- Scarleth Belen (4/5): - En cuanto a las instalaciones como tal, no tuve ningún problema, todo estaba limpio al llegar, era tal cual se mostraba en las imágenes. El sistema de agua de todo el lugar Rasa, funciona con bombas y estanques, al llegar Rasa tenía problemas con el agua, problema que se solucionó 1 día después de que llegáramos, estuvimos un día completo sin agua, sin poder ducharnos, sin poder tirar las cadenas de los baños unicamente en esta casa, ya que el condominio, si tenía el suministro; la respuesta de los dueños era que Rasa tenía problemas con el agua y que debíamos esperar, respuesta que encuentro insólita, éramos 6 personas, no podíamos satisfacer necesidades básicas porque no teníamos agua, le solicité la cancelación de la reserva ya que era incierto cuando se arreglaría el problema y no podíamos estar más días sin agua (lo cual es un derecho) y la respuesta fue que el problema en Rasa se había solucionado y que debíamos esperar. Pasaron los días, llegábamos de noche a la casa y no había agua, no nos podíamos duchar, debíamos estar pendiente de la bomba de agua que está afuera del condominio para poder regular el agua; el último día de estadía no teníamos agua en ningún piso de la casa, no pudimos ducharnos para viajar, no pudimos tirar nuevamente las cadenas de los baños, teniendo que dejar deposiciones en el mismo, situación realmente indigna.
