- Lynne-Maree (8/5): Good value for money, close to Cradle Mountain and restaurants and bars. - Central location, good kitchen facilities and comfortable bed. The stairs a bit challenging for someone my age.
- Guest (9/5): -
- Dianne (9/5): - Private, spacious and comfortable cabin in nice garden settings No easily accessible laundry facilities (one of the reasons property was chosen)
- Chang (10/5): -
- Sangster (8/5): - Uniqueness of the property, outdoor spaces, WiFi, comfort, heated towel rack, location, warmth Stairs,
- Jayne (8/5): - Lovely cozy cottage. Comfortable bed. Great hot water
- Dario (8/5): -
- Ashfaq Ullah (9/5): - Space, value for money Entrance needs maintenance/ Cleaning
- stephen (7/5): - Location
- Allan (8/5): Quaint little two storey house close to Cradle Mountain walks. - Location 45mins from Cradle Mountain Visitor Centre with good dining options at Lakeview Tullah. Nice quiet Private location. Owner of house has a great coffee shop across the road. A smart TV and washing machine facilities would be beneficial. Two storey house may be an issue if you have mobility issues.
- Suvi (6/5): Stop over - Comfortable stop over, great shower, warm environment with heater. Mild mouldy smell, underlying unusual smell, portable stove top usless, lucky had electric frying pan but old one, not enough coffee.
- Allan (8/5): - Quaint well appointed cottage
Comfortable bed, good shower Initiall difficult to find as google geolocated to the wrong side of the road and property signage was obstructed by overgrown foliage.
- Sheridan (7/5): Great value for money, neat and clean - Great value for money, very clean
- Claudia (10/5): Une halte agréable et reposante - Un logement bien pensé avec tout le nécessaire pour un beau séjour. Un cadre verdoyant , on se sent comme dans un cocon. Stuart est un hôte très prévenant.
- Ellana (10/5): Wonderful stay would definitely be back again in the future - Beautiful cottage inside and out with a great homey feel! Facilities provided in the cottage met all needs and were exceptional. N/A
- WAYNE (10/5): Great clean cabin - Very clean and comfortable N/a
- Jordi (9/5): - It's very easy to do the check-in. Apart the lodge is wonderfully decorated, with all details and very clean. The kitchen is well equipped. You need to be aware that there's a very populated garden (it looks like a little forest) and there are some steps to access the upper floor (bedroom and bathroom) - just a comment for elderly people.
- ROBIN (8/5): Comfortable room - Comfortable room. Only place we have stayed that had a coffee pod machine. Stated close to lake. Might have been close but access not good
- Sin Boon (10/5): -
- Alison (8/5): Great place to stay. - It was extremely clean and very comfortable. The bed was excellent, and we had a wonderful stay. Can't think of a thing.
- Jenny (7/5): - we missed the face towels, for the rest it was good
- veronika (10/5): - Wombat Cottage is simply amazing. It’s comfy, warm and has everything you need. It’s 40-45 minute drive to Cradle Mountain, which makes it a great starting point for your mountain adventure. Tullah has no shops so it’s good to buy food in advance, but that’s no big deal when you’re driving. Liked everything.
- Mark (7/5): Very pleasent - Loved the upstairs, garden setting, the quietness Seating could be bit more comfortable downstairs
- Brock (9/5): -
- Manfred (8/5): -
- Grant (9/5): Comfortable and homey good lush garden - Lovely town with great views

- Adrian & Dianne (9/5): -
- Diana (10/5): - Loved the eye for detail. And dog friendliness
- Jessica (7/5): Cozy and comfortable cabin feel - Very cozy cabin feel. Warm and comfortable The garden could have done with a bit of maintenance at the entrance. Was a little off putting to begin with but once inside it was very comfortable
- Ruth (9/5): - Cosy and 😍 cute
- Tassie (7/5): Ultimately pleasant and cosy. - Location was good, bed comfortable, nice and warm when we arrived. Signage needs updating, as we were looking for the parking bay titled "Wombat Cottage", turned out that this place is "Wombat Lodge"
Perhaps the photos on the Booking.com website need updating to reflect the changes in the furnishings?
We had no wifi until I found the Telstra 4GX USB Modem and rebooted it. Problem solved :-)
Bathroom was nice, but please think about getting rid of the smelly automatic stink maker on the loo, sensitive noses hate these things. We placed it outside for our stay, Fixed :-)
Very dusty bedroom bedside cupboards where the books are.
The garden leading to the entrance really needs a good tidy up.
- Bernadette (7/5): A comfortable warm place for a short stay in the area. - Cosy, warm and spacious apartment in such cold weather.
Very comfortable bed.
Functional bathroom and superb extra large fluffy towels.
Coffee machine and pods.
Very efficient induction hot plate and large fry pan. Limited kitchen space and utensils preparation and cooking of food.
Dull lighting.

