• Janet (9/5): it was enjoyable - the neighbors were awesome clear instructions for entry we waited out side for an hour, need directions for using the washer, there is a leak in the small bathroom that drips on to the stairs, water under the tile in the big bathroom, the power switch for the kitchen lights gets very hot so we did not use that lighting, the place was clean but in need of some maintenance
• Laurie (1/5): AVOID AT ALL COST !!!!! - ABSOLUTELY NOTHING !!!! DO NOT BOOK THIS SH!THOLE !! Well over priced for the area it's in. Very run down and quite rough. Would not stay there again if I was paid too. Do not book. Pictures are nothing like the property. Very dirty, stains on walls and furniture. The hot and cold system was in reverse resulting in getting burnt in shower. A complaint was made and ignored. No refund offered
• Eric (7/5): Although the location was within a short walking distance of a real subway lines, overall the location was in a lousy ne - - oven - two bedrooms - 10/15 min walk to subway - neighborhood looked lousy with strong marijuana smells everywhere - noisy in the night time with dog barking - cheap furniture - small beds with soft mattresses

• Solomon (5/5): Passable - The apartment was close to shops and transportation We had one of the bathrooms leaking for 3 days before someone came to fix it. The 2 bathrooms was one of the major things that drew us. The apartment is kind of smaller than it appeared in pictures. A family of four. 2 adults and 2 small children only
• Athina (6/5): Pleasant - It was a renovated apartment ideal for 4 people and it was good for what we needed and the money we wanted to spend on our stay. Τhe heating was very good and the water very hot. Τhe bathroom was fully equipped. Τhe host was very helpful and kind. It was far from a metro station (at least 10 minutes walk) but the bus stop was very useful. Also, we would like it to be a little more clean, although it was by no means dirty. We would like a more comfortable bed, mattress and pillows.
• Anonymous (5/5): It’s ok.. - Property was clean and all amenities were provided a) Location is not good since there are crowds which gather in the evening at 8 pm and they party on the road till late night..it’s not safe to move around with family b) The front door locks are very tight and key manoeuvring is difficult c) The small bathroom shower area water doesn’t exit and that facility is useless d) The kitchen induction stove doesn’t work smoothly and there is no handbook to guide the guests
• Anastasia (10/5): Exceptional - Wonderful house, fantastic location. the mattresses on the bed were too soft, so if you're not used to that you might get a backache, everything else was just amazing

• Rubinshtein (9/5): It was a good vacation, good stay - The property went through recent renovation, clean, nice design, very bright with a lot of light. The property has very good location, zone2, convenient access to city center. First, real distance to subway is 10 minutes walk and definitely not 4. If outside temperature reaching above 75 F during the day, the property becoming really hot at night, makes it difficult to sleep. If host would consider providing a fan for each bed room it would help visibly. We were receiving number of emails from host asking to respect neighbors and keep it quite for late hours. Ironically, owners of garden level flat who had a small backyard had 3 evening parties during 7 days of our stay:) They did BBQ, were drinking and definitely had a good time up until midnight, so its actually should work in both ways in our opinion.

• Wayne (6/5): Pleasant - Not a lot really. Expensive stay for what it was. Horrendous dripping In the bedroom that woke us at 4.30am. 2 bulbs in bathroom not working. Bedroom door would not shut properly. 4 people staying in the property but only 3 cups to drink out of. Cleaning stuff, mop bucket mop ironing board and iron stacked up in the corner of the living room. Inadequate seating to be able to relax on, in living room. Not a nice area where the property was located, especially of a night time. As above.
• Pg (9/5): Almost Perfect - Love everything about the house. Location is very good as it very close to grocery stores, fast food restaurants and supermarket. The tube stations (westbourne is 10mins walk and Queens Park is around 15-20mins walk). Kitchewares are complete as advertised. Little improvement on the wifi as sometimes there was no internet services.
