HERTA (10/5): La Creación en su máximo esplendor - Para aquellos que deseen de verdad vivir la experiencia del campo sureño...este es el lugar perfecto. Desde el equipo de colaboradores, que fueron un 7 (Carlos, Vanessa, Gladys y Sonia), hasta el entorno natural que da cuenta la gloria de Dios. Llegamos con lluvia y nos esperaba una cabaña con la combustión lenta encendida y leña seca para seguir utilizándola. Luego, como bienvenida, llegó Vanessa y Sonia con unas ricas sopaipillas con chancho en piedra; simplemente maravilloso!!! No pueden perderse los desayunos (los pueden pedir a la cabaña), son lo máximo. Y al menos, una vez, les recomiendo almorzar en la casona, ya que podrán disfrutar del sazón sureño con productos locales de primera calidad...y si andan con antojo, como nosotros, no se complicaron en complacernos haciéndonos cazuela de pollo de campo, porotos y un rico asado de cordero al palo... Nota a parte, el paseo por el campo en sus 3 estaciones y la genial anécdota relatada magistralmente por don Diógenes.
