Guest Reviews
Comunque ci riandrei altre mille volte.
- Kresimir (10/5): - Great location, really fast and responsive host, apartment was well equipped. Location is couple of minutes from Underground and just in front of bus station
- Betina (8/5): -

- Anna (10/5): -
- Barbara (9/5): - Excellently located for shows, galleries and public transport. Clean and well appointed
This was our 2nd stay in the property.
Host gentile e disponibile. Il materasso della camera da letto duro.
- Camille (6/5): Great location but flat in need of TLC - The unit is small but it is so centrally located that I can overlook this. The flat is in real need of TLC - the sofa needs replacing and the blinds don't work to keep the light out.
Shower gel and other products are only provided for the first day or so which is a little annoying considering the price of the property.
- Sam (6/5): Location is amazing but needs some TLC - Location is everything and this spot was perfect. Check in was easy and they let is in a bit early which was kind and appreciated. The apartment has been heavily used and is in need of a refresh. The bed is hard and only comes with two thin pillows. The couch is almost unusable as there are hard spots throughout. The sink in the bathroom is broken and the panel fell of on my feet. Ultimately just needs some new furnishings and a fix-up.
- Kathleen (8/5): We liked the area and proximity for walking, bus and tube transportation. Lovely flat. - Cute flat, central to bus and tube lines. Many great cafes, bars and restaurants nearby. Ease of entry with door codes was great. Had all the essential needs.
Loved having a washing machine and tablet detergent. Not having any hot water the first night and next morning. Hot water should be checked before a rental. We could not get ahold of anyone to assist until 8am the next day, and we had to leave for a tour. It would have been easy to have simple instructions printed and posted on “holding the button down for 3 seconds”. The phone numbers and email provided in the post on the back of the door and in emails did not work. That is not good. I finally found an email in the booking.com app that worked.
The panel below the bathroom sink, above the cabinet doors fell off numerous times. It is heavy and could injure someone’s feet/toes. We put it back on several times, but didn’t have the tools to provide a permanent fix.
Wanted to use the broom on the last night we stayed, but the handle is in two parts and didn’t screw together.
- Ajay (7/5): Good -
- Kfir (6/5): Great Place! Some sleeping comfort to be desired - The location was great! And the flat was pretty clean. However the windows are not sealed and so there is a lot of noise coming in from the street. In addition the window blinds let all the light in and make it very hard to sleep. Lastly the mattress is very worn and uncomfortable
- Andrea (9/5): Perfect location - The location is perfect. Close to the British Museum, Covent Garden, train stations and restaurants/supermarkets.
I had an issue with the hot water but was quickly resolved over the phone with clear instructions for me to troubleshoot. Marino was great in helping out and called me within 5-10mins from me leaving a voice msg. Everything was great!
I am used to living in the city district so the noise did not bother me but I can understand why it would bother previous guests.
Maybe a good blackout curtain in the bedroom would have been perfect (I used my eye shades)
- David (8/5): Would have been even better but the British Museum was sabotaged by an intruder and was closed! - Location excellent. British Museum (our main reason to visit) was just at the end of the street and theatre-land just a short walk away. Trafalgar Square only about 20 minutes on foot. We had queries but no-one answered the help number (tried 3 times). Used the contact email - almost immediate response and problems resolved quickly. Bed and sofa were a bit hard for us.
- Julia (6/5): 6/10 For Long Term Relationship Development but 0/10 For Romance. - Location was nice and central and comparatively the cost was low for London. The sofa has several broken springs and is extremely uncomfortable to sit on. (and there was a dirty sock under the sofa so the cleaning could be more thorough)
The boiler repeated switched itself off and needed the pilot light reignited twice in 4 days.
Despite tea/coffee facilities being available there was not a single spoon (tea or otherwise) in the apartment.
Most concerningly of all the door handle inside the bathroom came off in my hand completely with minimal pressure when closing the door. Had I been a solo traveller who did not happen to have a phone on me I could have been in real trouble!! Thankfully I was travelling with my partner and he was able to free me. On inspection the handle was only attached with 2 of 6 possible screws and the many identical drilled holes make me believe this is a recurring issue which has been "patched" instead of actually fixed. Since I reported this to the property management and only received a message back 24hrs later, after we had already checked out we were forced to progress our relationship to the "peeing with the door open" stage so... yey?
