. The gazebo was rusty and the pillars were not straight, no cover over it, wd had to use the cover for the sofa and pun it on, no point it being there, as we had a couple of really windy evenings/nights it creaked alot and really did not look safe. The kitchen was ok just not enough glasses for us all. The wording on the Website is cleverly done as there is no air con in the downstairs 3 bedrooms, bearing in mind one does not have windows, i would suspect in the hot season it would not be comfy sleeping down there. There was not sufficient storage for clothes, in the downstairs bedrooms and the one that were there were not fit for purpose as they were very old and run down. We ended up going out a lot more than planned as we could not all sunbath together. As I booked it, I felt very disappointed and responsible for what i felt was a misrepresentation of the villa.especially with the downstairs sleeping accommodation. This experience has put me off renting a villa in the future.
• Shanti (6/5): Pleasant - The location and view was amazing. The selling point of this apartment is the terrace with the pool and we made full use of it. It's a very quiet and calm neighborhood and you'll need a car to get around. The nearby beach was great for sea glass hunting. Bedrooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. We traveled with a baby so we were also doing tons of laundry. The kitchen had all the essentials we needed and Carlos was quick to respond to all our questions. The house is functional but it's in desperate need of renovation. The bathrooms were gross and the upstairs bathroom especially had a lot of broken features and no hot water in the sink. The plumbing smells terrible. Door handles are either gone or falling out. The shower temperature kept alternating. The oven gives you a shock. For whatever reason the couch was wet when we arrived. We were also not fans of the fact that there are cameras inside the house. Not nice if you like privacy.
• Ancuta (9/5): Superb - What a lovely place to spend time soaking up sun in the heart of winter! Great location with sea view, warmed pool was fantastic for adults and especially kids! Beds were comfortable, facilities were as described. Very convenient with self check in, as we arrived late and left early. Carlos was available to answer all our questions. Recommend it!

• Kirsty (8/5): Very good - The apartment was lovely and the views spectacular . The Host was brilliant couldn't do enough so thanks. The neighbours to the right young couple ruined our stay with noise and having intercourse on the terrace so if going with children please take this into consideration and no respect was given to us. location . you'll need a car or taxis the whole time it's pretty far from torremolinos around 35 to 40 mins drive .
• Ak232 (5/5): Good Location and Friendly Owner - The owner is nice and friendly and the villa is less than five minutes away from the beach The fact there was not enough bed covers, and the fact that the three bedrooms on the lower level are serviced by a very small bathroom on a different floor. There is construction in the adjacent villa that shares the wall and we woke up to the sound of drills going through the wall

Property was far from anywhere so a car is needed . Could do with more pans for cooking as only 1 works on cooker . Could have done with some information leaflets on what’s about to do and bus times , etc

• Þórdís (8/5): We had a good time, visited lot of nearby activities, nature and villages - NIZA BEACH NIGHT AND DAY suited me and my family very well. The children liked the pool. The view from the front balcony is great, facing the hills and the Mediterranean sea, and Antonio was very helpful . The house is on a construction area so it is noise on weekdays, but otherwise it was peaceful.

Carlos was really helpful - brought us anything we needed and always happy to help. Even offered suggestions of local places to visit! Had a lovely and comfortable stay - would definitely stay here again! Bathroom smelt strongly of sewage. Could have been a bit cleaner

Luckily our host contacted us and drove to meet us A few maps of the locality and resteraunts recommendations; however Anthoine gave us these when asked. A car necessary as supermarkets,beaches a little too far away for walking