- Duncan (3/5): This could be a delightful property but sadly not - Very little Actually providing some of the items listed as features, like washing machine, clothes dryer and others. The gardens are seriously overgrown to the extent that they are over the path when you enter the property
- Ross (10/5): Exceptional -
- Yelverton (9/5): Comfortable cottage in Tullah. Nice breakfast at the lakeside lodge nearby - Nice quiet location

- Britton (7/5): Good -

- Alister (8/5): Very good -
- Philip (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sean (10/5): A great base for couples to explore the area. - Good communication with the host. Easy check in. Quiet and private. Very comfortable. Host had the heating on when I arrived. Good location.
- Mikhyla (9/5): Would definitely stay again - Cosy and has everything you would need for a short stay. Host was great with communication Everything was great, only thing I could suggest changing is the position of the TV in the bedroom, to maybe a wall mount, so it can be moved to be able to watch it from bed
- Derek (9/5): Superb -
- Zoe (10/5): Amazing stay - Quiet, comfort Nothing
- Merran (8/5): Our one night stay was very enjoyable. Stuart was a great host and very easy to relate to. The cottage has character and - The wombat cottage was charming, quaint and cozy. - Jo (8/5): Lovely hideaway , very warm , cosy and clean . - Very cosy and comfortable and warm Needs to state that pets are allowed with a charge or free of charge? and if pets are allowed it should state they need to notify property owner a pet is coming . Needs some lights fixing inside up stairway
- Elif (10/5): Cosy Wombat - Everything about this little cottage. It was a very comfortable stay. You have all the essentials in the cabin. The owners definitely thought about every detail- the lights, the towel heater in the bathroom, beautiful linens...Easy access to the property, easy parking. Location is perfect, close to Cradle Mountain and the west coast towns. Even it is not a luxury stay, it was the most comfortable place on our trip. Little Wombat has an incredible light and beautiful energy. It is a lovely stay for a night, or for few nights.
- Adam (10/5): Exceptional -
- Barbara (8/5): Very good - Cosy cottage, adequate heaters both upstairs and down. We hardly used the upstairs one.
Good shower.
Very good plug in hot plate for boiling a pan. If there is a tv offered upstairs..which there is, it would be good if somewhere you can see it, can only be viewed sideways from the bed, hence a very stiff neck! The very formal sitting chairs, don’t make for comfortable viewing..possibly wall mounted if all else fails..or where the chess set is and move the chess set to another position, prob the best idea👍
- Svetlana (10/5): Exceeded all expectations - The accommodation was fantastic- clean, warm and incredibly comfortable. Being close to Cradle Mountain made it ideal for our trip.
- Nicole (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mandy (10/5): A cosy haven for two - Wombat Cottage is a little cosy haven with all you need for a comfy nights stay or for longer to base yourself. Cutlery, basic cooking utensils and an induction cook top for meals, nespresso coffee pods, fluffy white towels, quality linens, Juliette balcony to upstairs bedroom, small yard for your fur baby, quaint furnishings, lovely lamps, wall heater for colder days and hot shower. Stuart and partner own the cafe directly across the road for great coffee, tea, pies, light lunch or snacks. Their free range chickens, geese and llama to feed were an added attraction. Tullah lodge is a must visit for the views of Lake Rosebery, lunch, afternoon tea or dinner. A small train rail is operational just down the road. So happy we spent a night on our lap around Tas. Thank you for having us. Only positives for Wombat Cottage 😊
- Seaton (7/5): Good -
- Yu (8/5): Very good -
- Neil (9/5): Superb -
- Louise (8/5): Very pleased with our first accommodation of our trip. - Quirky and full of character. Clean, quiet and well located. Sofa saggy in the middle. Table legs awkwardly placed for sitting.
- Jo (9/5): Superb - Cute cottage with everything you could need. Comfortable and we'll set out. Clean and tidy, in a beautiful private garden
- Shannon (10/5): Exceptional -
- Wilhelmina (3/5): Poor - The cottage was clean. It was very dark inside. The properties surrounding the cottage were dilapidated, which does not create a good impression. The bathroom is too small.
