• Ahmed (1/5): - Nichts Enttäuschend – Mangelhafte Hygiene und Technik Bewertungstext: Leider entsprach die Unterkunft absolut nicht unseren Erwartungen, obwohl die Miete bereits im Voraus vollständig bezahlt wurde. • Hygiene: Das Schwimmbad war so extrem verschmutzt, dass wir es während des gesamten Aufenthalts nicht nutzen konnten. • Ausstattung: Der Kühlschrank war defekt, wodurch unsere gesamten Lebensmittel verdorben sind. Das ist besonders ärgerlich, da uns dadurch ein zusätzlicher finanzieller Schaden entstanden ist. • Service/Sauberkeit: Es ist unverständlich, warum wir als Gäste sogar die Reinigung für die Firma übernehmen mussten (obwohl die Reinigung im Preis enthalten sein sollte). Und stromkosten auch noch dazu . Fazit: Für den gezahlten Preis ist der Zustand der Unterkunft und der gebotene Service absolut unzureichend. Wir können diese Unterkunft leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

• Fedir (1/5): It is SCAM avoid it if possible. - Price and facilities looked attractive but in reality it was 80 euro more expensive cause the apartment does not provide linens included and charges extra for the use. Also there is hidden commission included and deposit. Extremely disappointing experience. The property advertises itself as a wellness and SPA house with sauna, hammam, and jacuzzi, yet no towels are provided, something not mentioned anywhere on the Booking.com page. It’s absurd to promote SPA facilities without including basic essentials. To make things worse, the total cost ends up higher than listed. You never know in advance how you’ll be charged, there are extra fees and unclear deductions, and the host insists on a large cash deposit, which is not properly explained during booking. When we tried to resolve the issue, the host refused a refund and stopped answering calls. We were traveling with two children after a long drive, and arriving to such a situation was completely unacceptable. This is not transparent or professional hospitality.

• Daniel (9/5): SUPER - Wat een heerlijke ervaring! Samen met mijn partner en onze kinderen hebben we genoten van een ontspannend weekend in dit mooie vakantiehuis. Het is sfeervol ingericht, voorzien van alle gemakken en netjes. De wellnessfaciliteiten waren echt top! Vooral de jacuzzi en het zwembad waren de kers op de taart. Ook de omgeving is er ideaal: rust, natuur(bos), mooie fiets en wandelroutes, dichtbij winkels en restaurants . We voelden ons echt even weg van alles, een plek om op te laden. Een echte aanrader voor wie op zoek is naar rust, natuur en luxe, wij komen graag nog eens terug! Mvg de fam Nottebaert

• Monique (10/5): Heerlijke afsluiting van onze vakantie in een super gezellig huisje - Het was een heerlijke accommodatie. We waren met twee gezinnen. Hebben heerlijke genoten van de jacuzzi en het zwembad. Kids waren er uren zoet in. Echt een aanrader.

• Manala (10/5): - Alles was net zoals op de foto's in de app, en we hebben er enorm van genoten. Ik raad het ten zeerste aan voor gezinnen. Het zwembad is een beetje klein, maar perfect voor kinderen. We hadden twee kleine kinderen bij ons en hoefden ons geen zorgen te maken over het zwembad. De jacuzzi was echt geweldig – vooral ‘s avonds aan te raden. De keuken is volledig uitgerust, je hoeft zelf niets mee te nemen. De locatie is goed voorzien – op korte afstand zijn er winkels. De plek is ruim en mooi – een echte aanrader voor gezinnen! Het enige wat ik minder vond, was dat de slaapkamers geen ramen hadden. Ondanks dat er ventilatoren en airco waren, waren de slaapkamers erg warm. Toch hebben we enorm genoten van ons verblijf.

• Veselin (3/5): disappointing - the photos on the booking site It was extremely disappointing experience. In fact, the guests find out all the inconveniences and the additional conditions just after making the reservations and the payment. In this case, post factum, the guests understand that a deposit of 400 EUR should be paid, also you pay extra for the bedsheets which sounds absurd (15 Euros per person). Or otherwise you are supposed to bring the bedlinen with you while travelling from the other end of Europe… The worst thing is that all those details became clear after we booked for the property. Making the reservation we signed up for early accommodation at about noon, but nothing was mentioned about that until the day came and the host informed us that the check-in is at 5 pm. Not only this, but when the guests enter the house, they come across the lack of towels … Can you imagine? Again the towels were not included and what are you supposed to do at late afternoon, after the long flight – you need a rest, but instead of that it is necessary to go out to buy some towels and this is in a new place you even don’t know well….. I am absolutely speechless. And take in mind that the electricity is charged separately, it is not included in the price.
• Merel (8/5): Very good - The wellness was working and nice. You can park near by. Good beds to sleep in. One of the couches was broken. The cost of electricety you need to pay afterwards and you have to pay for bedlinnen or take it with you. Those things became clear after we booked for the property.