- Maureen (8/5): Good accoladstion - Location was good , clean and comfy If you are a light sleeper it can be noisy like most city’s cars sirens etc
- Yael (9/5): Wonderful, cozy, and pleasant spartment. - The location is wonderful. Some bus stations are just out the door. The place was clean and very well equipped. We felt safe and cozy. Really, nothing significant. We were only missing a shelf in the shower. And a bowl to serve the food we cooked.
- Barbara (9/5): Comfortable apartment in an excellent location. -
- Corrine (9/5): Superb - The location was excellent. Had all the facilities we needed. Safe did not work but didn't cause a problem. Quite noisy with windows open.
- Monia (10/5): Amazing, definitely I’ll chose it again for my future stays in the city. - Very comfy and in a central position, 5 min walk from Holborn and Tottenham Court Road, 10 min walk to Covent Garden. 1 min walk to British Museum, there are a lot of restaurants and cafè nearby. Also very clean. The Street is very noisy at night, but you are near Oxford Street so it is expected, after all, is London.
- Ingo (5/5): Passable - Location is great, responsive support team The mattress and couch were uncomfortable and could use a replacement, blinds did not work, everything was a little bit rundown
- Emily (10/5): Exceptional -
- Amir (6/5): Pleasant -
- Teresa (10/5): Amazing stay! Highly recommend - This place was amazing!! We’re a couple, and the space was perfect for 2! The location was amazing, a quick walk to 2 tube stations and close to a bunch of restaurants, theatres, shopping areas, etc. The host was great, check-in instructions were easy to follow and the host checked in with us to make sure everything was going well which is always nice! I highly recommend staying here, having a kitchen and a small living room is always nice when travelling and this place was perfect for 2 people! The pillows could have been a bit more fluffy, but they weren’t so bad
- Yueun (10/5): Exceptional - The location, the facility, and the management of the heating system were all great. Nothing
- Norcal (9/5): Perfect location, great room, good price - The entry was by keypad to the building and then the room and they customized the room number to make it easy for me to remember. The location was ideal -- two minutes from the British Museum and four minutes from the Holborn tube station and a Sainsbury's (supermarket) The apartment was large and very recently remodeled. The kitchen was complete although I only used the microwave, tea pot, and fridge. There are many places to eat close by. For a full English breakfast, go to Gio's Cafe on Museum Street (1 minute walk) -- quick and inexpensive and good food. I had a small problem with the hot water and communication with the company was slow. In the end I figured out how to fix it myself (simple reset). I would have liked a set of mixing bowls in the kitchen.
- Taya (7/5): Great location and clean apartment. But small bad an not suitable for light sleepers - the location is unbeatable. close to public transportation. safe neighborhood. easy to walk at everywhere.
The apartment was clean and suitable for a couple. Easy self check in. The bad is vary small.
It was vary hot that weekend and there wasn’t air-con. The fan was very noisy and didn’t do much. there was noise from the street even if the windows were closed.
communication with the property was slow (asked for another fan and got an answer only after we got back).
- Nives (8/5): Short stay in a lovely central flat with great service - It’s location was exactly what we wanted. The staff were very responsive and helpful. The WiFI needs to be improved. Could even Google anything on just one device.. please do your best to improve it .
- Emilie (10/5): Exceptional - Great location!
Apartment was well equipped and looked great. Couch was uncomfortable and small but since we barely spend any time there i wasn’t an issue per say:)
- Anat (8/5): Very good - great apartment, great location, well equipped, very comfortable. when we had a problem with the safe, they didn’t send anyone to help us open it and take our stuff before the flight, although we complained a day before we left.
And it was hard coordinating the pick up, they refuse to send it by taxi to my friend that was located near by, eventually they sent it via the post and we had to pay for it. very disappointing!!
- Jennifer (8/5): Very good -
- Oz (8/5): Very good - The location was excellent and the check-in process was very easy.
The apartment was very clean. Wifi connection was not working properly at some times.
