carvalho (4/5): Decepcionada - A casa é grande. Acesso , muitas ladeiras não é qualquer carro que sobe. A casa suja, parece ter meses sem limpeza. As camas tinha mofo e até cabelos de hóspedes anteriores. Mobília empoeirada, teia de aranha . Dois quartos não tivemos como usar pois o mofo estava irrespiravel. Cobra se uma TX de limpeza, porém está não foi realizada pois estava TD muito sujo. Checkin as 17:00 tarde demais, e checkout ao meio dia... Onde não se concretiza uma diária.
Fernando (1/5): Poor guest management - We arrived to the house without any instruction for the keys, wifi, AC etc. After a long day while we were having dinner at the terrace someone came to repair a door making a lot of noise. Another person came just for the deposit (mainly because of water and electricity are not included in the price house, never seen something similar in my life). they wanted cash, no deposit receipt and we took pictures of the electric metric. Day we were leaving they charged water and electricity and wanted to charge cleaning cost that we already paid as an extra fee while booking the house.
