Guest Reviews
- Anonymous (10/5): Great stay with Family - Nice house in quiet area of London, not to far from central. Staff were super nice and attentive. The garden is really big which was nice for the kids. Looks like the house has been newly decorated which is a plus and they provided fans in each room. Weather wasn't great when we went!
- Anonymous (9/5): Superb -
- Mohammad (1/5): Extremely Disappointed – Left Early Due to Poor Cleanliness - Just the location We were very much looking forward to our weekend 2-nights stay at this property, but sadly had to check out early due to the unacceptable state of cleanliness upon arrival.
The house did not appear to have been properly cleaned. The bedsheets had an unpleasant smell, which made my wife and children feel extremely uncomfortable, to the point where I had to go out and buy fresh bedding ourselves. We also found dirty socks left behind in both the toilet and bedroom—clear signs the property hadn’t been thoroughly prepared.
There were visible signs that no vacuuming had been done, with dust and debris across the floor, and multiple spiders throughout the house. These issues made it impossible for us to relax or enjoy the property, and we felt compelled to leave around 10am the next morning.
We raised our concerns directly with the host through booking.com but received no response. When we escalated the matter through Booking.com, the host denied everything rather than asking for evidence—which we are fully prepared to provide, including photos.
This was a very disappointing experience that ruined our weekend and left us out of pocket for a booking we couldn’t enjoy. I would strongly urge future guests to be cautious.
- Lois (5/5): Amazing location, lovely big house in serious need of some tlc - Great location, quiet neighbourhood, comfy beds, parking, lovely new bathroom, lovely clean bedding. the place really needs a spring clean, beside & under beds clearly dirty. every cupboard door & light switch really grubby. some furniture is broken, pulled a huge clump of hair out of the shower drain which is why it wasn't draining, broken floor tiles, grubby stained furniture. This is a lovely house, a spring clean, a lick of paint & some diy it could be great.
- Daniel (8/5): Family trip to London - Nice big house, older building but very spacious. Big garden. Worth the money paid for, good value. Quiet and nice location in a big estate. Parking outside.
Comfy beds. Nice sitting room / dinning room.
Prompt responses from the owner. Book done up with property instructions and some travel recommendations. Issue with leaking shower into the kitchen, however owners communicated promptly and were trying to address the issue.
Could do with a small coffee machine in the kitchen.
Windows in some rooms can't be opened, not sure why.
- Nina (7/5): It was a good experience for the value that we paid. - The communication with the host and the living room and kitchen! The bathrooms could use some help. They can be renovated and also the beds.
- Siful (9/5): Superb -
- Duarte (9/5): OK - Great house, good value for money Could be a bit cleaner, lots of humidity inside the house
- Dawn (10/5): Very welcoming, exceptional helpful hosts. - Very nice property, hosts were very helpful and went above and beyond to assist us. Nothing, no complaints at all.
- Line (10/5): Amazing stay and great value for money. - The owner was super helpful, came out within an hour to assist with electricity turning off and fixed it for us. The entire stay was pleasant and extremely good value for money, I would 100% stay again. Nothing, amazing stay.
- Lena (8/5): Great would consider again - House was accessed via touch pad which worked as it should. House was clean, good size kitchen. Ten minute walk to bus stop - very easy to use public transport. Beds were comfy, central heating under your control. We had a problem with hot water but this was sorted immediately There is no security lock on the back of the front door, this concerned me at night when we were in bed. On arrival key safe was open with door code visible, I can only assume the last person out did not jumble the numbers, to my way of thinking this meant anyone off the street could have looked at that and returned at another time, there was not a key it is a touchpad system. For peace of mind for the client I think this would be advisable.
- Jörg (6/5): Good for People coming by car and traveling further by public transport. - Nice Home for three nights for a group of two couples.
You can use bus or train to reach to inner London - plus Greenwich is nice to see. We could leave our car in the front of the house while we used the Public transport. There was an additional room with an extra entrance in the house - was a little bit spooky to hear the noise from our neighbor in our kitchen.
- Tracey (8/5): Great house clean and comfortable - The house was lovely with a lovely garden
It was clean and well equiped with everything we needed Top shower leaked badly Into the main bathroom below through ceiling and the light fittings which is dangerous and not safe.
Also downstairs toilet seemed to leak around the toilet base
And smoke alarm in kitchen not functioning as not plastic cover or battery.
Also in garden the planter by conservatory is being used as a cat litter tray.
- Mohamed (10/5): Would like to cone back - Everything Nothing
- Dr. (10/5): Exceptional -
- Paul (8/5): Went to London for O2 show, house suitably close to venue but in a nice quiet area. - Large comfortable house in peaceful area

- Sury (10/5): Exceptional - The communication was worm and welcoming, no lon waits for reply and more than happy to accommodate all the special needs... The atmosphere of this home was worm and welcoming and the house massive definitely worth the price... And I like the parking spot right in front of house big enough to fit 2 cars I couldn't say there was anything we didn't like...
- Alfred (10/5): Cosy , modern home away from home - A nice quiet fairly affluent street close to the very centre of London , a really convenient location . Loved the contactless coded entry system and found the house to be very comfortable and cosy . The big fire place was lovely to sit round with family whilst watching a movie and the central heating was very modern and kept the house wonderfully warm . Huge garden and was super relieved to find tea bags and milk available whilst waiting for our food deliveries . It really was a home way from home . the hosts were always available to communicate throughout our visit and felt well looked after . All the mod cons etc . Couldn’t be happier . Made for s great weekend with the kids Nothing
- Peter (8/5): Very relaxing - Initially given the wrong key code but easily sorted.
- Alison (9/5): A comfortable and roomy property offering a good stay for families - All needs were met, the property was ready for us and everything worked (small issue with temperature of the fridge but the problem was quickly rectified) My car was burgled on my first night whilst parked on the drive
- Emmanuella (10/5): My family and I enjoyed our stay, the facilities were easy to use and the home is situated in a nice and quiet are. When - Very spacious and comfortable home away from home vibe. Too many spiders
- Jana (10/5): Exceptional - The house was really quiet and clean, we could relax in the garden after spending whole day in the city center. I liked the kitchen, we have found there everything we needed, feeling really like at home. Beds were comfortable and clean. It was too far from London Underground station and we need to pay for Zones 1-4. But travelling by buses to reach North Greenwich or Woolwich station was without any problem, buses have short intervals 8 - 12 min.
- Richard (10/5): Comfortable stay in a very nice house - Lovely spacious rooms. Milk, tea coffee and biscuits. Exceptional garden. Love the coded door lock. makes it easy to get in and no worries if guests rturn at different times Cnt think of anything bad

- Rafael (9/5): Superb - Very good and comfy space, the hosts are very cordial Kinda of far from the nearest bus stop 15 minutes by walk, but that is okay

- The (8/5): Very good - Good communication with the owners. Large house with comfy beds Kitchen could have a few more utensils
- Denise (8/5): Overall a good place to stay. Lovely garden and great location. - Great location for us. We were able to walk to The Tudor Barn where our son was getting married. There were 5 of us and we struggled a little with having enough cutlery and glasses. There were small tea cups but mugs would also have been useful.
The dishwasher moved when opening the door which was a little worrying and no dishwasher tablets.
- Clare (10/5): Good value for group stay - It was as described and suited our stay to attend meeting in London. house was comfortable
- Francis (10/5): Exceptional - this was a completely enjoyable working break for us as was arranged by my sister for some work in London. it was lovely to have enough beds and rooms to stay In without having to camp on a sofa bed in the lounge. we could relax in the spacious lounge band use a conservatory as well so we were quite pleased that this was chosen and hope to stay again when we have work in London was all good
- Rachel (10/5): pleasant stay. hope to visit again - lots of space. large garden. easy checkin.
- Rachel (9/5): Superb -
- Rachel (10/5): Good value for a family comfortable stay - It was a last minute booking after another booking cancelled so big relief
- Carole (7/5): It was fine, just a few things that could easily be fixed which would improve the standard. - We liked the quiet location and the long garden. The layout of the house worked well for us. Our grandchildren enjoyed the space. The broken kitchen blind. No caffetaire for making decent coffee. Not enough bath towels for five people.
- Babatunde (9/5): Good ambience, location is close to friends and shopping mall - The fridge needs to be checked cos is not cold at all
- Liza (9/5): Superb -
